The best cocktails throughout the hotel were made by Tayfun! Each time the service was great and Tayfun did his best - very friendly and nice guy! We were happy to visit a bar where Tayfun works! See you next year. Thanks for everything. Greetings from Ukraine
We really enjoyed staying there, the all areas were corona free kind of environment.Staff wearing masks and they cleaned and sterilized everything 24/7 so we felt so safe and sound. Restaurant was so organized and guests kept distance filling their plates not to mention how tasty the food was. Moreover we loved that we had lots of choices to satisfy anyone. Housekeeping was fantastic every single day, they kept cleaning all the time.Rooms were spacious and we could move comfortably.Bars were stunning, you name your cocktail and here you are. Bartenders were so professional and skillful. Walking on the clean beach gave us very good feeling especially during fantastic sunset. last not least, good value for your money I congratulate all staff and managers for the perfect service and sweet memories. I'll be back 🔙 very soon 🔜…
You should definitely spend time in the american bar. I went to have alternative time as other bars were closed. I would like to thank the staff who added color to the hotel with their chat and the cocktails and shows they made. You should try long haired friend's cocktails. (Tayfun or Taylan name)
The hotel is about an hour from Antalya airport. We were staying for 7 nights all inclusive, and it was a fairly cheap package, so keep that in mind when reading the following. The hotel itself was very pleasant, our room was on the 4th floor (top floor) and had a small balcony overlooking the sea. We were happy with the room overall, it was pretty clean, but the over bed sheet was like a drying up cloth. For 2 days we had no housekeeping, and had to call for fresh towels, the second day took an hour and 3 phone calls. The pool area is nice, but is surrounded with a tiled floor, so be aware of slipping over, saw a few people stack it around the pool. The sun beds were really uncomfortable, and quite a few were breaking or broken. There is a pool bar open from 10am until 6pm. The beach is a mixture of course sand and pebbles. It was very difficult to get in or out of the sea without looking like a windmill as you try to balance on the stones. There are plenty of white plastic sun beds, but as with the pool, these are really uncomfortable. The main restaurant was a buffet style, but due to the COVID restrictions the hotel had in place, staff were serving and loading your plates, which I understand and am happy with. Most of the staff didn’t speak any English, so selecting food was mostly done by pointing at what you wanted. It is reasonable to say that the majority of the food was really poor quality, pretty much everything that was supposed to be hot was cold and very bland. We were the only British people at the hotel, the other residents were Russian or Ukrainian, and the food was geared towards them. Special mention goes to a few members of staff who were helpful and courteous (as the rest were not); Emin in the restaurant Erol also in the restaurant Kadir at the pool bar The rest of the staff were pretty much as rude and ignorant as all the other guests. As I said at the start, our holiday was cheap - £500 per head all inclusive, including flights. So expectations were not massive, and it was okay overall, but could be really good. The weather was hot and sunny all week ✅ 3 stars is a fair reflection of the value for money.…
Great hotel on the beach, lovely pool (lots of broken sun beds) but full of Russians and Ukrainians who we found to be so pushy and rude. The staff are mainly sullen and cocky, especially the American bar staff, with the exception of a couple of others who were lovely. The room was ok, but we didn’t have any housekeeping for 2 days so had to ring reception for clean towels which took an hour and 3 calls to arrive. The food is atrocious, bland, COLD, nothing vegetarian except salad which became boring after a few days. The hotel obviously caters for the Russians, we were the only Brits there. Pebbly beach, gorgeous sea, amazing entertainment watching Eastern European women taking endless selfies and posed pictures of themselves in uniform poses. Hilarious! Such a shame, it could be such an amazing place. But it’s not. If you want a weight loss plan, go all inclusive. It worked for me.…
