If I would always write something it would take half of my life so I decided to write only when I am really in love with the place and everything about it . Manifest hotel got everything ! Beautiful place & area ! Amazing food and people ! & especially the YOGA Class which is taking place at the beautiful infinity pool I could enjoy a lot because alexandros really feel your needs and is such a empathic and sympathetic person . I can really recommend also to do a massage after the class ! And how I said I have been a flight attendant and I was so much in Bangkok did. Thai massage and always said I will never find a place where I can find somebody to do such a. Good massage . Now I found ! All the hotel Is built by stones and wood accordingly to the Mani area style. All details are precise and accurate, room spacious and confortable. Swimming pool on the terrace looking to the sea Is a great added value. Equipped also with hydro massage bath and small gym, located one floor below reception. Rich breakfast on the terrace with various sweet and salted meals selection. Staff very gentle and prepared. This hotel is a pure example of the approach, I will charge the customer as much as I can, although I will provide an average amateur’s quality of service. The room cost was app. 500€ per day with full prepayment. First day at the breakfast, the polite waitress approached us and right after saying good morning , she informed us that the cold coffees cost extra 3,5€ , but we could prepare our coffee ourselves in the espresso machine ! Really funny when you pay that kind money for a room and they believe it’s ok ti prepare your own coffee . All 5star hotels provide any type of coffee, any amount of coffee per person for free. So, the approach I will get any money I can get from the customer , is really not appreciated especially when they exaggerated exploiting the increase of the cost. Also, the fact that they tried to minimize any possible cost was evident. No refill at the bathroom amenities , unless you asked . No change of the towels unless you asked , claiming that it is an environmental action. These actions do not correspond to a 5star hotel nor to the daily rate of 500€ even for a nice and spacious room , in Mani though. Also, no lifeguard at the pool , no special policy at the pool area, allowing the children to dive all the time into the pool with zero surveillance. All the water was outside the pool and I didn’t see even one person to pass by and check the situation or to clean the slippery floor. It’s an “easy come” situation which clearly has its momentum this year, but with this kind of approach and mindset , it will not go too far … Overall , the structure and the managerial approach should be amended if the hotel wants to be a value for money to its customers .…

Dear customer, First of all we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Mani. We appreciate the time you took to write your experience and be sure that all your comments are taken very seriously from the management team. Some minor clarifications need to be adressed only for the better understanding of the readers. We are not a 5* hotel We have a lifeguard (with diploma) who is working in the pool bar In most 5* hotels that I know there is an additional charge for the (cappuccino / Freddo). Since you where informed I beleive that we were as much transparent as we could. Nevertheless we provide for free, espresso / filter coffee / americano Our policy to be as enviromental friendly as we can provide the choice, either to drop your towel to the shower (if you want to change them) or keep them without change. (This is written in the special leaflet we place in the bathroom). It is upon to each customer to decide what to do. Our amenities are extra large (70ml) which are double than the regular ones and we provide as many as the customer needs, even twice per day Every hotel which accomodates families has children in the pool and as you can understand it is impossible to wipe every drop of water which comes out. We would like to asure you that the tiles in the pool area are R11 which are especially for pool surfaces (with extra grip) Finanlly we would like to appologize for not being able to satisfy your expectations, since our policies didn't work with what you where expected. Manifest is located very beautiful with a stunning view of Itilo Bay. Lovely pool area with lots of comfortable sunbeds, chairs and lounge areas. Great Parking for Cars. We had a very spacey room next to the pool (Room 210) great bed, and lovely bathroom products. The room however did miss things like glass for Wine/Drinks, plates etc. But did have Nespresso capsules. The bar we helpful with the requested glass. All that having said, Manifest did not have a connection to the guests as we have experienced other places. Very little awareness. The Pool area could easily be used as a late afternoon lounge with Music and Vibe, but the staff seemed more focused on their mobiles than creating a “boutique” Vibe. We had one dinner in the hotel, which we close to being a disaster. Probably due to the team was a bit unexperienced. Wine was served very late, starter and main was served back to back, so we had ask them to bring to send it back so we could have a break between the courses. We heard/saw others were their mains were foegotten as well. Deffinately room for improvement… The breakfast had a great selection, but you would have to ask for getting the different types eggs, instead of they were asking us ? No fresh juice and only carton juice. And we were charged for a “Fredo” coffee without being informed about add on price to the breakfast. Lunch salads were great but their pizza’s were bake-off. The whole hospitality part could be improved. And we disagree calling this a “boutique” hotel which for us is equal to relaxing, awareness etc. At one time there were at least eight very noiseful kids in the pool….…

Such a lovely hotel. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and super clean and elegant. The food was wonderful as were the lovely staff. A stunning pool area and spectacular views.Will definitely return.Shoulld have asked what mattresses they use as it was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in!
