The rooms are okay (had 2 different ones) but the beds are pretty hard. The balcanies of the rooms were really nice and spacious tho.

Allthough the hotel is located in the immediate vacinitt of the airport leading to conciderable noise from the planes coming and going. On the other hand seeing planes take off from so close was both a new and a positive experience.

The beach near the hotel is very nice, with exeptiobally clean and clear water. Worth noting that the beach has small rocks (not sand) but it turns into sand after walking about 7 meters into the sea.

The food wasn’t the best. The dinner often had overcooked vegetables soaked in oil, overcooked meats which are weren’t changing from day to day. The breakfast had sugary, almost soda like juices, mostly canned fruit and somehow the scrambled eggs tasted like dish water. One exeptional positive was the coffee, which was full and fresh even to my finnish standards.

The staff was partly polite and nice, partly a bit unprofessional and rude. Regardless they did their very best to accommodate our wishes, which we truly appreciated!

A special thanks to one Ukrainian cleaning lady who’s friendliness and hospitality made us feel truly welcomed to the hotel.

Actually a rather nice and simple hotel, but you will probably choose another one next time. I don't regret booking this, absolutely fine. But there are simple things to do that would raise the rating. I don't understand why you don't rent bikes, it takes 30 minutes to walk into town. Or 60 to the village in the other direction. There is no supply on site except for a mini market.
A bit grumpy and unhelpful staff in some places. The staff at the beach bar are very nice, so kudos to you! But the owner would rather watch football in the bar so the music was turned off all evening, that says a lot about priorities and how you want to run the business. Everything leaves a feeling of "shit same, they won't come back anyway".
The airport exists but does not disturb, all departures/arrivals take place during the day and are not that many.
Very boring food, way too simple and uncommitted for a country like Greece. Overcooked and cozy, not even really greasy.
The pool snacks were the worst I've ever seen, and why skimp on ice cream for the kids? Only between 12-2pm? Why? Now I traveled by myself this time, but it's nice that the children weren't with me. Then it would have been 1 out of 10 in rating.

This accommodation is very basic.
The usual comfort is present, but nothing more than that.
We were first given room 317, which was in a corner with separate beds and a very small bathroom.
The next day we requested and received another room.
Reception staff are helpful and friendly.
As for the all-inclusive, it is very primitive… 3 cocktails… wine on tap and lemonade/cola based on syrup.
Food is not bad but certainly not refined… everything in heating containers
Show cooking should be taken with a grain of salt.
This hotel is one to stay in half board.
Excellent environment, close to (30 min walk) Pythagorion
Also close to the airport... no problems at all... even fun to watch a plane take off.

i visited the restaurant of the hotel as a guest, for dinner.although the site says the menu is al-a-carte, they told me it was buffet style. i encountered the most polite hotel staff, informing me about the charge ( 20 e including a drink ) and welcoming me to see the buffet and choose what i like. they have staff behind each bar filling the plates so customers dont touch anything but the plate given to them by the staff. the staff is very polite, smiling and speak very good english. i am not aware of the other services offered by the hotel, other than it is located at the best beach in the world :) ( personal comment ! ). i would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a wonderful dinner at a wonderful location served by wonderful and professional staff.

We strongly advise against choosing this hotel.
The food was bad, the same thing every day. The wine was undrinkable, the white could be washed down with a bite of food. The sunbeds cost €10 per day. The drinks weren't even worth the name, there were three included in the all inclusive. One blue, one green and one orange. They contained wine, ozo, Sprite and paint. All Inclusive closed at 18:00.
Then you had to pay.
Not even water in the room was included.
We are really disappointed and advise against choosing this hotel.

The hotel is 5 min away by car & around 30 min by walk to Pythagoria town centre and has a beach in front with sunbeds available free for the guests. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch & dinner. The rooms are big enough with everything you need in it, e.g., lovely balcony, refrigerator, coffee machine, safe box, etc. They clean the room on a daily basis, and the hotel generally is very clean and tidy.
There's an outside parking place in the hotel, if it's full then there're other parking places nearby. There is no need to say the parking places are free of charge. In the facility there is a market so you can buy your needs. We had a nice stay at the hotel. Thanks to the management.

The hotel is pleasant and clean. Rooms are well equipped and the bathroom is really nice. The staff was really pleasant, the food is good (for hotel standards) and theres also a private swimming pool with sunbeds in the shade. It also has a private beach with free sunbeds right next to the bar.

The hotel is also right next to the airport so it can be noisy when the planes take off and land (they dont during the night so dont worry about being woken up)

There’s also a rent a cat avaliable at the reception with really good prices. The nissan micra is big enough to comftorably fit four people.

The all-inclusive serves soft drinks only until 23:00, after that all you can get is alcoholic beverages.

The wifi is really bad for 21st century standards, wifi sometimes works in the room but just barely, not good enough to stream netflix or youtube in 720p quality.

We stayed 6 nights.(2 double, 2 couples) We never changed the sheets, although we pointed out!!. They never sponged, never cleaned the rooms.!! The air conditioning was under-functioning. The shower shut down 3 times!! Towels changed, so it happens. There was no trash cart, and the garbage we threw out. Parking space non-existent. Breakfast with a rich buffet that did not eat anything, crazy quality, rotten brown fruit, cereals with mummies in!! They were said old package! I'm not sorry either. After protest we faced rude and indifferent owner. Shame

The room and cleaning really good.
The beds where for me just fine, good quality!

The pool just ouside our room was clean and same with the sunbeds.

People in the reception was a credit to their proffession, over and beyond!

Their in house rental of cars is competetive and the cars are good! On a personal view I would prefer a scooter 125cc for drive around on the island but the Micra works just fine🙂

I do find the food to be good and the kitchen personal friendly, most of the waiters / waitresses one was rather hunting we had payed 4280€ for 3 weeks including breafast and dinner coffe and softdrinks are included with breakfast but only plain water with dinner and price for coffe and sparkling water for 2 was close to 20 € and the way we where made aware of that was not so fun a sour feelling sadly I would understand paying extra for beer, wine, spirits lol but 20€ per day for sparkling water and a cup of coffe..
Btw we had several days on wheels around
I liked my stay here otherwise worth the money.
Next year 3 weeks at Method 🙂
Happy summer 😎

We stayed at Hydrele for a week and had booked with Half Pension. The food was really good and nice one could sit and eat and look beyond the sea. The pool area was also quite unmarked.
The airport was right behind the hotel so took only 5 minutes in taxi to the hotel. A lot of airplane noise. But it didn't do us anything. The rooms were somewhat worn in it but worked fine for what they were used for and the staff were nice and welcoming. We'd love to come back.

Dear Mrs Karen, You can ask to be accommodated in a ground floor room in the main building so that you will be close to all the facilities. The facilities are available by a ramp or a lift. Best Regards
