I was one of a party of people who stayed here last week for a few nights. This is a very interesting place, far from the madding crowd and very quiet. The rooms are spacious, furnishings old-fashioned but comfortable. My room did not have a fridge but it did have a sofa. All very clean. Lovely, powerful shower but no... More

Actually we didn´t accomodate ourselves at the hotel. However we were recommended to visit it and so we did. It is a nice place if you are around but don´t expect too much. The castle is a big building and the sorrounding area is good for a walk provided the weather is good as it was our case. Inside in... More

We liked this castle so much we stayed here twice in one month. It is a beautiful castle and grounds. The room was large with spacious bathroom with a shower. Had no air conditioning but was still comfortable. Served a delicious breakfast buffet spread with variety of foods. You can make reservations online and will receive a quick response to... More

TripAdvisor has the castle as being located in Wroclaw - I don't think that's correct - it is actually located in Osciecznia - which is about 15 km from Boleslawiec, and about 150 km from Wroclaw! It is about a two hour drive from Dreseden in Germany. We stayed for two nights in July 2015 and highly recommend it. The... More

Overall the experience was good and my only complaint is that the castle could be so much more!! The castle its self was restored several years ago and the maintaince is lacking a little bit especially... More

A friend was encouraging me to visit and when I got the info on this castle I was sold. It didn't disappoint! A lovely authentic castle. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was quiet and very clean. Beautiful grounds. Delicious food. The spa was a great bargain. We both got an hour massage for about $75! Very relaxing,... More

The rooms are very old, the mattress was very soft. Meals were good but very rich, we were 10 persons - there was food for 20... In January the rooms are cold. In the area around is nothing. Maybe in summer it would be better. Don't use the lift, it could be his last drive. The water in the pool... More

Visited with a group of friends on a pottery buying/ vodka drinking long weekend. The hotel was lovely. The staff was super helpful and sweet. They did not seem to mind that we showed up at 1 am. The rooms were warm (we were there in January) and clean. The hotel is in an old castle and it was just... More

Best part - the tour of the Castle with the guide. An English-speaking guide from the village came in especially for us, but they do tours in Polish every day. The history of the castle is very interesting & we were able to see the owner's apartments and the grand rooms and suites, plus tour the cellar and some passageways.... More
