Well it was amazing! Since I’m still a student I was searching for something not expensive that is next to the sea. My girl wanted a pool as well and this hotel had it. It’s a small hotel so the environment is friendly and quiet and the food that they serve... delicious!

Location: terrible, far to any civilization Beach: 500m from hotel – wild and unpleasant and dirty, a lot of huge rocks in the water what makes swimming impossible when waves are present, 1 km from hotel – there are sun beds and sunshades, but huge rock in the water are still the issue Food: terrible – tastless, fatty, too little vegetables and fruits, raw fishes, almost every day the same Swimming pool: 2 swimming poools – one for children and one for adults. The one for children is too deep – if you child is less than 100 cm than he/she will not be able to use it. Attractions: No attractions neither for parents nor children (even though the hotel is recommended for families), no animations, no play ground, nothing happens in the evenings, bouncy castle destroyed to such extent that children were afraid to use it. We have been staying there for 2 weeks and if we would not go for sighseeing with rented car (5 days) we would be bored to death Customer service: the only positive thing about the hotle is really nice and helpful hotel service Hotel and rooms: evidently not 4 stars, I would suggest 3 stars and only for the rooms, as for the hotel as such 2 stars would be much more reliable (looking at the infrusture of the hotel) I defenitely do not recommend that hotel for anyone. It is not worth of its price.

we stayed there for a week and rented a car because in the neighbourhood there is not much to do, unless you want to spend all week at the pool. Beach, which is close to the hotel is dirty and stony. Also in the see there are stones, sometimes very sharp. To get to a nice beach you need to take a bus to Rethymno (approx. 15 min). Rooms in the hotel could have been more clean, food also could have been better. In general it was ok, but it is not European standard of 4*.

Very small and cosy hotel. Nice and spacious rooms. Relatively big swimming pool, a lot of green places. Helpful and nice service. The only disadvantages were poor lunchbox and early breakfast and no possibility to drink tea for early breakfast (waiter couldn't prepare hot water which is very important for people with small children).

Just returned from a 2 week stay at this great hotel. Having never been to and all inclusive hotel before i was a little worried about what to expect. From stepping into the hotel my worries were removed. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. They had information about anything you could wish to know. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We arrived after midnight and they had taken the trouble to make up some plates of food for us. The room was spacious and cleaned everyday. The pools were great and the hotel, although full never appeared crowded and there were always enough sun loungers. There was always a wide selection of food available, even to please a fussy 4 year old. There were always a mixture of dishes including local dishes to try. The location was great if you like being on the edge of a resort but with the ease of a direct bus route into the main town of rethymnon. During our stay there was a fantastic children's activity leader who organised some great art and craft activities during the day and a 'mini disco' in the evening. All the children loved learning new dances. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.
