This is a really good value hotel for all inclusive, however its not 5 star standards. Its great for kids. Really nice pool area and the roof bars lovely to sit for a few drinks and enjoy the ambiance. There's 2 types of all inclusive level for drinks (we are not really drinkers so we didnt notice any difference, however if you like a proper coffee ie cappuccino, that's on the extra level) Heres a few niggles duing our 5 night stay... The food is abit repetitive, theres not much tradional greek style options, also most of the food just doesn't taste as fresh as it should be. The food isnt very hot either, theres even a microwave in the corner for you to heat your food up... (We went to a different 5 star hotel after and the food standard there was so much better - what you expect from a 5 star) The air-con in the room is very noisy and is not fit for purpose, I would not recommend staying at this hotel if outside temperature is above 25°c (you will bake in the room), it was 25°c and below when we stayed and luckily I had my mini fan with me to get me through the night. Apart from the above, it was a very nice stay overall.…
What is unforgettable from our stay is the willingness of the staff to reach beyond and gift us their hospitality, assistance and smiles. Whom to mention first, the amazing bartender (who remembered our drinks everyday), Suleyan the waiter (who was fast as a speeding bullet, or the Maitre d' Pierre - who is very professional and is a credit to the hotel. Everyone works in military preciseness and effectiveness under his supervision. Cosy and clean rooms, very good food with variety and non repetitiveness. A well kept establishment. However, there are not many sunbeds which is a rather drawback as one can not enjoy the poolside relaxing. The beach is very rocky and if the weather is foul - very wavy. There are a few restaurants that are very service oriented and with good food and reasonable prices. We rented a car and visited Chania, and a few places around despite the buses being very punctual and cheap as we wanted to have freedom of movement. Very good vacation - and good moments to remember. Would definitely visit again.…
Most important is an excellent hotel with charming and helpful staff. Cleaning, Bar, entertainment and reception staff are excellent. Both of the restaurants staff are outstanding, specially restaurant manager Pierre is very professional, flexible and massively helpful. However, the reservation manager the lady is very humble basically she completely made a mess with our booking but hotel manager was able rectify next day. The hotel manager is very professional and very good. So, reservations manager’s service & skill is not up to five star hotel. Certainly she must be required more training for her basic job, communication and problem solving ASAP. Except that bad experience we had a nice holiday.
Overall the hotel is of very high quality and standard, and I can’t fault the staff and amenities. However, the entitlement of another guest attempted to ruin our final night… So we are enjoying the waterpark, which as per paying £1000 for the stay here, we are perfectly entitled to do. We were accosted, however, by a Danish woman who tried to make us leave the waterslides for no real reason other than she felt she had entitlement, and that she could tell anyone else what to do. We laughed, and said no. She then - I don’t jest - goes to tell the manager, like a true Karen or grumpy teenager when she hasn’t got her way. The manager essentially sided with us, and we stayed put. We did see the woman around giving us the evil eye afterwards. I hope you are reading this, crazed lady, and enjoy your miserable life!…
This is not a 5 star hotel, rather a good 3 star hotel. Our suite was very big and the terrace and the private pool both really good size. Pool was cleaned once a week. Rooms are dated but adequate and the AC in the lounge was a bit noisy and did not work all that well. Rooms are cleaned daily but the service is not that consistent and requires occasional prompts or reminders. There is a beach nearby but it is rather poor. There is also not a lot to do in the local area so a car is strongly recommended to visit some really nice places. Hotel grounds are large and green and the area is peaceful. The view of the sea is quite pleasant. The food served is good and offers a lot of local variety which is nice. However, the restaurant always seem understaffed. This mean most tables are not set properly for the service. Daily requests for basic items like, cups, teaspoons, milk jugs and so on become really silly after a while. The main pool is a bit small and if a hotel is full it gets quite busy. Morning lounge reservations with a towel are an issue and hotel should do more to discourage that. If you can, a private pool is highly recommended. The al a carte restaurant offers nice food and excellent local wines. Kids club (5+) is 4 hours a day and ran by friendly and professional staff, although this offer should be extended.…
We stayed in the hotel early August 22, family of 4, all inclusive offer. Rooms were pretty spacious, but require refurb. Air conditioning ages back to 70s, loud and not able to cope with the heat. Food of very poor quality, on top most of the dishes are cold, service in the restaurant very bad. If you want to have hot fried eggs during breakfast (because all on the plate are cold!) you have to tell the waiter to tell the chef to cook it for you - 30 minutes later with some persistent reminders you will get your eggs. Alco in the bar cheapest of the cheapest possible - but that is common in most of all inclusive offers. There is no entertainment for the kids, nor the adults. Snack bar by the pool is a joke! Hotel is advertised as 5 start by the travel agent, but in reality I would rank it as 2+/ maybe 3 stars. The nearby beach is rocky and dirty, not pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel, not for the price we paid! I feel I have been scammed!…
It is a very nice and small hotel which guarantees tranquility. Staff is very helpful and extremly nice, the rooms are very spatious and very clean. They are either new or freshly renovated. The main drawback is the walk to the beach. It was actually the only complain I could make.
I dont know where to start… we have room with private pool, this is very nice and we enjoy it . Then the restaurant so called services , Krista in the pool Bar and Vasillis in the roof Bar are totally amazing pros ❤️👍 . Breakfast and lunch staff dont have slightest idea what they are doing , not even those who are supposed be some kind of shift managers. Food is what it is - worse all inc I have ever been to and we have seen these plenty. Cleaning is very good , allthough some of the cleaning ladies dont even bother to say hello. Over all food 2/5 , some of the staff 5/5, Kitchen => not even worth mentioning. For those whom are trying, thank you for your excellent service!!!!!!
We did stay here for one week at the end of September. We have to say we had a really nice time at this place. Hotel wasnt full at all (it was end of the season). Hotel is not too big but it is really nice. Room was very nice, very big and clean. Food in restaurant was tasty, a lot of local food, that is why we came to Greece:-). All inclusive program is not the best during day but it was ok for us. Beach is aprox 300 meters from hotel, not too many sun beds. Staff was friendly everywhere and helpfull if you need something. We really liked this place.
We found this hotel really comfortable in every way. The suite we were upgraded to was beautiful, The bed was large, which with a very tall husband is a must, and super comfortable. The sitting area had two large sofas and the bathroom area had a bath and walk in shower, lovely. But the private swimming pool was really gorgeous. It looks just like it does in the photos. The public areas comfortable, clean and as good as it looks. The staff were outstanding, helpful, kind and nothing was too much trouble and their English was very good. If you have a little one they will love it the children’s pool was beautiful. Thank you to all who worked so hard to give us a lovely holiday.
