The rooms we had were very big, hotel was clean and pool clean. The issue was the breakfast food. The breakfast items were all poor quality and there was almost nothing greek. We were lucky not to have all inclusive dinner as i went upstairs to see the buffet and food didnt look good either.

I liked everything about this hotel. Rooms, pools, gardens, the people, the beach, everything. Everything is so clean, the personal so friendly, food so gooood! And the night parties were awesome! I would like to come back someday!

Creta Palm is located around 10 mins from Chania, right next to an awesome beach with deep blue water and an amazing soft sand. The room was very clean and comfortable the personnel very kind and eager to help us. Also, the wifi connection was stable and credible (hard to find in hotels in Greece), which was important for me...

This was my 3rd visit to Crete and it changed my mind completely about the island. From the minute I walked into the hotel, there was a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The staff were so approachable helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The public areas were immaculate, never any litter, dirty glasses to be seen. The room was also spotlessly clean...

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful.breakfast good but could do with being varied every few days. My main criticism was the price of extras . Two towels for 2 weeks 24€ Wifi 18€ and a safety deposit box 30€ . The beach is about 50 mtrs across the road and the bus stop to Chania about the same.

My first visit to western Crete will not be my last. The city of Chania is a delightful place to meander around soaking up the history. Juat 7km west is Stalos. It has a fantastic sandy slowly shelving beach. The Creta Palm is a gem just 200 yards from the beach on the old coast road. Its simple frontage masks...

Stayed here in late Sept 2016 and had a lovely time. The staff were very friendly. Demetrius the barman who for some reason called me Beckenham Stella the waitress, bar and reception attendant Andreas were very nice. The hotel is very clean and the rooms to. On a negative note I don't think the hotel is a four-star. The menu needs...

Spent two weeks at Creta Palm returning on 30 Sept. Modern, clean hotel with two nice pools and two bars. Most clients seemed to be from Scandinavia and were on an all-inclusive basis. We were B&B preferring to try the variety of tavernas around. Located west of Chania the hotel is almost at the end of the strip from Platanias...

We have just returned from a week's bed and breakfast from the Creta Palm. I would agree with many previous comments, it's not really 4 star accommodation but it was fine for us. We asked for a quiet apartment and were away from the bar and pool area and never heard a peep from other guests. The main living area...

From front it looks pretty small but when you enter a big resort opens up with many rooms, 2 pools, restaurant, poolbars. Beach is just across street and its a great sandy beach. We stayed for 12 nights and are sad to leave!
