My boyfriend and I have been looking for a nice pub that does Sunday dinner for ages. We live in Newquay and it's only a small drive away. Driven past this place many times but never been in. But last Sunday we went and I'm so glad we did. Great, friendly and helpful service at the bar, the man doing...

This place could definately do with a bit of a make over! Very shabby and the toilets were disgusting (ladies smelt terrible) the young girl who saw to us on arrival was extremely pleasant and helpful as was the barman! But while having a drink before our food came the chef (an older gentleman) walked past our table and cleared...

My partner and I went to the White House for a meal this evening. We are tourists and it looked a pleasant place to eat...there it stops! We got a drink and then stood waiting to be seated at a table..a young man looking harassed said, after looking around the restaurant at many empty tables, we could have the table...

My mother and I stayed at the Whitehouse Inn for a weekend recently and, all in all, our stay was a pleasant one. Our standard twin room was basic, clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. The service was excellent, particularly the two young people who dealt with the breakfast meals - they were pleasant and...

Extremely friendly people, very spacious rooms and clean. Although the Internet and phone signals were disappointing our stay here was very enjoyable. The food was tasty and really good value, there was always plenty to eat. I will have fond memories for a long time and look forward to visiting again.

This was our second stay at the Whitehouse Inn but our first time in giving a review as it deserves to be highlighted. The accommodation was to a very high standard with regard to cleanliness, space and comfort. The staff, both in the bar and restaurant were always friendly and polite towards their customers. The menu (Bar & Restaurant) offered...

We stayed for a three night mid week break in the lodge twin standard room. After reading some of the previous reviews we weren't sure what to expect but on arrival and being met with smiling friendly staff and seeing our room we were very impressed. The room was immaculately presented and spotlessly clean, with fresh towels and bed linen....

My wife and I spent 3 brilliant weeks in one of the 12 lodge rooms at The Whitehouse near Perranporth. The spacious bedroom and generously-proportioned disable-friendly bath/shower room, together with the lift enabled this walking stick user to negotiate between the 2 levels. Inclusive cooked breakfast was always prepared to our demanding standards. The family members running this gem were...
