I have no idea why this hotel is not 5 star, it is absolutely perfect! The location is amazing it is close to the beach, literally a 4 minute walk and close to so many excursions, we got picked up last and dropped off first! The hotel itself is also amazing, clean rooms with relaxing balconies, amazing food with so much variety, decent sized pool brilliant to relax by and what can I even say about the staff? Pine house hotel felt more like a home from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Friendly greetings from Ferhat, Emrah and all the staff at meal times and returning from excursions, plenty of laughs and entertainment, oh the entertainment! Fire dancing, bingo night and so much more lead by the most charismatic trio I have ever met, Enzo, Eros and Emilio are a fantastic entertainment team, definitely enhanced the whole trip. Thank you to Pine house hotel and all staff for making my stay and my friend’s stay simply magical. We are already planning to come back soon!!

Absolutely loved the hotel. It was a perfect getaway for a family with two little babies. Very welcoming, cozy, and good managed place. The hotel itself is not so big, which I liked. It does not have a huge territory, which is not a problem at all. Sea is 5 mins walking distance, beach is clean.

The staff is simply fantastic - receptionists, waiters, the kitchen, housekeepers, all so nice, kind, smiley, always friendly, helpful. It feels like each of them is 100% involved in the process and really interested in making your holidays nice. The food was so good, various, fresh, good quality products. Delicious desserts. The Chef is always out in the restaurant area, checking and asking for feedbacks, so I was able to express mine personally. The only thing I would add in the restaurant is a coffe mashine. I missed a good coffee for breakfast. Vending ones do not taste that good.

Good rooms, big enough, clean. Pool view rooms are a little noisy during evening animation shows, till 23:00. It became an issue for my little kids who get to sleep before this time. However it was easily resolved at reception by changing the room. I would highly recommend the hotel to stay and would for sure return when in Camuyva again. Well done to every person in Pine House, you are doing a great job!

Pine House Hotel is a brilliant hotel with an amazing area beside the beach. The first night we got here, I did not like it, however after that we met the lovely staff like Cabbar and Yasan. The morning breakfast consists of fried, boiled and scrambled eggs, omelettes, toast, and croissants. The Lunch's food was mediocre at best, but sometimes they had burgers which were brilliant. Tea was amazing, consisting of chips, soup, and pasta as a base, but, on certain days, there would be pork skewers, mini burgers, chicken wings and roasted chicken which are TO DIE FOR! The area has 2 or 3 bars but we went to one called montelara bar and restaurant to watch the rugby which was fantastic. The beach comes included with the holiday resort but if you like sand, this isn't for you as it is a pebbly beach. The rooms are nice and comes with free shower gel. Beds are very comfy and very sleepable. Around the pool there are different activities such as water polo, and aqua arobics. At nights there is kids club, which will get on your nerves listening to the same stupid songs.Every. Single. Night. After that, they have entertainment like bingo, music quizzes, Turkish night and kareoke. If you enjoy family hotels near the beach, this is for you. 👍

An honest review to advise British holiday makers.I had a great holiday but…

So the positives first

Hotel was spotless. Rooms were fully conditioned with daily stocked fridge, with water and cans of juice

Pool was large and plenty of sun loungers for all guests.

Staff were excellent and very friendly

Bar staff were fab. You were served as soon as standing at the bar

Now the negatives

I’m afraid to say the food was terrible. The worst I’ve experienced whilst on holiday.

Normally on all inclusive you can’t go wrong at breakfast. But myself and our group struggled to find edible options.

Must food options were under cooked. The cuts of meat were of poor standard. Sometimes the food did not resemble the food advertised. There was flys over every dish out. Some dishes were undercooked and a hazard to eat

They menu simply did but cater for British palate. I am by no means fussy but I was struggling most days to find something to eat

If you had young ones you would have struggled to satisfy them

This hotel did not cater for British people. It was mostly Russian and polish. I would advise any british looking to book to go their sister hotel across the road the pasha princess.

We were invited to eat there one night and had an excellent meal

This is an honest review. Like I said I had a great holiday there but the food was horrific

This is NOT a 4* hotel at all….. see photos…. Food was the worst we have ever had ..if you like eggs you’ll be fine for breaksfast…I had the omelette 1 day it was raw in the middle…very little choice if you vegatarian and everything swimming in grease… practically EVERYONE smokes anywhere and everywhere … whole hotel set up for German and Russians… beach was awful, have to walk past ‘poo corner’ to get to it and then you are greeted by dirty Sunbeds and yet more smokers/ spitters ….they love a spit here 🤢 noise around pool from 10am til 11pm ..all the drinks taste the same…staff didn’t really bother with us until the day before we were due home… poolside toilet has a no flush policy of loo roll…..well then at least provide a bin WITH a lid!!!! Was greeted by a tissue open with poo on it….gagged whole way back to pool… no light in our corridor making it hard to get keycard in once in the room…. Room was not cleaned everyday …. I could go on …. We were here for 10 days and we tried to get a flight home sooner as we were so so sad that this was what we had paid for …so very disappointing…avoid at all costs …if you have booked here please consider changing your choice 😪😪

