We were a group of 10 - with brothers, sister and cousins with their spouses. We truly enjoyed the place all to ourselves. The staff were very accommodating including the chef who relented to cook our last dinner in Basco. We had all our breakfasts at the Rapitan and each one was a truly balanced meal - except that we...

Rapitan di Vasay, was a find!!! But my first good impressions were already from the start, from the efficient yet friendly exchanges from its owners, Yolanda and Chita. I didn’t know Yolanda’s email replies were from the U.S.A. On our departure day, our flight could not land, and after circling above for 30 minutes returned to Manila. We could be...

Our family was lucky to be able to book the whole house to ourselves. The place is just perfect for a big family or group. It made our vacation in Batanes so much more memorable. We felt right at home and the location is perfect! It's right in the middle of town so you get a feel of how locals...

Rapitan di Vasay looks unassuming from the outside but do not be deceived for they hold a gem of home inside its walls. It's staff are very accommodating and indeed made our stay at homely as possible. We almost didn't want to leave!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Rapitan di Vasay and we will choose to stay there again when we go back to Batanes. We liked: 1) Ms Yolanda's promptly replies to all my emails during reservation; 2) the location - walking distance to restaurants/canteens, public market, the BATODA (tricycle terminal), town plaza and airport; 3) the whole...

(2) Cozy - with the doors always wide open, you can feel the fresh air of Batanes (3) Sumptuous breakfast - forget your diet! great portions and great taste (4)...

A place where you can feel you are just at home. I feel at peace booking the place because they replied to all your inquiries and they just make you feel that you are negotiating with a truthful and honest person. Staff were accommodating and hospitable, they cleaned everyday. Most of all, I like its location, its near at the...

Rapitan di Visay is an unexpected surprise and an unforgettable place to stay in when I visited Batanes. Relaxing, peaceful, clean and memorable. The staff are nice, accommodating and generous. I hope to stay there again ( if I can get a slot coz they are fully booked)👍😊

We stayed in Rapitan for 4 nights while we explore the beautiful Batanes isles. I highly recommend this place for these reasons: 1. It's conveniently located near everything- bank, restos, airport and town plaza (they were celebrating Batanes Day when we were there so we were happy that it was just a few steps away because we spent our nights...

We spent a week at Rapitan di Vasay following our wedding in Makati (Manila). We were met on our arrival by one of the staff (small place but staff there 24 hours a day), who prepared breakfast for us and got us oriented. The house is right in the middle of Basco-central to everything. We had a nice room on...
