Scent of history in a beautiful place

Perfect stary with children and a puppy. Delicious breakfast! Clean room! Beautiful place with a character. You can jest relax in a park, visit the castle, travel and visit another castes and feel the history of this beautiful part of Poland.

Nice experience...

I'm very pleased width our stay at Zamek Kliczów Hotel. We used the Romantic Package during our stay, which is a very good offer. We liked the offer of the restaurant very much. I consider my stay at the Castle to be successful.

I recommend

We are very pleased with the stay. Great service, clean rooms, beautiful interiors. Very tasty meals. Spa and swimming pool and other attractions on site. Very nice and well-kept surroundings and the courtyard of the castle.

holiday in a castle scenery

I have visited the Kliczków Castle for the fifth time. I relaxed in the castle the whole trip . Rooms well equipped. Excellent food. There was a lots of things to see in the area. The castle attractions for children are also nice. Visiting the castle at night is an amazing attraction. The available pool table brought us a lot of joy. Swimming pool and sauna were ok.

we paid 1600 PLN and did not get beds which are sufficient for sleeping

The sofa designed for children to sleep on in the room was inoperable / broken. Lying on it, both adults and children, rolled down the middle which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. The reception ignored our attention regarding the non-functional bed. Receptionist was not at all interested in checking the situation or offering any solution. Paying almost 1000 PLN for accommodation I think we are entitled to a bed suitable for sleeping. The surroundings are nice, the breakfasts quite tasty. I strongly advise against using the services of the hotel.

Stylish, quiet, clean & relaxing room + Quick service + Fresh, delicious meals!

Zamek Kliczków had a comfortable atmosphere and it feels like you’re staying in a private mansion with wonderful medieval style however at the same time with very modern bathrooms. The location is wonderfully quiet and means a great sleep. Rooms have everything you needed with comfortable big comfy bed, TV. It is very clean and comfortable. Had tea and coffee. Free wifi in reception & rooms. The hotel is in an excellent location, 13 kms away from Bolesławiec so in close proximity to shops, supermarkets. I received very good service from Mr Pawel Gorski-hotel manager. I highly recommended this place to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful and unique medieval location. Not only a great place to socialise and meet new people during events organised on the Castle’s Premises, but they have a desk down in the reception to arrange anything you want to do during your stay…including relax in Castle’s SPA. You will find 41 high quality pictures including room, castle from outside and inside, shop with souvenirs, meals. I will recommend Zamek Kliczków to anyone who is looking clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay. They are able to meet criteria of every traveller. There is no better place to stay in Kliczków!…

I love this place

I love this place, it was another visit and definitely not the last. Great food, excellent service, great rooms, and a nice swimming pool The area is conducive to long walks. I recommend evening walks around the courtyard and the castle grounds

Pobyt integracyjny Awaken Realms

Kliczków Castle is located in a very picturesque and relaxing place. The size of the facility and its surroundings make it possible to organize both an individual stay and an integration trip. An undoubted advantage is the restoration of the Castle to hotel conditions without losing its historical aesthetic values and mysterious atmosphere. The castle relaxation zone and other attractions (e.g. guided tours of the Castle) are a very interesting alternative to free time and are worth recommending. The service of the restaurant and reception is very professional, kind and helpful. Undoubtedly, the high quality of staying at Kliczków Castle is influenced by the gastronomic offer - meals prepared in the Castle Restaurant are fresh and delicious! The castle in Kliczków is a place worth recommending. Special thanks go to Mrs. Natalia Mikulska-Chlebowska for her open attitude and approach to our needs - it was a tailor-made stay.…

Beautiful castle, poor room service

A beautiful castle with a large park and lots of surrounding forest. Wonderful for relaxing. Particularly worth mentioning is probably the world's best breakfast buffet. Delicious with a huge selection of hot and cold dishes. Also many dishes for vegans. A downer is the room service. Unfortunately the room was not cleaned once during the entire 5 day stay. The beds weren't made either. Even when we complained at the reception nothing happened, we were without towels. This was confirmed by other guests whose rooms were also without any room service. After we complained to the front desk on the third day, a maid appeared in the room and threw 3 towels on a chair. When I politely asked her to make the beds, she was indignant and rude, pretending not to understand. When I demonstratively fluffed up a duvet she threw the duvet on the bed grumpily and moaning to herself and disappeared without greeting and without even entering or cleaning the bathroom. Since the hotel is not a cheap dump, this behavior is very unpleasant and inappropriate for Zamek Kliczkow. Unfortunately, it leaves a bitter aftertaste. …

Nice place to relax.

Although there is little in the castle of the original decor, because it was stolen by fascists and later thieves from Russia, the reconstruction is impressive, great atmosphere, an ideal place for any rest, whether for two or with children. A spa, a swimming pool with saunas, a club with billiard tables and a farm with a horse farm provided us with entertainment for the whole weekend, I recommend night sightseeing with a group of nice guides. We got to the end of the May party, so there were so many attractions that we couldn't think of going anywhere. Very varied breakfasts, dinners served at the table, but also a few dishes to choose from, all tasty and additionally served in atmospheric castle rooms. A pleasant time, I recommend.
