Couldn't honestly say this was a 4 star hotel more a 3 with 4 star gardens but 3 star rooms and food - the room we were given even though classed as superior was adequate only, quite small, no toiletries or bits provided other than body wash in a large bottle in the shower and a couple of small bars of soap, not what I would expect for the price paid and in comparison to other 4 start hotels we have stayed in. Fridge door wouldn't open as it was in the wardrobe and the runners were in the way so we had to lift the door to open it. The wardrobe door runners kept sticking even though maintenance came out twice to look at it. I appreciate these are special times but we were supplied with a large 'glass' bottle of water which we were expected to refill at the watering stations in the bar, I wasn't happy carrying glass around to refill as not only was it heavy it was dangerous on the concrete paths. There were very few snacks available when the restaurants were closed although cheese sandwiches seem to be in abundance which is a shame if you don't like cheese. I visited the small area where they did leave a sparce amount of food to find that most of it had gone and they hadn't replenished, would have been nice to have been abe to have a bag of crisps. There were no snacks by the smaller pool bar at all and if you wanted white coffee you had to go to the main bar quite a way off which by the time you got it and brought it back it was cold. For some reason they locked the doors where the machines were by the small pool and the bar only had expresso coffee. We were also very disappointed to be woken up every morning between 6.30 and 7.00 am to the sound of lots of barking dogs, we couldn't work out whether there were kennels near by or whether they were on the complex, it was very loud where we were (block K)

This hotel is excellent staff are friendly and curtious. The entertainment staff are outstanding I can't thank them enough for a great entertainment package. The only thing stopping me from giving a full 5 stars is I went on a day trip and came back to find my room had been left open after the cleaners had cleaned my room. Am looking forward to next time.

Stopped hear for a short break in September, the staff and are friendly, entertainment team also good. This was a covid 19 trip, hotel kept us feeling safe at all times. Loads of sunbeds, no mad rush in the morning, plenty of families with young children too. The rooms were quiet at night, really good aircon. Theres also a nice beach with free sunbeds for guests. Highly reccomended to anyone that needs a peaceful break. They also have free shuttle bus do albufeira and vilamoura.

I am so disappointed With this resort that I am not sure where to start. First of all with a small child they put our room, that was suppose to be a bigger room(it’s tiny) they put us on the second floor which to reach was by a lot of stairs having to carry the child and the trolly several times per day up and down. In our room we didn’t even get a double bed, we got two beds pushed together they through the night kept separating and we kept falling in to the hole in the middle. Don’t let me start on the food which was just all over bad that resulted in me vomiting the whole night. The drinks Were equally as bad , I mean a gin & tonic they literally made out of a machine and it tasted more like water with sugar than anything else. The whole resort basically has one toilet by the reception which was filthy and shared by god knows how many people. Also because of COVID they closed down the spa and the interior pool among other things but still charge you full price , although they let so many people stay in the resort that no matter where you go, you could probably catch it anyway as everything is so poorly cleaned and taken care of. Never coming back again and seriously advising ANYONE to never book your stay here!

Dear Gabriela Linnea, We are sorry we were unable to meet your expectations during your stay with us. Portugal has since the beginning of the pandemic been very forthcoming with restrictions and safety measures, therefore to re-open the hotel we have to follow a wide variety of very strict restrictions and regulations to ensure the safety of both our guests and staff. Adriana Beach Club Hotel Resort has since the beginning worked very hard to make sure that despite all these rules and restrictions our guests can enjoy their well deserved holidays in security and comfort, something that if looking at other comments on this very website we are luckily successful in. We regret it if you feel these measures are too strong, but neither us are the ones to judge since without following them we would not be able to be in operation at the moment. I´ve personally had the pleasure to accompany your check-in during which the question was raised regarding the services that are momentarily closed by government regulations (indoor pool, SPA). This was something you were aware of prior to arriving to the hotel, as well as other restrictions such as use of the gym by reservation. Therefore as a gesture of goodwill we offered all 4 rooms complimentary car parking and free use of the safe in the room. After your check-in I have personlly spoken to your family again during dinner time to ensure you were satisfied and at that moment it was confirmed that everything was satisfactory. We regret you decided to leave without any comments and do hope you enjoy the rest of your holidays in Portugal. Kind regards Marloes Homan Service Quality Manager
