This was our second stay at Alisaxni. We always receive such a warm and friendly welcome from Irini, her family and staff. The hotel is beautifully located, overlooking the caldera and the islands. Many of the rooms have been updated since our last visit just over a year ago. My room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with air-con, nice walk-in shower, cooker hob and fridge. There is a very nice pool, with additional covered area for relaxing in the shade. And then there are Irini's breakfasts! As well as the usual continental-style breakfast always on offer, she makes delicious fresh savoury pastries, cakes and other tasty morsels every day - often served straight from the oven - and very good coffee! Nothing is ever too much trouble for Irini and her staff. She is one of the most caring and generous-hearted people I have ever met. I hope to return to Santorini and when I do, I will definitely return to Alisaxni!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Santorini. We loved it! Ideal location with the most amazing view of the Caldera. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast was good. Perfect location to relax by the pool and enjoy the view or walk to a ton of things. Would highly recommend! Has a pool, restaurant and spa.

..it is true that some details can be improved but the resort is just like home. Eirina cooks wonderful breakfast and food and made for my son pasta with calamari that was unique. It is 25 minutes drive from Fira but to stay there is the best we could do. The pool and the view were just gorgius and relaxing. Beds are supercomfy and even if the shower was not the newst one every moment was just special. Towles smell like fresh laundry and Andrea spoiled Us with fruit and cheese and wine by the pool. Everyday Eirina gave us some special Pastries to tale with us...We will come back...but will rent a quad to move around this magical island . We will miss u. Laura & Luca

Very clean. Nice owners and staff. The swimming pool is really nice with a lovely view of the caldera. Ideally you need a car but we managed with walking and use of local busses. Breakfast is very good prepared by the owner s mum Irini with a lot of passion. Maybe some fresh fruit would be good. As for restaurants there are 3 nice ones really max 5 min walk. The amazing sunset at the lighthouse is incredible and only 10 min walk. A lovely beach bar Akro Beach Bar is not far away and the Akro owners can if you ask them come and get you on the main road. We will be back here no doubt 😀😀😀

The best thing about this place is the view! It is quite a remote location so you need a car. There are however a couple of restaurants within walking distance and if you want peace it's ideal! There is free parking and breckfast was included for us that is served in a separate building - this was ok if you like cake and Greek pies- some fruit would have been good! Friendly family that provided this. However the room we got was very old fashioned in style, smelled a bit fusty had pipes sticking out the wall and for the money we paid was poor and needs upgrading next to what you can get on the island for the same money! The place looks ok on the outside! Tiny tv, broken old fridge . Pool area was nice but the hot( cold) tub wouldn't operate fully as some jets not working - overall disappointed to be honest
