The hotel is very clean and the rooms are immaculate. For an all inclusive hotel the food is of a good standard and it’s varied.
The hotel is literally non smoking and you must smoke outside the hotel grounds at the front of the hotel! So obviously the smokers congregate outside the hotel, which I don’t think looks very nice even though I’m a smoker! They won’t even give you an ashtray for the balcony! You can’t smoke in any of the pool areas or outdoor bars.
There are not that many English people at the hotel and the bar staff really struggled to communicate with you in English and often got quite rude with you or spoke abruptly.
I was expecting an adult only pool, which Is advertised but it was full of children. There are lots of lifeguards which is great but most of the time they are stood around talking or constantly on the phone, making me questioning what’s the point .
The barely played music so the pool area was very quiet I guess that’s nice if you want to read a book. Although you will be disturbed by children screaming or throwing balls, even though they have a children’s pool with slides etc! I think if you have children it’s a great hotel.
If you’re not all inclusive you can pay for your lunch/dinner for €15 per meal with drink prices on top. Which is reasonable for what’s on offer. They had themed dinners each night aswell.
I will add I was trying to fill a Water bottle up and the bar staff said no you’re not allowed! For water? They need to have accessible fountains it’s only water.
Overall it’s a nice hotel I was here for 4 days but really couldn't spend the week here! I think this hotel has the potential to be fantastic with some small adjustments.

So we understand that in order not to scare customers away we don't blame them... but it's the respectful ones who might not come back.

The hotel itself is great, very clean and modern and spacious. There is minimal signposts around the resort which confused us for a few days. The food is standard for all inclusive, caters for a few nationalitys. Always had chips, pasta and salad for fussy eaters. It wasn't always hot, but there was a micro if needed. It was a long day for us so we got a taxi back, costing only 13€. All staff spoke multiple languages and were friendly. The animation team did a great job at keeping the little ones engaged and entertained. Also, this is a non smoking hotel, you must leave the grounds however you could vape anywhere? Entertainment in the evening was mainly indoors, very small and cramped room when they had a large outdoor area, seemed such a waste. There was a mini disco for the very young then a later show mainly a singer or bingo. There was absolutely nothing for my 12 year old to do, the day we left, they scheduled beer pong. My main areas of concerns within this hotel are lack of staff and the rules are not explained upfront (waiter service, non smoking, pool side bar ordering system). Check out is 12, which is lovely however you are unable to enter the restaurant for lunch/dinner if you have a late flight but you are able to use the pool bar. would recommend this hotel to anyone with young children, but not teenagers.

I am sorry to have to review this property negatively, but I hope that our indications can improve the service of this hotel. The location is good (15 min from the airport) the area is quiet and offers many services (supermarket 5 min) the structure is really offers many things (pool, entertainment, entertainment, reception available 24h/24h, parking attached to the large structure. The staff is courteous, helpful even if they do not speak Italian they try to understand and welcome you. Unfortunately the extremely negative note is related to the cleanliness, especially of the rooms as well as the common areas (buffet restaurant). The bathroom never cleaned in a Week (toilet never touched and sink never passed) only change of Wipes if requested. Floors never passed (sand and hair always present). It's raining water from the shower ceiling that you don't know where it came from, and it really sucks. Trash can always full. Sheets obviously never changed, just fixed somehow. Dust everywhere, spiders and webs. Although we pointed out the situation at reception, apart from the young lady's apology, absolutely nothing has changed. Very dirty restaurant area, chairs always dirty with food, stuff on the floor, placemats, cutlery and glasses often dirty. We witnessed a scene where a waiter drops a glass glass glass breaking it and not caring picked up the pieces (dangerous especially for passing children!). The bottles that are used for purified water that they bring to the table during the service are always the same ones that run between tables, never cleaned between tables! We opted to buy unopened bottled water. From the air conditioning vents you can see mold and dust well and this means that they are never sanitized. We have often seen cockroaches/cockroaches around the structure (included in our bathroom Unfortunately...). The quality of the food is not the best... we adapted say... no big deal. In short, I'm sorry but I really would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again.

Very disappointed with the hotel, it absolutely does not deserve its 4 stars. We took 12 days half board, connecting rooms 2 adults and 2 children. - 1 toilet was not fixed to the floor, you could tilt if you moved slightly. - 1 leak at the ceiling of the shower -the rusty shower handles - we had to put the bath towels in the bathtub for the maid to give us clean towels and every day we observe that the towels were not changed in view of the tasks there were previously. blue bracelets is half board and grey bracelet all inclusive as well as drinks, we were blue bracelet we were allowed to have free water, observing tables where people had blue bracelets asked for drinks without paying. We then ask for drinks and a waiter asks us to pay and I said no because other tables did not pay, he told me not to say anything and made me the free drinks. - I complained to the reception for all her inconveniences, she had to tell her superior, I expected a commercial gesture and nothing!!!!!! Where do I start with this place was an experience in itself!
Offer a self catering service but the rooms don’t have microwaves or a kettle. Supermarkets around it are closed literally landed late Saturday couldn’t get anything to eat as nothing is around it! Don’t be fooled by the 17 restaurants within 0.79 miles because as a man with 4 eyes I spotted about 3 and they were open for about 5 hours a day.The opportunity to have breakfast outside of the hotel is a 20 euro taxi!
The pool doesn’t open till 10am like what do you want me to do in the morning glad I didn’t have kids as it would have been hell keeping them entertained till 10am!
Entertainment is well I mean I’ll say no more! Bunch of kids trying to entertain people! Night time entertainment started at 8 on average and finished by 11 and don’t get me started on why it’s table service when there are about 50 tables! Absolute farce I was sober by the time my drink arrived!
The room and hotel itself was lovely and clean The drinks we purchased at the hotel were absolutely vile!
This definitely isn’t the usually english holiday don’t be fooled into booking here!
We ourselves literally said agh people love to moan it will be fine! I learnt the hard way!
If you want to lie on a sun lounger all day looking at the sky listening to the same 5 songs on full blast all day then this is perfect!

