Our group of 20 golfers visited hotel for a week in the end of October -22. Hotel is located in a very quiet spot, surrounded by local houses and some holiday homes and fields. Area is very beautiful and green, but there are no other hotels or restaurants or shops anywhere close. We game to play golf and the course is very nicely located right next to the hotel. Hotel rooms were nice and good in size. My room was facing the pool and golf course and the small balcony was sunny but not furnished. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night so good to sleep after long days playing. We visited the spa every day and there were only few other people there. Sauna was not too hot for us Finns. Breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, breads and cheeses, fruit, yogurt, mysli etc. There was a buffet dinner every evening and the food was very delicious. From club or bar you could get also some lunch or dinner from menu. The golf course was quite challenging. I like to walk when playing and the round took 4,5 to 5,5 hours. Fairways were in pretty poor condition due to lack of water, greens were in perfect condition though. There were a lot of hills up and down and beautiful sceneries. …

Excellent location 40km north of Lisbon. Adjacent to reasonably priced gol facilities including championship course. Excellent for family gathering. Provided very good birthday party food family. Self catering accommodation also available to a very comfortable standard. We have experienced both.

Myself and the guests of my wedding all stayed at the hotel in October. We had the most incredible experience ever, we all experienced VIP treatment and felt comfortable and taken care on. The staff, especially the hotel manager did an exceptional job at making sure we were all okay and looked after. Yuliya is truly heaven sent. All the staff at the hotel were incredible, but Yuliya, Nuno, Miguel and Pedro went above and beyond for myself, my husband and our family. We will definitely be recommended this hotel to anyone and everyone we know who will be visiting Lisboa in the future. I personally cannot wait to stay and experience this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff who made our trip a memorable one.

When I first played Campo Real 15 years ago it was a delight with well maintained fairways, clinging rough, well sanded bunkers and wonderful greens. Now the only part of the course that could be described as adequate are the greens. Management have somehow conspired to turn this course into a dirt track and I mean that entirely literally. The fairways now consist of soil with the occasional blade of grass struggling to survive. The have wrecked a true gem and how they have the nerve to charge green fees is beyond me. My shoes picked up so much soil on the first fairway that I grew half an inch and spent the first nine raking the soil of the soles of my shoes before each shot! If drastic action is not taken soon this course could be lost. What is so annoying is that all the other courses in the area - royal Obidos, West Cliffs etc do not have these problems. Drastic and urgent action is needed to save this lovely course. I was not staying in the hotel and my review relates only to the golf course.…

As a Green Key hote, Dolce Campo Lisboa has an environmentally sustainable irrigation policy, based mainly on the reuse of rainwater. Our country, and especially our region, faces a period of extreme drought. For this reason, the resources available through the public system are limited, and there are restrictions in the use of water. Had a reservation for last year's new year package that unfortunately had to be cancelled due to a positive COVID test. At the time we had a 12 month voucher issued. Now the hotel is refusing the use of this voucher for the same period, exactly 12 months after our original reservation, only because the voucher was issued on December 27th. We were returning customers. Not anymore.

Service was not how it supposed to be! Flat out horrible! Unfriendly and it took them ,after they noticed us, 35 minutes to bring our drinks! I counted eleven waiters and none of them took action. Very disappointed

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are well decorated with nice en-suites. The outdoor pool is nice but the temperature was very cold! What was incredibly disappointing was the food. The only evening dining option was a buffet restaurant. It was €33 per head not including drinks which was incredibly expensive for what was very basic food. So disappointing not to have any restaurant option on a hotel of this size. It is quite isolated in location so the only other option would be to travel by taxi to a local town for dinner. The pool bar was closed meaning that you had to walk quite a distance to even get a water. Glad we only had three nights here. I would have been very upset if we had booked this hotel for three weeks!

On the day before my wedding I had booked a room here to get ready in the morning. To celebrate in advance with my future husband and our friends we came to the restaurant to drink champagne and eat some snacks. My husband have allergies to goat and sheep milk, so when we ordered the cheese plate we made this very clear with the waiter. After we got the plate, we double and triple checked with two more waiters and got the same answer that there is no goat or sheep. One hour later we almost had to cancel the wedding because the groom was dying, and created a unpleasant “show” all over the hotel. Our celebration on the night before the wedding got ruined. We have sent an complaint to the hotel and never got an answer or an apology. Please take allergies seriously, it can end very badly. And above everything be professional, after all you are supposed to be a 5 star hotel.…

We have been in this hotel 3 times, in 2018, 2021 and 2022 and we were never disappointed. We tried the standard rooms, the suite and more recently the guest houses for groups. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and client oriented. There is now a kids club offering various activities for kids. Swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) are well designed for all ages. Slippery outside, best attention should be given to those wet spots, because lots of kids falling and hurting themselves. The food is very good and with great variety. (2 restaurants with snacks at 2 additional bars) Expensive breakfast but with tons of choices for all tastes, really enjoyed it all times. We did not try golf, therefore no opinion on that. I can only recommend this hotel. We always had a great and pleasant stay there.…

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel, friendly staff, the bartender makes excelent cocktails. The staff at the reception is also very friendly. Beautiful pool, activities for kids during the daytime and big rooms.
