The experience was amazing, the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were nothing short of accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the views, and the suite. If we ever go back to Santorini we would only ever stay here. There’s a lot of local restaurants, and if you want to go into Oia or Fira the front desk can arrange transportation. This extravagant hotel was absolutely incredible. My husband and I spent 5 days here and I am so glad that we did. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with fresh fruit and cocktails. Every single time that we entered or left the hotel, whoever was at the reception desk stood up to greet us and ask us if we needed anything. The way that the rooms were cleaned was absolutely incredible. Hours were spent each day disinfecting and cleaning. The breakfast was set up beautifully and every single person who works there always has a smile. (Shout out to Anastasia!!!) She always went above and beyond for us and even made us dinner reservations! I cannot say enough things about this place. HIGHLY recommend and I can't wait to go back. Oh. My. Goodness! I cannot truly put into words how breathtaking an experience our stay was at Astarte. Immediately upon arrival we are greeted by the warmth of George and Katrina who welcome us with some champagne and fresh fruit while we await our room. Walking into our suite was simply incredible, the amenities, the views, the beauty, pictures couldn’t even do it all justice. For two days, we were in a paradise! Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable and happy. Their in-house restaurant and bar is also top-notch. We made a reservation for dinner and had not only the best meal of our trip, but one of the best meals we’ve ever had! The only bad part of our time there was having to leave. If we were to return to Santorini, it would be specifically to go back to Astarte Suites! Thank you all for the experience of a lifetime!

I am currently staying at Astarte Suites. My complaints are few but significant. First the
pros: 1- service is great, every employee is very kind and attentive. 2. The scenery and setting for the hotel is amazing.
cons: 1. For being such a highly rated hotel, I expected something as simple as having wifi available at your suite would be a given. It is not a given, I have asked for the wifi to be fixed for 2 nights and 3 days now to no avail. In order to work, I have to take my laptop and go sit at the entrance to do work, which is where all the employees walk in from in the morning. So the point of this con is that there is no wifi on your room. So if you need to work and you're traveling you can't book here.
2. Entrance into the hotel is about 75 steps, get ready to work out going in and out. There is no alternative entrance. If you have joint or back problems, you can't book this place.
3. We ordered breakfast, and one thing that really bothered me was they put a selection of cereals on the menu, and I ordered coco puffs, and they came completely stale. As if the box was left open for 3 months, not eatable. Milk was warm when they have an option and we selected cold milk. I know it's not a big deal, but if you're going to charge such high prices for everything, at least live up to the expectations.

I have been to Santorini many times in the past, but I never experienced my stay there as I have done in Astarte Suites. It has been some months since I came back from Astarte Suites, and I can’t stop thinking of this every day!
Our Honeymoon trip was faultless from start to finish. Our Astarte private suite with the infinity pool was super comfortable and kept immaculate, toiletries and mini bar generously replenished. We had a panoramic sea view from our room, even from our bed!, with stunning views of Caldera, Fira and Thirassia island – what a great way to start your day! Our suite had a spacious patio with Jacuzzi, huge daybed and of course the large infinity pool to cool off.
The food in the Alali restaurant was excellent, varied and always well presented. There was an extensive wine selection of local and international labels. The sommelier is very knowledgeable. Compliments to the Executive Chef Adam Kodovas and the Chef Manos Regkoukos for the amazing menu – the gyozas and the octapus satay were to die for! But what is not negotiable is the breath-taking view of the Caldera and Fira during the golden hour of the famous Santorini’s sunset. The perfect light and view to capture stunning photos. We keep looking at the photos and videos we took.
The staff in the resort are super friendly, professional and enthusiastic. We were amazed by the details of attention that the staff have put in us. As they knew it was our honeymoon, the brought champagne, cake and flowers to our room upon our arrival. They also went the extra mile to make restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements for us. The main thing that struck me about all the staff is that they seemed to enjoy their jobs and genuinely cared how the guests were.
We will be back before too long.

We had the most wonderful evening drinks tonight at Astarte Suites. This place is a hidden gem! The evening was made perfect by Irini who made the most fantastic cocktails as well as looking after us and keeping us entertained with easy conversation through her bubbly personality. We felt extremely welcomed and valued and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We stayed at Astarte Suits for 3 days in early July and it was simply outstanding. The view from our room was breathtaking,the room exceptionally beautiful and luxury designed. The staff were friendly and helpful going above and beyond to assist us in anything we needed from reservations to restaurants, suggestions on what to see and to do, greeting us with a champagne and spoiling us during all stay.

This our first time visiting Santorini and thought we would try Astarte Suites as it looked to have great views. Wow!! We weren't disappointed. The view from our suite and infinity pool was amazing, 24 hrs a day. The service from every member of the team was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble. You were made to feel special by everyone as well as given your privacy.

Loved our stay! George, Costas, Stratos, Vlad, Irene, Chef Giorgos Berkakis and crew were all so warm and welcoming. Quiet surroundings, clean & lovely rooms, beautiful view, and delicious food for breakfast on our balcony. Loved the food for lunch and dinner at the Alali Restaurant on the premises. It was well presented and full of flavor and creativity. On one evening, I had scallops, tortellini, and pistachio cake. On the 2nd evening we dined at the restaurant, I had scallops, the salt crusted red snapper, and pistachio cake. All very yummy! Thank you Stratos for a wonderful table side presentation and attentiveness. Chef, thank you for an elegant and extremely tasty dinner. Vlad, thank you for your kindness and knowledge of our meals. Irene, thank you for wonderful cocktails and for always coming through with a photo shoot ‘emergency’. George and Costas, thank you for being such gracious and kind hosts.
