Flisvos Seaside Apartments has 4 studios and 11 flats (two bedrooms). All are equipped with kitchen, AC and TV in both rooms, safe-box and just in front of the sea. You can enjoy the sea and the sun with the Canoes and SUP boards that we have. It's also possible to rent a Boat (without a speedboat license) right in front of our property!
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
My Wife and I spent 8 glorious days at Flisvos apartments from 29th July this year, and we could not recommend this gem of a place enough. It is perfectly situated just off the main road with the beachfront at your doorstep. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home and very warmly welcomed by one of two brothers who own and run the resort, Christo and Kostas.
We found all staff to be very attentive and professional in their day to day activities. The resort is very well kept and to a very high standard. Rooms are cleaned daily, sheets changed every 3 days. The area and greenery are well kept and groomed daily. There is a communial BBQ that can be used anytime for cooking. The bar is opened each day till late for drinks, ice cream and soft drinks.
There is the use of canoes and paddle boards available at no cost. You can hire speed boats without a licence for a small fee. There is a vast selection of restaurants close by along the seafront, which was very good for a short walk. Lafkada Town is a 5km drive away, which can also be travelled to by taxi for a small price of €10 one way.
Overall, we found this to be a hughly enjoyable holiday, and this was due to the splendid location, the proprietors who made us feel at home and looked after us so well. A brilliantly run family resort that we fully intend to revisit next year. To Christo and Kostas, keep up the good Work guys, bravo 👏 👍👍 James and Martina, Ireland 🇮🇪

We booked this last minute as we liked the look of the photos And we were not disappointed when we got here, this really is a beautiful setting. I would highly recommend flisvos. Looking over to the mainland and boats constantly going by in the distance. It is an extremely peaceful and quiet place. There is loads of shady places to get out of the sun. The apartments are very well stocked with essentials if you want to eat in you can. There is also a communal BBQ area you can use. It is extremely clean and well kept. You are right on a small beach mainly of pebbles, there is also 2 jetty's one with steps making swimming easier. There are about 15 restaurants within a five minute walk and all serve good quality food with plenty of choice. There are several good bakery's and a couple of super markets. The art club is a local bar with large pool table, darts and TV with a great host if that's your thing. A ten minute drive and you are it the main town of Lefkada with several marinas and hundreds of boats with restaurants everywhere and in the middle some great shops through quaint narrow streets. A week here is enough for me as I get bored easily but if you like peace and quiet 2weeks would be great. Boat hire is available to everyone with prices from 90-110 pounds subject to seasonal charges and fuel is on top this is an absolute must if your budget can afford it. We went to a couple of secluded beaches and pulled up to a restaurant jetty for lunch on another island and don't worry they will help you tie up safe. We will definitely go back. The hosts were brilliant and extremely helpful. Also the waterfalls are a must do. They are approx 15 minutes from the apartments. There are loads of amazing beach's around the island. I would recommend a car but it's not essential approx 35mins from the airport Prevaza.

In september 2022, we spent 10 wonderful and relaxing days in this amazing place. We’ ve been with another 3 couples, 8 people, and everybody felt very good. The rooms are spacious, and very nice, and clean, with good furniture, nice sheets and towels all the time, with everything you need/ a small kitchen , bathroom, AC, TV, WI-FI. Also a very nice garden, a small, but clean and nice pool, in the day& night, and a bar next to it. There is a small beach with free bedline, some boats to rent, barbeque, parking…. The owners, is a family business, are realy nice people, always there to help you, to talk or explain you, share some informations for you. We enjoyed every moment there, we had quality time and a lot of pictures and memories!! Recomand this place - 5*!!👍

This is family run establishment very close to Lefkada town and the entrance of the island but with own beach, pool, very green and quiet! The family that runs it is very friendly and welcoming Great money for value ratio, absolutely tastefully and creatively arranged open space. We enjoyed beautiful sun and moon-rises over the water. You also get the bed sheets changed every third day Rooms are good too but the greenery was amazing .Eating options from breakfast to dinner as well as markets are available in walking distance.

