Fotis and family have been some of the first to embrace the needs of the windsurfing holidaymakers and certainly try hard to satisfy them. Perfect location on the beach all rooms with sea view clean and well run hotel and facilities much higher than the room rates suggest...What else to ask but for eric to blow
Spent the most happiest time with Ocean Elements from 1st Sept. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Excellent Dingy instructors completing my level 1 & 2 in both weeks. Met a fantastic group of people the first week who made me feel very welcome as I was on my own. Accommodation was immaculate every day and enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a view to the sea every day. If you like wind surfing, Dingy, canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming, snorkelling then this is the place to go. Fantastic restaurants on an evening and felt very safe walking around on my own by the sea on an evening. Wonderful sunsets!!....what else can I say...an amazing place and will return again very soon. Well done Ocean elements!
Our sixth visit. It is a great location, right on the beach with all the water sports to hand. My husband enjoyed the advanced windsurfing, a great instructor. Rooms are basic but you are there for the water sports not to stay in your room. Our room was cleaned by the wonderful Leta who works so hard. There is a lovely little supermarket just a minutes walk away with a fab bakery attached. Go out of the resort on the main road and turn left, you can’t miss it. Best restaurant is along that way too, on the sea side with steps going onto the beach called The Wave. Also in that area (opposite Pondi restaurant) is a brilliant cocktail bar in a cave called Cave Paradise, doesn’t look much from the outside but real character inside, carved out from the rock! We always go there, you can chose your favourite music. This year I had a Californian Punch...will be back next year for another. Best restaurant in the harbour area is Vagelaras. Another tip is the lady who walks along the beach past The Surf Hotel offering a massage. She has limited English but she gives one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I had a back massage and later in the week just a lower leg massage....she worked out many knots which were painful but the following day I was amazed at the difference. I have trouble with tight calves and a ridge around my Achilles. The ridge has almost gone. Hope she is there next year! …
A large room facing the sea with two balconies, pure bliss. Windsurfing from 10 in the morning until 6 in the evening, pure enjoyment Experienced teachers on hand at all times to assist. Happy, accommodating, helpful staff. Tip top equipment available at all times. Sailing also available. Daily yoga and exercise classes. Daily guided bicycle rides and cycles available all day. Excellent breakfast Close to local town centre, food very good and reasonably priced. There is nothing not to like about this hotel
If you want to sail or windsurf this is the place to come. Its beautiful! Enjoyed a week on the water and looking at the water from one of the many wonderful harbour side tavernas. Special shout out to our 2 fantastic and patient windsurf instructors Matt and lily as well as other beach staff including the 2 Dave's, both super friendly and helpful and the head of the beach team (sorry can't remember your name) who was very mature and completely lovely. Would definitely return!
