Only had one night here after staying in hostel for a week. We had such a great night with the live music [Thursdays] and with the night staff _ big shout out to both Adonis for making the best cocktails and to Peter for keeping us company. Rooms were big clean and quiet. Great pool with enough sun chairs.

A very nice hotel with amazing team of staff Everyone was very pleasant, welcoming, helpful and professional, from the manager and the desk staff, to the pool bar staff, the restaurant staff and of course the lovely room maid (who worked on 1st floor of block 9) I cannot fault them, they were all wonderful. A special mention for Demetri and Elvira at the pool bar, great hospitality The cleanest hotel I have been to in a while too We had a really pleasant stay and hope to return for more of the same Having worked in customer service for 30 years myself, I was impressed with this hotel.

Just came back from our lovely holidays. We, a couple, stayed in this fabulous hotel a week. We booked all inclusive. - The hotel is a villa that has two pools. We stayed near the main pool. Hotel looked well maintained, everyday there were gardeners looking after the gardens. The pool was cleaned every night with a robot and did not have that chlorine strong smell that pools have. It has a spa, kid area and gym, that I did not go so not able to tell how it was. During the day, although everyone is enjoying themselves around, the hotel is very quiet. It is a family hotel, plenty kids but not noisy ones. We did not see young or teenagers which was wonderful as we could enjoy our stay. The hotel has some entertainment night such karaoke or magician for kids. - Room: the room, a studio, was quite spacious with a mini kitchenette and balcony. The bed was a super king size. The only downsize in this matter for me is the mattress was too hard, I asked the hotel for a softer layer which was placed but not helped. The bathroom did not have a window that comes very handy. - Food: The food is excellent. It presents you with Greek cuisine. The breakfast has the English one and variety of eggs (scramble, sunny side up, boiled, omelette) vegetables, fruit, cheese, bread, cereal, cakes and pastries. The lunch does not have too much variety, it is given by the pool, it is mainly pasta Bolognese, either fish, pork, or chicken, potatoes; vegetables, salad, ice cream and cakes. During dinner time we enjoyed the Greek cuisine. The dinner is in the main restaurant and this is best as it has variety of meat (fish, pork and chicken, beef), and the chef option that is grilled, vegetables, salad, fruit, cakes, cheesecakes, ice cream and drinks. All inclusive drinks were between 11am to 10 pm, and choice was limited but adequate - Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. We asked some advice about where to go to some of them, Gregory, nice and friendly guy, Adonis, “Freedom” the receptionist. The staff from the bar are very friendly and nice. The housekeeper changed our bed daily and made beautiful figures with the sheets and towels, candies, hand fan, hearts, swans; very good touch. In overall, the customer service is outstanding!!!! - Location: The hotel is 2 min away from the beach. It has plenty restaurant around where you can stop by for dinner. It has a mini golf next door. It is quite close to Chania 15min ride by bus. The bus stop is near the hotel. We found plenty rental car offices close to it and with better price than the hotel.

This is not a 4 stars hotel. More 2. The pool area is Nice. They have rooms that are really old and not fresh and ones that are ok, but not 4 stars level. The beds are really hard. They charge extra for everything: the safe that is in the room, WiFi, the wave in the reception to weight bags charges 1€ /bag and it’s not accurate, extra city taxes. The gym is from the 80’s, unfresh and no ac, it’s terribly hot. I asked the reception to put in a fan...no action. The breakfast could be more healthier, half is sweets, the same food everyday. Like a school canteen. The cleaning staff were yelling at each other from one floor to another ...no chance to get a rest during the day.

Our family of 4 spent a week at Creta Palm and we would highly recommend it. Room was spacious and clean and we had a nice view of the pool area. The hotel has 2 big pools which are pristine. Breakfast was good but we usually stepped out for dinner in one of the many restaurants close by. A quick walk and we were at a restaurant on the beach!! There is a bus stop within 50m of the hotel and we took the 20minute bus ride into the old town/ harbor waterfront area on a few evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Dimitris and Eleverna at the pool bar who kept us entertained and hydrated.
