The view stunning - perhaps the best on the island for sunsets. The food is super low quality - for sure the worst we’ve had during our two week stay on Corfu. Everything was cooked from frozen... frozen squid, frozen prawns, even frozen French fries! compare this to even the most basic taverna where everything is freshly mad and it only made matters worse. It’s the type of place where when the waiter/waitress asks you if everything is ok you end up saying “yes” because there is literally no hope to change the number of things wrong with the food. Our kids had ice cream for desert and even that was super lower garbage quality from a supermarket. Big shame - go for the view and a drink but then get your food somewhere else!

As with a previous reviewer, we visited this hotel as part of a hiking trip along the coast. The hotel is impressive and the views second to none. We enjoyed the sunset from the hotel terrace and the sunrise from our room's balcony. Wonderful. The room was comfortable and the food good. We were there in the last week of their operation for this year and there was a feeling that things were winding down. No pool towels. But this is a detail. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay here.

This was the second hotel on our hike up the west coast. The location is spectacular and the hotel is old and established. It feels classy when you walk in, but it feels a bit stuffy in many ways. I think the restaurant attracts many non-residents and it seemed that there was insufficient staff. We had one dinner included and what we had was very good. Breakfast was more friendly with the lady in charge there making everyone feel very welcome. The rooms are spacious, but have only 1 electric socket, so an extension lead provided more sockets under the TV. There were no pool towels, but there was a fridge with water in, however this was not replaced once consumed.

Room Tip: I guess you pay extra for a room with a view our hiking package seems to have rooms over the car...

Some of the best views I have ever seen in all my decades of travels! Warm and welcoming staff, reasonably priced delicious local dishes, and a very clean swimming pool. Not a destination for those looking for unnecessary luxury, pointless amenities, or modern decor: Levant Hotel is a space of unapologetic Corfiot authenticity owned and operated by hardworking and genuine people, with a romantic but also family-friendly atmosphere. Would wholeheartedly recommend and cannot wait to return!

My wife and I recently got married at the Kaisers Throne with the reception following at Levant. From our first time there in October 2017 to the actual wedding in June 2019 it was the most amazing journey. The location is perfect. A must visit when in Corfu. You will not be disappointed. The warmth from Dandis, Kiki, Spiros etc is like nothing I have ever experienced before. We felt like part of the family and that it what we love about Levant, it feels like a home away from home. The food is out of this world and the view from the terrace is just heavenly. The rooms are a great size, very clean and exceptionally comfy beds. I can honestly say this is my favorite place on the planet and we are already planning our return later in the year. Thank you all again and we will see you soon. Love Emily and Shane x
