Detailed Reviews
We have booked Mytilus 15, in Port Greve Brouwershaven
This house was very clean and cosy, it had a sauna and a fireplace, 3 sleepingrooms,
the garden was long and looked over an pound/water...
ducks were swimming, the house was decorated with a beachlook, and made us happy.
The location was perfect, close to the Grevelingenmeer and to the North Sea.
There were also lots of cities in the neighbourhood to visit.

I have tried various parks in Benelux and must say that the Landal Greenparks are my favourite. Everything there rotates around children and some parks are not big enough to have the commercial feel that one has at Centerparks.
Have been at Landal Port Greve several times at the lakeside cottages and the appartments opposite the reception. The latter is better suited to my needs since I have two kids who are just old enough to cross over to the playground or to the activity center. There are enough activities at Landal to keep your kids busy and to give parents the much needed free time to gather their strength.
The swimmingpool here had been recently rennovated and got better, with new changing rooms and the long water slide. The supermarket is not the cheapest but a few km away we did our shopping for even less.
The place is a good starting point to cycle around this part of Zeeland, especially to the beeches along the see coast. There is also a beach at Port Greve, but it is much nicer to hire a boat and to get to one of the little island in the Grevelingenmeer to sunbathe and swim there for a day. My kids also enjoy skelters that you can rent at the reception.
The rooms and cottages indeed differ from each other. I stayed at 17C last time and was rather satisfied. The terrace opens towards a lawn and a small shallow lake. there is not much privacy but the kids from other appartments make contact easily and before you know it, ther are off playing, leaving you to yourself to lazy in the sun. The kintchen equipment is a bit dated but sufficient and the new plasma tv is handy. I definitely plan to return there next season.

We spend numerous weekends and week-holidays in Port Greve, to the enjoyment of our kids (5 and 7).
Each time in an 8-person meerzichtvilla, overlooking the Grevelingen-lake and boats: best way to relax from work.

Our bungalow was infested with mice. Obviously, we complained only to find out that they already knew about it ! As we preferred to leave, they offered our money back for the remainder of the our stay but not the night we already spent. Otherwise, the bungalow was outdated but we did not expect luxury in view of the price.

We stayed from Tuesday to Friday at the beginning of June 2015, weather was sunny so explored the beach and surrounding area. Bungalow was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Nice having a secluded sunny garden which we enjoyed with the local ducks!! 2nd trip to Landal and certainly not the last as staff so friendly and helpful.

We stayed 6 nights and were impressed with our spacious villa (type 4O). Newly refurbished with good kitchen space and wet room bathroom. Comfy leather sofas, wood burner, flat screen tv. Everything we needed except oven/grill and thicker/darker curtains which actually shut the light out!
Could have used the villa space better;
a massive room with just a washing machine in
a storgage room with boiler that fit our trailer bike rack and 3 bikes
huge empty landing area
but
tight spiral staircase that was tricky to go up and down rather than regular stairs
bedrooms quite small, in kids room beds pushed right together and still couldn't get out one side
small single beds 2'6" not 3'
so seemed odd the overall space wasn't used better.
Bathroom downstairs which was bit of a problem for middle of night wee with lethal spiral staircase!
Also have to pay obligatory €7.50 per person per stay for bed linen and it comes in a plastic bag and have to make beds up yourself. No towels are included, so bring your own. Very annoying. Hate having extras that you HAVE to pay for. Just include them in the price.
Ideal location for some fab cycling paths, flat and tarmac so great for our 7 and 9 year olds. Fabulous 18km beaches just a 30 minute bike ride away.
Very handy to all the attractions in Zeeland.
Supermarket on Landal park was well stocked and not too pricey.
Bouncy outdoor pillow was great fun.
Some villas back onto one of mini lakes, ours didn't but were not bothered. Bear this in mind though if you have small children.
All in all a good stay. Just a few tweaks and it cold have been 5*.

Recently stayed at Landal Port Greve as part of our trip to Holland and Belgium. We've heard great things about Landal in general and decided to stay at Port Greve for a relaxing weekend.
To start with the good stuff, the hotel has a great indoor pool with a new big spalshy water slide so the kids had a great time there.
However, back the rooms it was quite a different story - it's been a while since I've been to such a run down hotel. The rooms are probably at 30 years old and are in need of critical renovation.
Our unit was for 6 person but the stairs were so dangerous we had to squeeze into 2 room with our 3 kids so that no one will break a leg during the night. To top it all, the room was dirty.
We stayed for 3 nights and we just waited to get out of there.. hardly an experience I'd recommend.

The location is really nice, close to the water and a little beach. The park is very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The cottages were all very different. I think the houses are all from another ower( private) My cottage was not very clean and it was a little bit old and dated. It's not the same as a centerparcs, it's more simple. The swimmingpool was small but its good for a short break. the food was not very tasty, so the best thing to do is to eat outside the park.

We chose this park primarily for its location. We enjoy cycling and have been to Holland many times primarily as its so safe to cycle.
The setting for our accommodation was very beautiful. The house itself had a well equipped large lounge and dining area. There was a large shower room.
Upstairs were two double bedrooms and another smaller single bedroom. Unfortunately we had spiral staircase which we found a bit difficult! Therefore we didn't use the outside balcony space as much! The house was south facing and we had sunshine every day of the fortnight we spent there!
The park is very child friendly with plenty of amenities to keep all ages occupied. The restaurant had a range of food on the menu. This was very busy on certain nights making service very slow.
We managed to safely cycle most of this island which is full of beautiful marinas and beaches!

+1
We stayed in the 8 person houses overlooking harbour. Super location with nice views. A short walk over to the beach, or a walk along the dyke, and very close to pool and shop area. Pool great especially for small children as 3 separate depths as well as main pool. Shop well stocked for daily needs and not outrageous prices.
House on 3 levels with living area on mid floor to get the best view. 3 bedrooms down stairs plus bathroom and shower with a single toilet on mid floor. Stairs very very steep so not good for little ones, we did get a stair gate off living area.
The seating area was very spacious with a balcony. Kitchen a bit tight but well equipped apart from the combo cooker which must have had a major burn up at some stage in the past, we asked for it to be looked at but no one came, Was usable but with a smell.
Top floor bedroom had great views but didn't see the reason for a big sauna plonked in it, would have been much better with an ensuite rather than descend 2 flights of stairs for a shower.
Nice little garden out the back accessed by a patio door from one bedroom. Not enclosed but a little path ran along behind and not busy so safe enough. some seemed to be privately owned and had enclosed their garden.
We were very lucky with the weather during our stay which helped us to enjoy the area.
