Well it exceeded all expectations from the moment we arrived and were greeted with a big smile until the moment we had to leave.
It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in on our world travels.
Nothing was too much trouble for the family that run (own?) the hotel and the staff.
Rooms are large with a very good sized balcony and are spotlessly clean as are all of the public areas.
The pool is of a good size and there is plenty of room around it for the large number of sun beds to be well spaced.
As the hotel is set on a hill there are lots of steps to get to the public areas and bedrooms.
The bus to Skiathos town and Koukanaries stop outside the hotel so transport is no problem and there is a car rental office next to the hotel.
There are many good quality restaurants very close and Troulos beach is only a ten minute walk away.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, I couldn’t find fault.
From the moment we checked in to the day we checked out nothing was to much trouble and the whole experience was fantastic, the people are fantastic with great customer care skills, the bar staff and the 2 sisters are excellent hosts and very friendly.
Like other posts say there are a few steps but nothing to drastic, they get easier as the days go by.
The food in the hotel is reasonably priced and absolutely lovely so please try it along with all the other tavernas close by the hotel, underneath the hotel is a supermarket / bakery and also taverna which are both excellent too.
The room was cleaned daily to an excellent standard with fresh towels provided daily, also at the pool you can have a pool towel if you want one which is a really great touch.
In our honest opinion this should be a 5 star so not sure why it isn’t because this is not your usual Greek experience.
Thank you to all at the hotel and hopefully we will be back to see you next year
The hotel has some steep steps for the higher rooms, so check for lower level rooms if necessary. We were in quite a high level room, it was a bit of a workout, but not a problem. Next to the hotel is a supermarket and a fantastic bake shop, that also sells ice cream. Fresh cooked croissants, donuts and bread, as well as coffees - very nice. Another supermarket is opposite too.
The beach is well worth visiting, about 10 mins walk. Great snorkelling, lots of fish, crystal clear water. Restaurants are visible as soon as you leave the hotel, with some lovely ones within a few minutes walk.
The bus to Skiathos Town is every 10 mins, cost 2 euro per trip. Stay on to the bus terminal to Skiathos Town. The bus stop is opposite the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel, can't fault it at all. And it's in a good location.
We booked the 2 weeks with TUI as a package and then did some independent travel too. For the Skiathos portion of the trip we chose the Skiathos Premier for part of our stay.
We were lucky enough to bag one of the deluxe, pool view studios and what an amazing place!
Spotlessly clean, beautiful pool area and a ten minute walk to Trolous beach.
There is a lift upto the pool area but if you're in one of the top rooms, as we were, then there are some steps to negotiate but they so take your bags up for you.
There is a small super market opposite the hotel, the bus stop is right next to it too so you can get to Skiathos town in about 20 minutes.
There's a selection of restaurants and bars close to the hotel or a five minute walk takes you along the main road to the beach and that is lined with other eateries, plus there are 2 nice beach front restaurants on Trolous beach.
The staff are extremely welcoming & leave you alone so you can relax & enjoy your time together.
In a summery quiet/relaxing with a high standard of cleanliness. The one criticism is that we do like to take the laptop to play music in the room but the wifi is very weak once you leave the pool area.
Great hotel would return in a heartbeat.
From start to finish, we loved every moment of our stay.
Our room was spotlessly clean to a very high standard, it was spacious and had everything we needed including a highchair & baby bath for our 1 year old son.
Nothing was ever too much for the sisters & the staff of this hotel.
During our stay, Skiathos was sadly hit by ‘Storm Daniel’ and again, nothing was too much, although we experienced many power cuts due to the storm, service was always impeccable, the ladies ensured our son had a hot dinner & his favourite Greek yoghurt & honey amidst all that chaos and ofcourse, a cuddle! Both sisters & the bar staff handled the storm professionally & graciously, we all felt safe and in good hands during our small ‘lockdown’, they kept us updated with information as we were due to fly home, they really did go above & beyond for us, especially during such a testing time for them as business owners.
We loved the decor of the whole hotel, simple but elegant & chic too.
The pool area in particular was always spotlessly clean with fresh towels provided and a lovely little play area for young children which is shaded which our son enjoyed shuffling around.
Troulos is a beautiful area, not too busy but not too quiet with a bus ride into Skiathos town available frequently.
I can’t wait to return one day to Skiathos Premier, such a relaxed & special environment, our whole stay truly was amazing even with the scary & chaotic ending for us, we will definitely be returning!
The hotel was spotless and everyone was so friendly and a credit to the two sisters who own / run this beautiful hotel.
Getting sunbeds was easy and no getting up early and a nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
Located near a few nice restaurants, a short walk to Troulos beach and the bus stop to Skiathos literally right outside meant it was a perfect location.
Would I come back here again? - Definitely YES 👍