Travelled with my husband and 2 teenage daughters in 2 rooms, no 203 overlooking the front street which had the most amazing views of the mountains with large private balcony and no 312 overlooking the pool area. Both rooms were spacious with plenty storage, clean bathrooms and sheets were changed everyday. Also a daily restocked fridge and a free easy to use digital safe were great additions to both rooms.
The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. The pool area and bar were clean, plenty sunbeds and table tennis. The beach bar was about 20m from beach. It closes at 6pm but we enjoyed a beer every afternoon at 5pm there in the shade after a hot day in the sun. Snacks were available there as well. Sunshades and sunbeds for our hotel on the beach were a lovely touch. My daughter enjoyed volleyball pretty much everyday at 4pm. There was aqua aerobics at the pool and other activities like darts competitions.
The only slight negative although only slight was the food was fairly basic but tasty and that is the only reason for giving 4 stars not 5. I certainly enjoyed a freshly made omelette every morning. But on the whole we had an amazing holiday very relaxing and would like to thank all the staff for making it so good.
We were the only English people in the hotel which we were happy with. The other guests were mainly East European and Russian (boy do they like to smoke in the outdoor areas!).
There were a few waterslides too and a toddler pool.
Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I am reading these reviews and it feels like we weren't at the same hotel. Our flight got delayed and we arrived late, they said there is late dinner available, meaning cheese and old bread. But the real problem was our room, it was old, filthy and the biggest shock is when I opened the closet door and there was a big spot of mold, smell was unbearable!!! We asked for another room but nothing was available, they say to come back again in the morning. The reception staff were very unfriendly. Tomorrow we got another room which was not great but comparing to the one before, it was good. Air condition was barely working, balcony wall was very high and balcony was thight, wifi barely working. Hated everything about this hotel. Only giving it a two star because of the beautiful beach and friendly staff in the kitchen. Everything else is minuse one! Do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I stayed with my family here in August 2021 and I just loved the place. I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels in the past in Turkey but this one, to be honest, is the best. Excellent service, nice and friendly personnel always ready to help, nice food, good location made our trip unforgettable. The variety of food and beverages at the restaurant, snacks, pizza, watermelon, cookies at the pool and beach bar would suit everyone's taste. What I liked most was the home made taste of the food, unlike the canteen taste of other large hotels I have been before. Nice and big pool, darts, bingo, water polo and other interesting games and wonderful shows and animation, and the list goes on and on.

Special thanks to Ahmet, Kcenia, Mert, Kuvvet and certainly to the animator Sarjan for making out trip unforgettable.

Hoping to come back here again!

This was a lovely little hotel!! We arrived late at night and the staff were there to greet us and had a small plate of food for us. We are a family of six and they accommodated us perfectly with two rooms of three single beds. The rooms are spotless and are cleaned everyday. The food was amazing with seating both inside and outside. All the hotel staff were so friendly and always chatting to you. There weren’t many English families there but it was so nice to meet other people from all around the world including people from Russia, Denmark, Poland, Ethiopia and Iran. The beach is just on the door step with private sun beds and a beach bar all included! There was great entertainment each night for children and adults. The three that run the entertainment were great. From water polo, to darts, to evening shows, they nailed it every time. There were many staff that could speak multi languages. English wasn’t really one of them but they were all keen to learn English and give it a go. There is loads to do in Camyuva and Kemer which is a small town up the road. Some excursions we did included a Turkish bath, aqua park, all day small boat trip, a visits to Moonlight beach and water sports. We had a few days just by the pool and the beach but it was great to get out, make friends with the locals and see the area. It was just an amazing week here at Pine House Hotel and would highly recommend. I would love to go back again!

I had a terrible experience at the hotel, starting with the behavior of the hotel staff, which was completely unacceptable. The staff acted in a rude and even racist manner, making the atmosphere uncomfortable from the beginning. To make matters worse, the dining experience was a nightmare. For five days straight, the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus remained virtually unchanged, except for a few meals that were barely edible. The food quality left much to be desired.

As for the rooms, they were horrifying. The beds were torn and felt like something out of a nightmare - more like prison beds than a hotel's. The nightstand lamps were rusty, and the bathroom sink was covered in mold. The bathtub door showed signs of mold as well, and the faucet was unclean. To add to the discomfort, there was a spider on the ceiling. The hallway outside the room was also in poor condition, with dirty walls and ceilings. The worst part was discovering dog feces in the hallway. To top it off, there was a cracked wall in the room, completing the list of horrors I encountered during my stay. It was truly a nightmarish experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
