Reviews have to take in consideration the cost of your stay, and at €380 for 6 days this hotel was a bargain indeed, but that doesn't decry it's other good points either. We had a double room with lake view and the room was in the hotel itself. Newly refurbished room, really comfy large bed and nice balcony so no complaints there. Shower could be prone to wetting the bathroom, but a minor point. Nice view of planes landing and the lake. Don't be put off by the airport, it's fun to watch the planes and they stop at night. The thing that really makes this hotel are the staff. Soooo friendly, all of them so it would be unfair to single any out, they're all charming. We were on b and b, so can't comment on evening meals. Breakfast ok, and served by the staff with a smile. Nice pool and lots of loungers with pool bar. Easy to get to town on the bus at €1.25 and it terminates close to hotel so always on time. Really enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely return. No hesitation to recommend especially at the price we paid so no nitpicks Eddie and Christina McAlpine

Pros . Epic views from large balcony . Excellent pool area, really comfy loungers, decent lager and great staff. Bliss! . Watching the occasional plane was fascinating . Lovely stroll down to white church and boats which take you across to Mouse Island (2 euro 50) each return. . 2A blue bus to Corfu Town cheap, regular, right outside and reliable. (15mins max on bus but walkable in 30 mins, via Mon Repos palace and museum, birthplace of Prince Phillip) . Corfu Town is great, old fortress worth a look, quirky shops, decent snorkelling and boat trips across to Albania available. . Food - decent in the main. Due to current restrictions the staff serve you from the buffet and their service was excellent. Cons . Pool was quite a bit colder than the sea. Fine to cool down in, but you won’t be in there for long! . Very quiet in the evenings. Relaxing bar, but if your after more life, this place is not for you. . Mosquitoes are annoying but the hotel can’t control that. The position of the hotel, (next to the water and lush greenery) is its USP, so it is what it is) . Games room currently out of action due to restrictions All in all a great week of R&R - ya mass!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in October 2020, first impressions were very disappointing, room very basic and not very clean. Beds were the most uncomfortable iv ever slept on in my life, woke up every day aching all over. The hotel is situated extremely close to the airport runway so every few minutes you will hear very loud noise from planes landing/taking off. Nothing to do close by there are literally only 2 restaurants and one shop. The hotels food was very basic and not enjoyable at all. You will definitely need to hire a car out of you want to enjoy your holiday as the closest beaches are over 30 minutes drive. One good thing about the hotel was the staff were very polite and friendly.

Just returned from a seven day all-inclusive break with one of my sons . Allocated Room 608 which was a twin-bedded room situated in the Annexe . Basic room with plenty of storage , a FREE safety deposit box and in-room FREE wi-fi . Balcony with three chairs and one table which overlooked runway for Corfu Airport . Whilst there was regular Airport noise this can be compensated for by the great views and the Airport has no flights after midnight and has some quieter days . Plenty of sun loungers around both main and secondary pools . Major outdoor problem was presence of Mosquitoes who clearly decided to eat any human who had the audacity to sit or lie outside . Despite wearing repellent this seemed to have no effect and anybody having been in residence for more than a couple of days could be seen scratching their bites whether or not they were outside or in the bar . All-inclusive starts at 10.00am until 6.00pm at Pool Bar) and 6.00pm until 11.00pm at Lobby Bar . Vasso controls Pool Bar and is extremely friendly and efficient and Markis manages Lobby Bar . Food is OK but could be hotter although number of guests being low does not make this very easy but the Staff are the best I have known . Managed by Nakis his girls , notably Regina & Athina (Catwoman) are indeed an asset to the Company . Area around Hotel is very quiet and trips into Corfu Town during day are recommended (Tickets 1.10 Euros each way from Mini-Market around corner) Overall a good break in a very very difficult year but the Mosquitoes were a pain in the neck and everywhere else on the body . Thanks Royal Grand .

We were very very disappointed with this hotel from the outside it looks lovely when you arrive the inside is all classy and clean until you recieve your room key and and sent across the road to an annex which doesn’t match up to the quality of the hotel itself, the corridor had a strong smell of sewage for the majority of our stay. As for the all inclusive, it’s very limited if you drink Diet Coke it’s extra and the coke they offer is unbearable so you don’t have a choice. The food is very limited and not the nicest so we opted to use the surrounded bars and restaurants for the duration of our stay even though we had paid for all inclusive as even the standard salad was horrible in the hotel. And finally the pool is freezing couldn’t stay in it longer than one lap as it takes your breath away. Ps don’t trust the photos from the website they don’t have a nice beach in the area it doesn’t even come close to the one in the photos x
