We stayed in this hotel on half board basis,,,,the food was excellent and the young staff in the restaurant amazing. Well done all for making our stay more enjoyable. We had a standard room with balcony and the railway side. Room was clean by great ladies,,,thank you very much. One problem we had with this room was a very small bed. Thank you all and maybe see you again.

Big disappointment. The hotel doesn’t look like in the pictures. The prices are very high, but the room was small and cheaply looking. Sleeping not possible because of the flashing lights outside and loud trains going just next to the hotel. Also the hotel was organizing a loud party in front of the windows outside. Restaurant very poor quality. We reserved an apartment for my husband’s birthday for a weekend but we had to fun away after one sleepless night. It is not. 4 star luxury boutique hotel!

The best place in Piwniczna and around. Nice view, nice, quiet rooms, delicious breakfasts, atmospherical spa,kind ,professional staff. A lot things you can do around:bicycling,trekking,sightseeing. Fantastic for everyone who likes nature and active recreation.

Excelent hotel and service . Superb breakfast with many options and choices. Rooms very clean and pleasantly furnished with comfortable bed. Very nice window view. The only small drawback is location nearby the railway and trains which are passing from time to time. It is Really recommended to visit for everybody .

Quite good. Quiet and pleasure place for guests. Recommended to friends. We'll be back soon. Piwniczna is the village like "hole", but this hotel is like lonely star on the sky. Great place to rest. :)

It was our wedding anniversary. The room we got was well thought out in every aspect (like everything else in this hotel). The owners try to take care of every detail. In addition, a very nice service approaching the client individually. SPA treatments (especially the signature HEDONI massage) are worth recommending. Food is also delicious! We can definitely recommend this hotel to others. We will definitely come back there!

Great service and kitchen. They tried all the time to make the stay a pleasant one. The hotel is exactly like in the offer Location on Poprad River :). The railroad tracks were an additional attraction for my son.

We got a larger room for the family. It must have not been used for a long time because it smelled really bad. We could not open windows without getting hundreds of mosquitoes. Tables were dusty, electricity cables wide open next to bath(!) and broken reading lamp. Otherwise reception is friendly and hotel is right next to the river... railway track for a balance:)

We spent the Christmas period in Hotel Piwniczna and we are very very satisfied. The rooms are relatively small but with big bathroom and shower, they are nicely furnished (ethno style) and well equipped. In general the whole hotel is very colorful, modern but in the same time using many traditional elements of the region. The restaurant serves always fresh and high quality tasty food with a big variety of choices both for breakfast and dinner. The a la carte offers many regional dishes worth trying if you are in the hotel. The pool and spa despite the season and many people in the hotel wasn't crowded. The sauna night was a great option to relax and professionally organized. The saunas are equipped with everything you need including ice cold plunge, relax area and a variety of showers. The pool is not too deep and there are two smaller pools for kids of different ages. The spa offers a list of packages for men and women, even kids :) During our stay the program was very rich with many attractions for all ages: robotics & ceramics workshops, Christmas carolling, live music on Christmas Eve, kids room with animators etc. We were definitely busy and enjoying them all. The personnel was really doing their best to make our stay memorable and pleasant. And yes they succeeded, we will definitely return... Piwniczna Zdroj is great place to have some relax but also have active holidays. There are few ski slopes nearby in winter, hiking, rafting during summer.…

That hotel looks nothing like a pictures. What's right, are the views but not the rooms! In general very cheap finishes are flashing in your eyes. Food from the menu good, food from the Swedish table- average. We stayed in the room with small window in the roof, which if not extremely loud trains especially during the night(!!!!!!!) we would feel like in the cellar. Very strange SPA rules, after 10 p.m you can't use swimming pool when you wear a textiles. Meaning you have to go nude. As far I understand that some people my like the idea of walking and swimming naked, I don't understand why I have to if I don't want to? They have a cycles you can borrow on the site, which was a plus. In general, there is not really much to see there, neither much to do. Price for staying it is far too high to quality of the stay.
