We have just come.back from a lovely holiday staying at the Letsos. We were in an renovated studio apartment which was tidy, spacious and clean. The shower was huge, and hot water all the time. The room overlooked the main road which initially we were disappointed at however we like people watching and this was ideal and would request the same room. The pool area was faultless clean and tidy enough sun loungers for everyone and not be on top each other. The pool bar and staff were amazing the drinks were branded and cheap. Reception was clean and tidy and the staff were very accommodating and couldn't do enough to help us even arranging our return tests and printing off out return documents. Location wise spot on, 5.minutes to beach and central for all restaurants. Would definitely return

This is a budget hotel, that's the first thing you have to remember. Upon entry the hotel reception staff were lovely, friendly and very accommodating. We asked if we could upgrade to a swim up room but they were full. She offered us another room but we decided to see what we had first. (I know, I was being a brat 🤣) The area the hotel covers is vast with different rooms/blocks in different locations but all very close to the main hotel. There are studios, family rooms, smaller rooms, swim ups etc and it goes without saying, if you have that much choice, they're going to be scattered. There is a road between the main hotel and some other rooms but it's about 15 foot wide and quiet. We were shown to our room on the 1st floor of the main hotel by a lovely man. There's only two of us but we opted for a family room for extra space, which consists of a double bed, fridge, wardrobe, bedside tables, chairs, bathroom with hairdryer, shower (a 7/10), shaver socket, towels. There's also a kitchenette with a kettle/mugs/glasses and double doors leading to a balcony. Theres also a first floor in our room with 2 singles. The room is used, a little dated but given we're spending most of our time out and about and the price we paid, its not a problem. The bed is comfy enough and I'm sleeping! We're half board, the evening food is lovely, cod, pork, meatballs (😋) moussaka, rice, mash, fresh salad etc (we're only on day 4 so can't give any more) for breakfast there's a small selection of cereal, eggs (fried or scrambled) mushrooms, sausages, toast, beans. It works. If there's nothing you fancy, it's cheap enough to eat out even if you have paid for hotel food. During the day the island bar offers some amazing lunches, a variety of omelettes, pizzas, sandwiches, salads etc. And it's around €7 for a dish. Drinks are cheap and Greek portions, so spirits are bloody huge. 🙌 If you're a fussy eater, there are a few restaurants within 1 - 5 mins of walking. The pool area is brand new, HUGE and very clean. Plenty of space for the whole hotel to swim at once with about about 250/300 sunbeds around it (with and without parasols) so plenty of beds to sun-chase. The extensive very new, very large pool itself is a figure 8 with the island bar in the middle, the temperature is perfect and just off the main pool are a further 3 or 4 pools, ideal for children at one end as the pool starts off with a very gradual slope so they can play in the shallows. There are water jets all around feeding in to pool and music plays from around 10am (English and not offensive, although my husband may disagree 🤣) Set within the pool on the island is a private area where you can use the swim up beds and shaded area. There are bridges taking you across and it's €50 per couple to use but this includes €50 of food and drinks from the bar so if you plan to spend the day sunbathing, worth it. There's a Spar shop 30 seconds from the hotel door so ideal for the little things you need. We paid £300 each for the 7 nights stay which included our flight, so just remember that when you're booking. It is a 3* but all the staff are polite, pleasant, accommodating and will do anything for you. Most, if not all the holiday makers we have spoken to are on return trips of 3, 5, 7 years etc so they're obviously doing something right. There's a car hire shop directly outside on the strip as well as trip booking shops, souvenir and a hypermarket selling a variety of tobacco and alcohol. The beach is about a 10 min walk max. Things to remember Aircon is €50 per week (and works very well) There's holiday tax €20 The safe is €10 per week. Factor that in to your stay. You get what you pay for so stop being a princess if you're expecting the Hilton.

Arrived at hotel nice and big hotel reception ladies were nice and polite we was offered upgrade on options of room which we were happy to do and chose the deluxe rooms with with swim to rooms just be aware if your on a budget so you are not on the back foot.Room was as described cleaner was very nice and happy to help I would say the WiFi was terrible I would advise stick up on data and swerve it . The pool area is excellent the bar staff great and food good although nearly all week we are and drank all over as the variety was a welcome surprise without walking miles and I would say you could live on a shoestring if you needed to Iguana bar was our favourite for the week with a nights drinking I was questioning if I was charged enough On the whole a great week come with a positive mind smiles etc you will enjoy if your a serial moaner who wants to waste their week with drama and arguments crack on

Arrived with my partner and 3 children (5, 6 and 9) and was shown out of the reception, along a road without a pavement and numerous passing coaches and lorries to a seperate building away from the main hotel and opposite an arcade (dangerous for young children and noisy). Upon entering the room I advised it was not as advertised ( should have been 1 bedroom double bed, one bedroom 4 single beds, living room 2 sofa beds but was double bed in 1 bedroom, 3 single beds in second bedroom and no sofa beds) this did not fit our family requirements, after numerous attempts of conversation and trips to the main building showing them my room confirmation I managed to get a single sofa bed additional to what we had, which the porter who brought said himself do you want me to ask for a cleaner, it was disgusting in colour and dirty. Advertised as €7 a unit air con, I had the impression this would be €7 per apartment (unit) however it is per air con unit in the apartment, there were 3 in ours making it €21 per night for air con. An additional cost that you don't expect to be charged for in August. Each unit was placed as far away.from the door to the next room so no air from one room went to the other, the air con units turned off as soon as you opened a balcony door. WiFi again not free and something you expect as standard in this day. One air con unit was dripping water into the TV under it. Had I of put this TV on I'm sure there would of been an electrical fire. As it was we had no remote control for the TV, I advised reception of the issue and was told the TV does not work anyway, the building is not hooked up to an ariel - another thing advertised as being in the room but not available to us. There was no concern for the electrical hazard, especially with children around and the TV remained in our room throughout. The furniture was very old and falling apart. There was an electricity cabinet on the wall.of the living room with the front panel hanging off and wires exposed. There were no bowls in the kitchen, I asked for some on day 1 but they didn't arrive at any point during my stay. The bathroom tap did not work upon arrival but this was fixed by the porter bringing the sofa bed. There was no plug in the bath, I asked for one and was told there was not one, so we were unable to use the bath. There was a shower however it faced bath width ways over the toilet with no shower curtain. I asked if there were any 2 bedroom apartments closer to the main hotel and was told the only ones the hotel owns are in the sub building. I later found out from another guest this was not the case, and that those in the main building were of a higher standard than ours. Customer service at the hotel was very poor. No problem we approached them with was solved to our satisfaction if at all. The problems we were experiencing, bed numbers not as described and electrical hazards are unacceptable when paying money to a hotel and I would never return. The new pool was brilliant, however is open to those not staying on site (as it felt we were not anyway located down a road), i would visit the pool again and stay at better accommodation.
