    Krásný hotel, hrozné jídlo
Very quiet little hotel by the beautiful beach. The hotel was clean and friendly staff. It was worse with the menu. We had all inclusive. Breakfast was fine, but lunch and dinner were sad. Daily fish, which is not harmful, but always the same prepared and the size of about 3x3 cm in a kind of sauce, rice side dish, pasta, sometimes potatoes and 2x chips. Next, some meat was prepared very similarly, although it was supposed to be a variety of dishes according to the name. This was repeated for lunch and dinner. There were plenty of vegetables and salads, but almost no fruit - sliced apple and pear, 2x watermelon and about 10 cherries. It was also sad that if you wanted drinking water on the beach with you, you had to buy it. Cupcakes filled with powdered cream were served as a sweet spot, and ice cream was also powdered, both quite disgusting. No Greek food was offered during the week. It's sad because the place and the hotel were nice, the sea wonderful along with the beautiful weather.

    loved this hotel
We stayed at this little family run hotel September 2006. If you want a quiet, uncommercialised location with no nightlife - then it's perfect. There's a long stretch of gleaming white pebble beach, sunbeds and umbrellas were free of charge. There's a handful of tavernas within a 10 minute walk (along the beach or road) but we opted for half board because vegetarian options were mentioned. The food was fine, homecooked and Greek, as opposed to Eurofood. The staff were lovely: friendly, courteous and efficient. The hotel operated a complimentary shuttle bus each morning to Pythagorian or Samos (alternately) except Sundays - but returning early afternoon. Otherwise you'd need to hire a car for a full day out or further exploration. A great number of the guests had been returning for many years to this hotel. I would definitely return

    Great holiday
Spent 1 week in july at the hotel. The location is relaxing. A couple of nice tavernas in walking distance. The beach is very good (small stones, natural shade), a sandy beach (psili amos) is 2km away. The rooms are big and clean, the food was good, tasty and plentifull. The entire staff is very friendly and are the main reason we were extremely satisfied with our holiday. The only thing we missed is organised transportation to Psili Amos. 2km is not a long distance, but still long in the hot noon sun. Samos is a very beautiful island, and we hope to visit it again.

My wife and I had an amazing time, the staff were incredible (Reception, bar staff, life guard, restaurant staff, cleaners, caretaker, kitchen staff) The beach was a 2 min walk away, swimming pool was lovely and kept clean. The German, Scandinavian, and Greek people who stayed there were lovely and respectful (Eastern Europeans were rude and up them selves) The food was lovely (especially Lunch and dinner), white wine and Ouzo is a must as I really enjoyed these alcoholic drinks. recommend hiring a car from reception as you must see some of this beautiful island, a nice walk into Psili Ammos past the nature reserve is a must too. If you want to get away from it all and have a wonderful view looking towards Turkey and out to sea (and you can put up with a few rude Eastern Europeans) then this hotel is for you.

An amazing stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The meals are varied and plentiful. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, the housekeeping is exemplary. If you wish to visit other parts of the Island it would be advised to hire a car as this hotel is situated about 5Km from the nearest village, perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. Well worth a stay.

Just came back from St. Nicholas, where we spent a week. ROOM: + spacious enough for two people, balcony with both sea and pool view, very quiet in the evening despite the music from pool bar. everyday cleaning and changing towels. fridge and big closet in the room. - bathroom definitely needs renovation, instead of one large bed there were two connected with a gap between, no outlets near the beds HOTEL: + cozy, small and very quiet, very nice and helpful crew, a lot of food, amazing views, very close to the beach and three taverns, white wine ok, rose and red too sour, beer ok, other things in all inclusive very poor, but we didn’t need other things. NO ANIMATIONS EITHER FOR KIDS AND FOR ADULTS ❤️❤️❤️ that’s a huuuuuge PRO for us, but not everybody likes quiet hotels. app. 20-30 mins from the airport. - food and coffe could be better, you’re not walking around hungry, but warm meals was very often cold, even if we came at the hour the meal was starting. BEACH: the one next to the hotel is rocky with very cold, yet cristalic water, free sun beds and umbrellas and not too crowded. if you want to go to a sandy beach with warmer water and some beach bars and tavernas, 15-20 mins by walk there’s Psili Ammos Beach - 2 sun beds and umbrella 6€ per day, frappe for 2,50 (so prices are “normal” there), more people than on the hotel’s one, but still quiet. Be careful, Samos is super-windy, so the water in this part of the Aegean Sea is colder than e.g on Crete. If you’re looking for a modest, budget hotel to have a spot to sleep and quietly drink couple glasses of wine after the sunset, without any parties and stuff, if you want to explore an island - that’s a very good choice. if you wish for awesome all inc. and you want to spend all your stay in the hotel - look for something else. we came back very relaxed!

We spent two weeks at this beautiful hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were made to feel as old friends from the start of our stay. There was many additional services, that we are used to paying extra for that came as standard, for example:- wi-fi, beach sunbeds and safety deposit box. The bedrooms were kept spotless with a maid service on a daily basis, the bathrooms were a little compact but contained all the necessary items. There was plenty of storage with a spacious balcony or patio. The pool area and bar were kept clean, and bar service ran from 10.00 - 23.00 on an all inclusive package. The bar remained open until 24.00 but drinks were charged. There were plenty on sunbeds both around the pool and on the hotels beach, which was also beautifully clean. We would recommend hiring a car as the hotel is in a remote part of the Island with an infrequent bus service, although the Hotel offer a bus service into the nearest town every day apart from Sunday.

We spent 10 days in September in the Saint Nicholas Hotel. The hotel is small, rooms are big and clean, air-conditioned, nothing luxurious, but you have everything you need for a family holiday. The hotel has its own beach, which is not crowded, has natural shade, sunbeds and umbrellas. The sea is very clean as well as the beach itself. The staff is very very friendly, especially waiters. The food was various and delicious. Clean water in the pool. I would recommend it to a families with small kids who loves peaceful holiday.

Very nice hotel, stayed there for two weeks in June 2016. Staff is very friendly and food is great, delicious Greek dishes to choose from. Very clean place. The hotel is next to the very quiet beach where you can enjoy the sunshine on free sunbeds. On the beach you can usually see gests of the hotel and is not crowded. Just piece and quiet. Hotel is in remote place so a quad or a car would be handy to have If you want to see the Island.

The staff of this hotel is really amazingly friendly, and they go out of their way to help guests in any way. Hotel is generally very tidy and clean, and the food is great. We really had a great time and we would like to come back some day. We stayed there for ten days, in July and we felt relaxed and welcome. It's quiet so it's easy to rest and enjoy the stay. We would like to thank to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and happy. Jelena and Tanja

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and cosy rooms. Good, fresh food, loved the greek themed dinner with best musaka, tzatziki, lamb chops ect. Couple of meters from the pebble beach and close to sandy one. Great starting point for exploring the island or just relax by the pool or the beach. Would come back in a heartbeat.
