Chose CHP by reading the reviews - not disappointed. Lovely, spacious room with kettle and fridge which was a big plus. Everything was clean and we were especially impressed with all public toilet areas in terms of hygiene and availability of soap and paper towels. Food was brilliant (like being on a cruise) wide variety of choices with theme nights and there was entertainment most evenings. The location is superb - small beach area available to access via a lift besides the pool and beautiful scenery all around. Although near to airport it did not disturb us at all; quite exciting to see the planes coming and going. There are a couple of shops and tavernas outside the complex and bus stops to take you into Corfu town (very cheap at 1.70 euros) and only about 15 mins away. Staff were very friendly and helpful and all speak English. We loved our stay here and definitely thought it was good value for money. Hope to return next year.

Myself and my partner stayed here for a week at the start of July, I can not express how highly satisfied I was with my stay, from the hotel itself and staff were just exceptional. The accessibility of the island is really easy to get around and hotel staff are extremely helpful for suggestions on top venues to visit, we arrived late in the evening around 11, taxis to the hotel costs around 10 Euro for two people sharing also it only took around 10 minutes to get to the hotel, on arrival you are greeted by very welcoming staff, check in is very quick and easy. The rooms are just fantastic!, clean comfortable and very spacious. The late night bar has a brilliant atmosphere with a calm relaxing vibe to it and reasonably priced also helps it feel more enjoyable. Breakfast is an all you can eat self service buffet witch was brilliant consisted of a wide range of continental and traditional options, the only criticism I would add the coffee machine was very slow and with only two operating machines the queue was rather long, other than that brilliant over all. The evening meal is a similar style set up as well only with the addition of waiter/waitress serving drinks for your table if required. Transportation to and from the hotel is very convenient a regular bus service runs all day and late evening from the bus stop just at the entrance to the hotel, I would suggest buying tickets in the local newsagent shop also just the entrance, they are a lot cheeper than buying off the bus driver. The private hotel beach is just fabulous very convenient if unwilling to travel to another beach, if not I would recommend Glyfada or Barbati beaches, both can be accessed from the green bus station in Corfu town Both trips to each beach takes around 30 minutes each way offering return trips late on in the evening, leaving enough time for a long day at the beach!. Cruise/Boat day trips are available to book at the reception desk, I would recommend the Paxoi day cruise fantastic scenery fantastic boat as well possibility of seeing dolphins plus other ocean wildlife!.. overall just an enjoyable experience would highly recommended it to anybody visiting Corfu to use this hotel they couldn’t be more obliging during our stay, Keep up the great work!

The hotel is in a pretty location with a pretty view on one side. The other side faces the airport and you can hear your fellow travelers come and go on the planes. The room was nice and clean. There was a wide variety of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. I was disappointed in their wake-up calls. Both mornings we requested them and did not receive them. I even make a special trip to reception to double check that they had the correct room and time. Be sure to check out the funicular that takes you to a small beach below the hotel.

Just spent 5 nights at The Corfu Holiday Palace, Staff were very friendly, nice pool area, great variety of food on show and a great view from a sea view room on the 7th floor. The hotel is rated 5 star but i would say it is needing a refurb to get it back to 5 star ! look to get a sea view room, lake view is a nice view but its basically of the runway for the airport.

We love Corfu, visited it on numerous occasions, only latterly did we discover that we could afford this Hotel! This is our 4th visit and will not be our last hopefully. We love the location, the food, and most of all the friendly staff from reception right through to the guy on the beach. We have noticed over the years that improvements have been made, notably the Buffet, ground floor has been relaid, and the lovely terrace bar overlooking the beach. fabulous stay as usual.
