The hotel was clean and comfortable. I paid extra for a sea view but my room was located on the middle floor (off season and few guests .. other rooms were available). This translated into some sea view between the trees. I was at the end of a much longer trip and didn't want the hassle of complaining about my...

After a week's sailing in the Aegian, we just needed a few days of comfort (and a non-swaying bed!) The Danae Hotel ticked our boxes perfectly. Very clean, well maintained, staff ultra-friendly and helpful, laundry done uber-inexpensive, and a brilliant swimming pool. There is a fridge in the bedroom (lifesaver!) and an excellent wifi signal. Couldn't recommend this hotel too...

A really lovely hotel to stay at. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom is very light, airy and comfortable, shower room on the small side, (hence the 4 rather than 5 rating) but perfectly fine. The ground floor rooms open out onto the pool area, I prefer upstairs with a stunning sea view. It is a few...

Hotel Danae is a nice property, but unfortunately as a light sleeper, my experience was ruined due to a very late-night wedding that kept us up until ~3:30am. We were not warned about this prior to arriving, and it would have been fine had the wedding wrapped up at a reasonable hour. We were offered ear plugs that did little...

We stayed here for three nights. It is in a quiet location about a 15 minute scenic walk from the town. The reception staff were very helpful, the hotel is lovely and clean and very pretty and the breakfasts are wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and can definately recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the port and town of Aegina or a €5 taxi ride, in a quiet spot surrounded by pine trees and excellent sea views. It is basic but comfortable and clean. It has 3 floors but no lift which could be difficult if you have luggage. Reception was very friendly and always...

Good location, just 400 meters from the port. Very nice and polite staff. Good breakfast. The bed was not good, to hard. The shower was to small and nowhere to hang the showerhead. Overall a okey place to stay but nothing more than a 3 star. Much credit to the fabolus staff !!

The hotel doesn't have its own beach. You have to walk 300 m to an unorganised beach. Not suitable for children. Also the room was very simple with a very small restroom. Staff was nice. There was a/c in the room but none at the breakfast area. It was very very hot at the end of July.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Danae! It's a great hotel on a perfect location near the port. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. All rooms have a balcony with a great view on the swimming pool and/or the sea. The swimming pool is perfect to relax in the sun and enjoy a frappe that you can order at the...

Good pool, good breakfasts, wonderful swimming beach 20 metres away down some steep steps (not suitable for kids - need to head closer to the old temple for that, still only about 300m away) - the water is so buoyant you just float. Maids left the room spotless after our careless trashing of it every day. Staff do their best...
