This hotel has definitely got my heart, it was my first time in Geneva and I loved it . My late check-in was really smooth and friendly with Anne Charlotte who showed me my room and helped me and my friends settle - She really knew how to make us feel welcome. It is suitable for everyone from families with small children ( Childrens club available for the little ones), couples, single travellers and for business. Although the hotel has a very elegant look, the atmosphere is really friendly and casual. The hotel is in a quiet area in Tuileries ( 7 minutes away by train from the City Centre) with easy access to thE main e tourist attraction that the City offers. The staff is amazing and make sure that you are settled at all times. I was offered help many times and everybody was more than happy to help me with no hesitation. The breakfast choices are varied and I particularly enjoyed the Eggs Benedict which were super tasty. The breakfast staff was very attentive and polite. The Spa staff Helped make sure that I enjoyed at least 45 minutes of the Spa before I had to rush to get my train to the airport ( Special shoutouts to Fanny, Raphaelle and Melissa) who helped me with my suitcases and charged my phone. Everybody's knowledge of English is impressive. I will definitely come back when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the private beach and the outdoors swimming pool. Thank you very much to the Sales Director Alexandre Tuduri who not only made sure that my stay was amazing but gave me some great tips on what to see and where to eat in Geneva! From the moment you arrive you can feel that you’re welcome and important. The level of service is second to none and the grounds are immaculate. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway and for their gym which is really impressive.

This was the best place to return to for few days in Septembre and enjoy some extra sunny days, everything was perfect, as always, confortable rooms, great restaurants, a nice pool, lovely gardens and views on the lake, and a great service, all this only a short boat ride from Geneva's centre, Will defenetly be back, Thank you to all the team for thier nice and warm welcome

The setting is beautiful with impeccable service. Spacious rooms & sumptuous beds are just the start. The Asian restaurant is to die for ! Transfers to the centre by a Riva like boat - heavenly Pool & grounds - appeasing to all the senses. WOW !

Booked a table in the "fine dining' Chinese restaurant for a special occasion. Specifically ordered a cake with birthday candles - had to request the cake to be brought out 3 times, at which point this was no longer a surprise for the recipient. The servers sang happy birthday, and the Maitre D' - who had already messed up our order - then whispered "sorry, we didn't have the candles available". The food was average at best, the service was terrible, (not once did any server fill our water or wine glasses), and we were appalled at the overall experience. Complete disappointment and waste of money.

We went to the Chinese restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday and I had ordered a fancy birthday cake. Food and service were OK but the birthday cake never appeared, instead we were served some ridiculously 2 small mochis each. When I complained by email to the person that had organized the dinner, I was surprised not to get any answer. I then sent an email to the Director, and still no answer. What can I say ? An experience that should have been very enjoyable, turns sour for no reason. Pity!