We have just returned from our second holiday to this friendly, family run set of apartments. The setting is quite unique and right next to the sea, which is pretty clear and calm most days, perfect for an early morning dip or for cooling off in the hot afternoon sun. The little wooden jetty becomes a real focal point for both adults and children, swimmers and sunbathers. There is also a pool next to a little bar so you have the best of both worlds! The hosts are so friendly and helpful, and the accommodation is simple yet clean, with a cleaner coming in each day to provide clean towels and sheets. Within a few minutes walk are some good supermarkets, and also one of the best tavernas (Seven Islands) on the island with its stunning view, overlooking the sea. We can't wait to return!

I'm right now in their bar eating breakfast. The staff in here is very nice,helpful and friendly. The apartments are very clean and spaceless, and it has very good air conditionig. location is the best,like two steps from the beach. for this money we excepted much less that we really got. They are the best and I recommend this apartments to every one!!!!

I am currently staying at Villa Flisvos, Ligia, with my family. I am sitting here right now on the beach, the sun is hot, the wind blowing gently, the cicadas buzzing, the waves lapping at my feet. My husband has been having a siesta and is now taking a quick call (see photo!), my 2 children (6&9 years) are resting with a DVD inside the apartment before the pool opens again at 5pm. I am enjoying getting my iPad updates (free wifi) on how team GB are doing, and then dipping into my book (FYI - 'Insurgent' by Victoria Roth). All in all perfect Greece.
We are on day 4 (or 5?) of our holiday, and I cannot recommend this piece of perfect relaxation highly enough. We have been to Lefkas 5 times now, staying here last year as well, and loving the beachfront location so much we had to come back.
The apartments are owned and run by Tomas and his family. He and his sons Christos and Costa are Super helpful - nothing is too much trouble, even picking us and our baggage up from the airport.
The apartments are simple. Our room has a double and a twin room, but some rooms are a double and a triple. The kitchen and bathroom are, let's say, functional, and yes you have to put the toilet paper in the bin, but it is the same on other Greek Islands and not a big deal at all. The beach is lovely, with a jetty for jumping into the sea or fishing from, the pool is just right for a quick dip or game of water polo, the pool bar has all the snacks and drinks we need. We came here for a relaxing family holiday that will not cost us the earth. To switch off and be together. And that is exactly what we are doing.
We love the location - Ligia is between Lefkas town and Nidri. We have the best taverna - Seven Islands - on our doorstep, and plenty of alternative local eating options, supermarkets and bakeries to choose from. We have hired a car from Eurowheels (nice little car and no additional costs for extra insurance cover or child booster seats), and from our base here we can get around the island to explore other beaches (Kathisma is our favourite, try 'Areia' bar for great food, shaded pool(!?), and chilled out music).
All in all, we love being here and are actually quite reluctant to share this piece of paradise with anyone else. But Greece does still need tourists, and it is certainly quieter here than we have known it. Where is everybody? Your Greek paradise is waiting.

Had such a lovely stay at Villa Flisvos. The location is right by the sea, looking out onto beautiful Greek mainland countryside was magical. There is a jetty going out to the water to make swimming easy and the sea is very calm and clean to swim in. Having a pool, the sea, the rolling hills to look out to, a small bar and lush green trees everywhere, with a few sweet kittens and a lovely welcoming family makes this place to stay perfect.Villa Flisvos is in Lygia - you get to the village and it's harbour by a beautiful 5 mins walk along the path which runs along the water. Would defo recommend this place.

It's not 5 star but in terms of value for money, it's excellent budget accommodation. It was a little hard to find. We drove past the turn off a couple of times before seeing the little sign. We were greeted by Costas who I was later to discover owned the hotel with his brother Chris. Two friendly blokes that are happy to help with any enquiry or request. After our 5 hour drive from Athens my wife and I had numerous requests for coffee or beer which the boys were happy to oblige. The kids made the most of the pool, hammocks, swings while we relaxed and took in the beautiful vista. The villa itself is quite basic but clean. We all had a bit of a chuckle at the the size of the shower which was tiny. You almost had to wear the shower curtain while taking a wash because of its distance from the wall, but this was just a small inconvenience and more of a laugh than anything. With regard to the toilet (previous review), we've been in Lefkas for over 2 weeks now and all accommodation/restaurants toilets request that you put the paper in the bin. We only had the one night here but could easily have spent a few more. I think it was around 50 euro a night, so if your a couple or a family of up to 5 it's greet value. For a nice meal in a perfect Greek setting try the friendly Seven Islands restaurant which is literally 100 meters or so down the water side walk way from Villa Flisvos.
