For the more energetic there is a communal barbecue where you can cook fresh fish purchased from local fishermen in the harbor of Lygia. Each building consists of a ground floor apartment with a large living room and a sofa which converts into a double bed or two single beds, kitchen , bathroom and a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. (Apartments can accommodate maximum 4 people). At the second level there is a maisonette with the same facilities as the ground floor apartment with the only difference that an internal staircase leads to an additional floor (attic) with separate bathroom and double beds. (Maisonettes are capable of hosting 5 or 6 people). GeaVillas have huge balconies, fully equipped kitchens, iron, ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. For a pleasant and comfortable stay in each room are air condition (inverter), 32 " flat screen TV, free wireless internet and private parking. We had one of the sea view maisonettes. Very clean, well positioned for access to shops and restaurants (up a slight hill but only 5 minutes walk from town). Beautiful views from all the terraces. Lovely pool which was never busy. Nikos was a great host and helped us with car hire and recommending places to eat/visit etc. Well equipped accommodation. We had everything we needed and Nikos was always easy to contact for any queries. Highly recommended!

Χεναδοχείο is the Greek word for hospitality and Nikos and his wife bring this in practice. You really feel welcome. The apartment we had was on ground level and has a spacious terrace with shade against the sun. Inside good separate bedroom, nice bathroom and kitchen. On the grounds there is a pool situated with beds and sun umbrellas. The apartments are situated on the small hill but very doable when walking. When coming to Levkas again I would certainly choose again for Gea Villas.

We stayed here for two days. Everything was wonderful. The pool was very clean and the seats very comfortable. The room was huge and clean with all the facilities and even more (free fast speed wifi included). The hosts were very kind. The area were the villas are located is very quiet and a great place as a base to start exploring the beautiful island.

I have no words to describe...Superlative is an understatemant...I met some very friendly owner, worm, kind and hospitable. And the location is dreamy ! Is a luxury villa with absolutely everything you need to feel better. I lived less but as much as I lived it would not be enough. From deep in my heart I recommend Gea Villas ! Bravo Nikos and Iro ! Keep up the good work !

Luxury apartment with great decorative taste and style. Very clean room full of new equipment and furniture easily compared to a 4-5star hotel room.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The location is really quite close to the beach (5min walk) and the Lefkada Town (10mins by car)
We had a very comfort and relaxing week and we highly recommend it.

The apartment is really beautiful. The advantage was that both floors have spacious balconies where you can relax and enjoy breakfast with a nice view in the morning and at night as well, where you can fall in love with the greek sky full of stars. The whole decoration was very stylish and the apartment was well equipped. There was even a laundry, and the owner gave us detergent for free. Each room has aircon which is very good for the very hot summer days. Each floor also has its own bathroom, which was very convenient as we were six people sharing the apartment. Very close to the gea vilas you can find restaurants and mini markets and also very nice bakeries. It's good to have a car so you can move around, otherwise there is always the bus. Next year the owner said that he is considering to add swimming pools.. that's good but still the island has magnificent beaches and it would be a shame to waste time on the pool instead of making a splash in the beautiful sea waters of Ionian sea.

There's a small paradise hidden up a Lygia hill. It's tastfull. Remote. Service is key. Nikos and his wife Iro run a close to perfect project called Gea Villas. The appartements - we have a 6 pax two floor with four - are complete, clean and the view is lovely over mountains and sea. The pool area is like new from a box. Great beds, parasols, crispy a go go. If you want peace and tranquility close to lively beaches and taverna's, this is the place.

We stay at Gea last summer. It was a good idea to stay here. It was amazing. This host help us when we need help, very kind and helpful. The accommodation (we rent a maisonette) was comfortable, clean, very spatious and with a wonderfull view. If you want to go on Lefkada, stay here! You are thanks later!

Excellent accommodation and hospitality. Friendly and attentive owners, comfortable and clean room, wonderful view. The location is good, not far from the beach. Very good and clean rooms. We are a family of five and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and you could easily walk comfortably. It was also very clean. The owners Nikos & Iro were very kind and helpful. They told us about the local attractions in the island. There was very quiet and we had our private table on the grass. I really liked it!
