This place is awesome.Nothing else like it. If you are in costa rica do an excursion in Arenal and stay here to relax after. Head up drinks at the top of Springs are expensive. Room was nice and clean. There is a store not down the road. I wish this amazing place existed in the US.

One of a kind experience. Wide variety of natural water springs, sauna, Jacuzzi and water slides. More for couples. Exotic lighting. Women love it. 2:1 outnumbered men. Kids are there as well. We did not stay at the resort. Buffet is decent. Friendly staff. Pack light, else u pay for a locker at 6$. Clean. Well kept

This beautiful resort is located in the volcanic region of Costa Rica.July in this country is autumn. Everywhere was green, weather temperature was just right and sometime during the day there was some rain but it does stop anybody to have fun. More than 20 pools with gorgeous designs with different temperatures for all choices plus water slides for kids... More

I only visited the hot springs at this hotel and found the pricing to be quite fair. The facilities were also worth the money. There were so many varieties of hot springs to choose from (temperature-wise/ bar?/ even water park slides)! The hot springs also had a close view of the Arenal volcano which was quite nice. The hot springs... More

Not able to use toilet in our room due to uncorrected plumbing issues. The manager Gabriela Moreira would not speak to us at checkout although she was in her office.. The clerk asked her to come speak to us about the situation but was told she was busy. We asked for a minimal discount due to our inconvenience but she... More

It was a wonderful trip at Fortuna de San Carlos and then we can enjoy the hot springs in Baldi.. It's awesome, for me it's one of the best places to visit in Costa Rica. Obviously is a little expensive but is a considerable price for the great attractions to enjoy there

The place is nice, hotel rooms average, the problem here is that the hotels receive day visitors that use the facilites and pools as well as the hotel guest. Lots of people weekends, by the end of the day waters look terrible. The prices are ridiculous, I went to the buffet sodas and alcohol not included, We drank 4 diet... More

Had to give.the. 6 dollars each for a locker which are very small and can't be shared and ten dollars deposit each for a towel. The Spring are nice... More

We recently stayed here for a couple of nights with my extended family. We rented a total of four rooms. Unfortunately this was over a religious holiday and hotels were pretty full and hotel rates were high. We paid an average of $300/night/room which is high for this area. Of course this includes a water park and hot springs. Unfortunately,... More