This hotel is not worth staying at. We faced a few issues throughout our stay and would honestly say this hotel is nothing past a 3 star hotel.
Facilities - the hotel itself is a beautiful building. However, our air conditioning in the room did not work well at all, even on maximum, the air conditioning was coming out slow and not very cold. We also were stuck in the lift at the hotel. The lifts are dangerous, we used these regularly at first due to being on the top floor, but afterwards had to use the stairs as we were trapped in the lift which jolted us around for a few minutes and the door wouldn’t open. Reported this to the staff and they said they would sort this out with the maintenance staff. It did not get resolved before we left as it happened to other guests also. There is also a free shuttle bus 3 days a week to take you into Palma which is worth going to as it is a beautiful location with lots to do.
Food - the food at the hotel is very poor. We were both served raw chicken from the grill which is beyond a joke. The options are very limited, mainly seafood most nights, with paella being served in the buffet 14 times 7 lunch and 7 dinner in our 7 days at the hotel! Drinks are table service only, on a night this is difficult as we waited 40 minutes for a drink after being shooed away from the bar by the manager.
Location - hotel is miles away from everything local, only one supermarket nearby with one Italian restaurant, with no local shops, bars or restaurants.
Overall customer service - staff were nice but occasionally were rude to us, ignoring us and being shooed away when asking for drinks. The staff did not solve the issues we raised throughout our stay.
Overall would never stay here again, too many issues and the hotel is nowhere near the quality of a four star hotel. Very very average stay with many issues in a 7 day trip. Would not recommend.

We came with our whole family of 15 including 8 children.
The pool area was great and the children’s pool area was one of the better ones we have been to with the smaller kids on the pirate ship slides and bigger kids on the large slides. The hotel it’s self was nice and clean, our room was a family room however we were surprised to find it was 2 separate rooms with adjoining doors so it offered ample space and 2 bathrooms to get ready in so was a nice touch.
When it comes to the restaurant, we read lots of reviews saying the food was good which was a deciding factor in picking this hotel. However we didn’t find it that great. For a family hotel they didn’t seem to cater for children. There was only glass cups, no squash juice for kids with dinner so was water only or fizzy drinks. Some of the children with us were quite fussy eaters and we were really supposed to see that there wasn’t any kind of kiddies food options like nuggets / fish fingers / peas / sweetcorn / baked beans etc. It resulted in some of them resorting to chips with a banana on the side. 3 people in our party had undercooked chicken on the fresh grill section however mine was always perfectly cooked. The drinks are table service and there is very little staff serving drinks especially for all inclusive. Same for all bars really.
The thing that bugged us was the evening kids entertainment. It started at 8pm - 8:30pm but the restaurant didn’t open for dinner until 7:30pm so you have to get into the restaurant eat and be back down in less than half an hour or have dinner after.

Excellent facilities for family’s, we went in a family party which included two toddlers under 2 years. Lovely children’s pool area , well supervised by staff, very clean and well maintained, it felt safe. There were lots of sun beds , so no hassle getting settled for the day, there was a nice pool bar for drinks and snacks, which were reasonably priced. There was a separate pool area for adults, which we thought was a great idea, as not everyone wants to be around children.
The animation team were very enthusiastic, and our little one’s enjoyed the mini disco!!!
The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The buffet food was to a good standard and there was flexibility if you wanted to exchange lunch for dinner and vice versa, which we did.
Short walk to an excellent supermarket, which has everything you might need, when travelling with young children. A short walk in the opposite direction to a small complex of bars and restaurants, which were very reasonably priced.

We are still currently at the hotel due to leave Tuesday and we are going to miss it so much. Overall we’ve been really impressed.
The rooms are large and clean. The cleaners came every day and floors were mopped , balconies cleaned etc! When we walked in the room after it had been cleaned it smelt lovely. Fantastic job.
The pools are lovely, I will say that the adult pool is a lot warmer than the kids pool which really should be the other way around for the little ones! Our little boy didn’t like the kids pool because of the temp. Not a huge issue though.
Food - we really enjoyed breakfast lunch and dinner in the restaurant. There was the odd night (seafood night) we didn’t find much to have as not fans of seafood.
Pool bar - food was lovely always nicer with a specific lady, don’t know her name but she put in effort to make the food tasty!
Drinks were great. I will say there was a VERY miserable bar man, don’t know his name but I’m sure others would’ve mentioned him previously so I’m sure the hotel is aware. Bar staff should be happy and from experience the nicest staff at the hotel and he certainly isn’t. Not impressed with him and really the management should find a replacement.
We hired a car for the day from the guys in the Lobby which was great, highly recommend.
Overall really happy and we would definitely return.

There is no cooking facilities in the room even for self catering. There is a very small fridge in every room though, big enough to hold a few cans of pop but nothing else.
Yes there is a shuttle bus for E'Arenal. It leaves the hotel at 11am and picks you back up at 6pm. This has to be booked the day before at reception. We found it to be too long a day, so opted for a taxi back, costing 15 Euros.
There are more places to choose from in the Puig de Ros area.
