A cozy hotel with direct access to a beautiful beach. The rooms in bungalows are well above 3-star standard. We were always looking forward to the dinners - delicious food with great variety in a pleasant dining room or on terrace. What makes the hotel exceptional is the staff - absolutely amazing. You really feel they want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Definitely worth of coming back for more.

Small treasure hotel! Service is great , we have stayed for a week here and really enjoyed it. We booked half board and didn’t regret it- original Cooked food with great staff. For lunch we ate at a la carte restaurant on seafront and was really good. I recommend it for who love small hotels.

Excellent hotel, ecxellent staff, great beach (fine pebbles). The rooms are very clean, quiet and large enough for a pleasant stay. Food was sometimes somewhat lukewarm, but that's the way the cretans serve it traditionally. The nearby seaside restaurant "Pelagos", has reasonable prices and serves a very good food. They even serve food and drinks to the sun beds at the beach! There are 2 supermarkets in the close vicinity of the hotel. You'll also find a car rental (MOTOR Jiannis) just around the corner with a very friendly staff. There you can rent cars, scooters and mountainbikes. Everthing was just perfect.

A family-run 3 stars hotel that deserves at least 4! Situated at the best beach in southeastern Crete (Koutsounari) with crystal clear water, with recently renovated rooms (modern and stylish touch, bungalows and main building), perfectly clean. The major advantage though is the staff. Alexis and Yannis are the most attentive and polite owners I have ever met during my trips in Greece! With all the staff (reception and breakfast room) they present the ideal example of greek hospitality. They helped us to solve the confusion provoked by our tour operator concerning our booking at no cost, although it was not their fault!

This is a true gem, the staff goes beyond traditional 5-star service, and the rooms are just perfect for both solo travelers as well as families. The beach is great and Pelagos seaside restaurant is the best possible choice for food in the east side of Crete. Easy access, free parking, comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful. We will surely come back.

We are coming here already 4 years. No idea why it’s 3 star... great beach, clean water, new furniture at the beach. Great rooms for family and couples. Pretty quite in the evenings. Great restraint at the beach - one of the best and famous at Crete- Pelagius seaside restaurant

Stayed in this hotel with a couple of friends, had a lovely experience, friendly staff, lovely gardens/ pool! Only concerns were that the rooms were quite old fashioned and WiFi wasn’t brilliant, however lovely restaurants nearby and beaches! Would recommend if you want a holiday which is traditional and you don’t mind driving around to reach nice beaches/ towns

If you like staying somewhere Greek with the comforts of a modern hotel in a beautiful setting this is the place. Hotel has bungalows with terraces or rooms with a balcony both are the same standard. Rooms are very clean and well furnished. Breakfast was very good with changes of menu each day. I loved the fruit salad and yoghurt each day and there is a cooked breakfast daily. Staff are friendly and without exception helpful. They always did the extra bit like helping you with a taxi or giving advice. Beautiful gardens gong onto the beach. This is a peaceful place to stay and I would definitely go back. Just another point it is worth hiring a car at the airport as car hire is very reasonable in Crete.
