Anixis Studios is situated in Aliki Paros, 400 metres from the main beach amidst a lush garden with bougainvilleas, geraniums and olive trees. It features self-catered studios with open views to the sea or to the beautiful and well kept gardens. Paros airport is just 5 km away. The air-conditioned and well furnished studios have a flat TV and a kitchenette with large fridge. All units are nicely decorated, have a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer and are cleaned daily. Guests are free to use the barbeque facilities, have outdoor meals under the trees and relax at the sitting areas around. Free Wi-Fi access is available in the entire property. Anixis Studios is 12 km from Parikia and the main port, and just 100 metres from the bus stop. The beach of Faraggas ,one of the nicest and wind protected of the island, is just 1 km away, and features bars and restaurants. Beautiful and sandy Piso Aliki beach is 450 metres away and Agios Nikolaos beach 500 metres . The little picturesque port of Aliki with all the restaurants , cafes and shops around, is only five minutes walking distance. Guests of the Studios Anixis enjoy special rates on car and motorbike rental. Airport and port shuttle could be arranged on request and free private parking is available. Daily trips by boat are organized as well.

Anixis is perfect in every way. We've stayed there on many occasions over the years and consider it a home from home. Maria and Michelle go "that extra mile" to ensure your holiday is memorable, nothing is too much trouble for them. The accommodation is very tastefully decorated and has that personal touch, and the homemade "gifts" that await you throughout the holiday are delicious! We love a sea view and the views from the room/s we've stayed in are fabulous. The ambience at Anixis is wonderful, a truly Greek feel. It is also perfectly located, a short stroll into the village. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We have stayed with Maria and her family many times and missed it sorely during lockdown. We took the upper apartment for 5 weeks and everything was perfect as usual .The apartment is great and the view wonderful . It really feels like home and we can't wait to be back this year

What a quaint hotel! The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The welcome from Maria was like we were family. This is on the quiet side of the island but was just the respite needed after several days in Athens.

Lovely Family, excellent stay , amazing staff! When I check in at the room I feel that I am at my home! Everything is super cozy really clean whatever you will need for your stay it will be at the room! We will stay again and again at this place! We love also the colourful garden where you can drink your coffee under the trees! If you wish to feel the Greek philoksenia you have to stay at this hotel! Maria we love you! We can’t say enough good things about the kind, helpful and caring family Kaniotis and her staff at Anixis Studios, especially Maria and Michelle!! We went there for the second time and appreciated it so much that we stayed nearly six weeks this time!:) The Studios are very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The whole proberty with the garden is very nice and cozy as well. And we always were provided with fresh fruits from the garden. Aliki itself is a beautiful little village. In walking distance (5 - 10 min) from Anixis you can find 3 beaches with crystal clear water. We can’t wait to come back!! :-) Jana and Andreas

This was our second stay at Anixis, and like the first, much enjoyed. The apartment is spacious and very clean and the view from the balcony is amazing! Maria is very friendly and helpful,nothing is a problem. The whole family are great and fruit from Kostas' garden and his wife's great cake were very welcome! All in all, another hugely enjoyable visit. We will be back this year

We stayed at Anixis studios for two nights. The room was very spacious, clean and with a lovely view. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit Alyki. The owner Maria is very friendly and great hostess.

Ms Maria was helpful and friendly, also suggest us a car for rent, tips for the island and a lot daily trips. Our studio was very nice clear at the first floor, with a huge balcony and really enjoy sea view. Mr Kostas the "old man" he is a really authentic original Greek person, every morning give us fresh eggs from his chickens, summer fruits and vegetables from his garden. Absolutely professional people. We recommend it for sure.
