We first came across this hotel a few year ago whilst exploring the Peloponnese and so revisiting this year we decided to stay for a few days. Located just a few meters from the pebble beach, the hotel offers clean, quiet, well-appointed, spacious rooms with both a large terrace and a sea view. Both owned and family run, the service... If your looking for simple home style hospitality in a quiet tranquil location offering great food & beach access then you must stay with Theothoros at Hotel Itilo in the south Peloponnese. Highly recommended. Also recommend you take a short trip along the picturesque coast to visit the cave of Diros.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a a family of 3 adult couples. The beautiful beach on the Ionian Sea is just steps away. The water is crystal clear and very calm for swimming. We were all upgraded to the spacious sea view rooms with large balconies, king size beds and spacious bathrooms. The decor is very tasteful and... More

This traditional hotel is ideally located by the sea. The beach is literally less than a few meters away and there is also service at the beach. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. In the hotel's restaurant, the menu is traditionally Greek and the dishes very tasty. The staff are friendly, although sometimes this friendliness seems to know no... More

We stayed to Itilo Hotel for only one night in order to visit Diros Cave the next day. The room (Nr. 217) was great, has a king size bed, roomy, with an extraordinary sea view balcony, which made the difference to our stay. The breakfast was nice, had a wide variety, staff was polite and helpful. The only thing they... More

Lovely stone hotel characteristic of the Laconia region Peleponesus. Very sympathetic solid renovation. Seaside beach location with excellent homely staff, Greek seafood dominated cuisine, generous breakfasts, nice rooms. Peaceful old Greece.

We are a couple and went for a weekend. We had booked a superior double, but they upgraded us to suite. The room was huge, the terrace was enormous (imagine it could fit 2 large sunbeds, a table with 3 chairs and still have lots of room) The decoration was classic as it fits all the hotels of the area... Traditional stone built hotel, just by the beach, overlooking a peaceful bay. Excellent location to explore Mani. Spacious rooms, spotless clean, friendly service and a wide range of local products for breakfast. Decorated to a high standard, provides all the amenities one could ask. Best place to switch off. Highly recommended!
