MLL Blue Bay hotel, with 3*** and the best value for money. Excellent location - 500 metres away from the beach of Cala Mayor, where you'll find crystal-clear waters, at the same time, you'll also be few Kms away from Palma's old town and city centre, which you'll be able to reach by public transport. Nevertheless, its wonderful outdoor pool and terrace are all you need to spend a lovely relaxed family day without having to move. Last but not least, our buffet-style restaurant is always full of a wide range of options which will satisfy all sorts of diets.

We stayed here for two nights. The view from our room was amazing. The room is basic, the beds very comfortable. We had extra pillows and blankets in the room. Breakfast was included. Plenty of choice and the lady helping was lovely. I unfortunately didn't catch her name. She works very hard on her own at cleaning up after everyone and relaying tables. She was happy and helpful all the time. The pool area was lovely and clean. The reception staff were very helpful and helped us call a taxi when we needed one. One thing that would be nice is a kettle in the room, so we wouldn't have to go down for drinks but that is my preference and didn't detract from our stay at all. We would definitely stay here again.

On the plus side, the hotel is clean and generally well-maintained. It offers value for money and nice seaviews. On the minus side, the reception staff can be quite rude and unprofessional and the hotel is on a steep hill, so if you are walking, it can be quite tiring either walking up the road which has no sidewalk and is designed for cars only, or walking up the steps that come up from the street level next to the Eroski supermarket (quite a lot of steps). Staff definitely need significant training in customer service and how to speak to customers and how to conduct themselves in a professional manner. If they have received any training, then that training is clearly insufficient and has not been effective.

The most horrible experience ever in a hotel in my entire life. Rude receptionist who did not want to repeat his sentences in the check in and was speaking very harsh. The breakfast is DISGUSTING, croissants and everything else are raw, only meat and don’t think about the orange juice (which is 99% sugar). There was a salamander in our room and the reception did not do ANYTHING about it. Could not sleep the whole night. Beds are very uncomfortable, employees are very rude and harsh (beside the barman at the pool) NEVER BOOK ALL INCLUSIVE HERE, not worth a penny! DIS-GUS-TING

My husband and I had a week in this hotel, the rooms are okay, yes they are a bit tired but we only sleep in them so I wasn't that bothered. The cleaning wasn't the best if I'm honest as I had a previous guests soap on the bath when we checked in lol. The hotel grounds were well kept and clean, the pool was spotlessly clean and much appreciated in the scorching heat. The pool toilets unfortunately are out of the hotel grounds and down the road which wasa bit frustrating, however they were always clean with plenty of hand-wash and toilet roll. The biggest downfall for us was the food in the hotel, it very much catered for our European friends but the choice was minimal and quality poor. We met a lovely couple who also found that they couldn't eat in the hotel so we went out for meals together. However the lady in the restaurant was absolutely lovely and there were plenty of precautions put in place to prevent Covid. Now for my favourite part..... the bar staff Paco and Boris.... they are the best and were always happy and ready to serve you with a smile. The hotel is up a hill which can be a bit of a killer in 30° heat but I suppose it helped work off some of those all inclusive drinks. All in all we enjoyed out stay 😊

Besides bad (flat/almost inexisting) pillows, it was a great experience breakfast is great, the staff is (mostly) friendly. The location of the hotel is also good, there are many and good restaurants close. The one really bad thing there is no parking in the hotel. The best thing about the hotel is the view of the sea, beautiful, amazing
