I stayed 1 night in this hotel. The road to the hotel is quite narrow. This hotel is located by the beach. And has a restaurant on the pier, which is a plus of this hotel.
Swimming pool is quite small.
Hotel area is not too broad.
I booked a deluxe room, there is a kitchen set in the room. Air Conditioner is very cold.
The beach around the hotel is rather dirty.
The food at the restaurant is pretty good, the price of food is rather expensive for in a small town, but still worth it.
I think this hotel is good enough for a weekend escape with family.
But in my opinion the price of the room is rather expensive compared to the hotel facilities.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is great, with awesome sunset views. Certain staff members went completely above and beyond to ensure we had a 5-Star experience. Specifically Riska!
This place COULD be 5-Star if they simply tighten up Housekeeping a little bit. The guys who clean the rooms did only a so-so job at best, and spent their day hiding near the closet under our room smoking cigarettes. The shower drains in both units we stayed in suffered from this. And shower heads that spray all over the place, not just down. A little more attention to the details from management would make this place the TOP ChOiCE for business travelers

I stayed here for one night, I arrived late and was checked in very easily. THe rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Good value for money if you are in this area

My friend and I came here on a business trip. We ended being forced to pay to upgrade ourselves and pay extra to stay in the presidential suite. This was because one of the two rooms we were shown to stay in was behind the kitchen, dark and very dank. We thought our problem was solved with the upgrade but that was only the beginning of a very bad hotel experience.
You would think the presidential room would be great. It wasn't! It was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned in ages. My friend's bed looked like it had been slept in. Everything was run down. The AC sounded like a generator was running in my room.
Then came breakfast the next day. We had ordered muesli, fruit and yoghurt. What came was a soup of fruit in yoghurt with no explanation. We asked where the muesli was and was told they had run out. The coffee was instant and terrible.
This was only the first day of a two day stay. Tonight we will be eating instead at a nearby hotel and wishing we were staying there instead. We thought about trying to get our of our reservation and staying at this other nearby hotel.
This place pretends to be a resort but it is a run down version of one that you shouldn't spend the money on. I have no idea what the other reviewers could have liked about it.

Stayed 3 nights in the delightful hotel , the huge and modern suite we had , room 1 was fully equipped with kitchen , dining / lounge area , indo vision and very effective aircon . The bath room was big well equipped and very clean , as the hotel is absolute beach front the views from the suite where fantastic , the beach its self is a let down due to the rubbish blown in by the wet season winds , thankfully the hotel has a magnificent swimming pool and gardens . The bar and restaurant have superb ocean views , good food and very cold beer . Jepara is a delightful town and well worth a visit and made all the better by staying at this hotel .

Its really a good resort.. now its the best in Jepara beach.. staff are very friendly and helpful.. the rooms are very clean, big enough. all facilities are perfect. the location is little bit out of the city, but Jepara is small, no traffic, so it's ok. Hotel is in the Beach, but beach is not good for swimming. Swimming pool is ok and clean. Breakfast is medium, not much selection. I enjoyed my two day stay from 27th October.

I lived 8 years in Asia. I know cheap guesthouses in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia.
This "Hotel" is more a gusthouse with a Flat-Tv in the room. The construction is new but real ugly. The beach is in front of the hotel but full of rubbish with brown water - you can not bath.
In the internet it looks much more better than in reality.
The seved food is only Nasi Goreng or Bami Goreng in different styles - see pic.
No way to communicate with the stuff - not word of English at all.
Location is in the "desert". No transport - no shop - nothing
I would avoid this "Hotel".

I had the opportunity to spend 4 nights at this hotel. The entrance off the main road is easy to miss, and the small lane is a little intimidating at night. We pulled up after dark, and I thought oh, no. It was very dark and there was a great deal of construction going on. It honestly wasn't very inviting.
Once past the construction, this was a great place. Very pretty setting and an extremely helpful staff. There are 14 rooms and there were always at least 3 people tending the bar area from 7 am until 11 pm. The rooms were large and clean, and they do have laundry service.
I would recommend to anyone looking to get away and relax.

My last day of our 2 nights stay and I've never been happier to leave.
The premises is not far from the city centre but that is the only good about it. The layout quite modern, room is ok with hit and miss amenities. It's more studio style with kitchen although I don't see why people needs to cook there.
Reception quite friendly the rest of staff not. Breakfast like small lodge somewhere in a mountain cabin or worst, looks sad!
The ambience that they trying hard to achieve is failed, who's play Celine Dion music as early as 7 for 2 hours or more non stop in the morning?
Pool is good addition, but this one was dirty and look uninvited so I didn't try. No relaxing at all, the music is just out of control
The madras curry and the chicken curry taste the same but the latest was so bad o even can taste the curry powder they use
Air conditioning didn't function well, blowing wind and it hot!
Overall is bad copycat of Seminyak accommodation style and big failed! No charm at all
