We had a wonderful 4 day stay at this enchanting place. This small hotel has only 10 rooms. Decoration is tasteful and practical. Beds are amazing. Bathrooms well equipped. A lush and well maintained garden with lovely seating spots surrounds the building. The views from the main terrace are simply stunning. The pool is a little oasis. Food and wine selection are great. No effort was spared to make our stay perfect. From the warm welcome with a late breakfast, to a birthday cake and cocktails. This is a gem, and we understand very well that most guests have been returning here for years. I think I will become one of them. ;-)

I stayed at Can Talaias for two days. The energy, view, hospitality and food (: of the place is exactly what every person needs. The owner and her personal touch for every single guest is something that isn't out there anymore. Thank you for everything.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights in mid September. This place is super for a reset. The setting, gardens and pool are just magic and the people and food make it even more wonderful. We can’t wait to return to this special place.

The property is beautiful. It’s really in the middle of nature. No noises from other hotels or even a road. When you wake up early in the morning you only hear the birds. We had a terrace room which was lovely and private. The terrace had a view over the surrounding area and the sea. On the terrace there are sunbeds, a table and chairs. The room was spacious the bed and pillows good. The bathroom was stylish and that shower.. amazing. The room had most necessities but If it was not there you can ask for it and they will provide it. The pool was nice and not too cold. The breakfast overall was OK but the freshly baked croissant every morning were amazing you could already smell them in your room. The owners, the staff and the animals were al welcoming and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is low key and chilled - as though you are staying with really good friends. We had bad weather but still the views were stunning from the terrace. The food is exceptional (as though you have your own private chef - which in effect you do)! We will come back when weather likely to be better!

Cushan, Laetitia and staff work seamlessly to deliver a very homely and welcoming atmosphere. The property has an interesting history and is set within one of the most peaceful and beautiful areas of Ibiza. Not far from some stunning beaches and coves, I did not walk down but I understood the track to be not too far and not too difficult. The kitchen offering is very good and accommodating. The pool area is calming and tranquil. Families should consider car hire if using as a base. It is very important to follow the directions provided as the track immediately by Bar Anita could prove difficult for some to navigate. Continue along the main road and look out for the “Spar” Store on the left. Not long after, on the right, the yellow sign can be spotted to turn right and head up the hill. Looking forward to my next visit.

We stayed here for a sensational wedding. Can Talaias really is a hidden gem - on a hill top, reached up a long dirt track with speed bumps. It's not suitable for your Lamborghini. Fortunately we'd hired a Mini Countryman! The view from the top is superb and the property itself beautifully renovated. The rooms are spotless. The former home of Terry-Thomas, it is run by his charismatic English son, Cushan and his lovely wife Laeti in a delightful bohemian fashion. The couple are workaholics, but find the time to make all their guests feel at home in this ultra laid-back oasis of calm. I can't thank them enough for their very genuine, heartfelt hospitality. There are fabulous walks from Can Talaias, up to the promontory (about 30-40 minutes) and down to two secluded beaches (with modest beach bars and facilities). It takes about 40 minutes to walk into San Carles village which has good eateries, a great bar and retail therapy. It's longer to walk back! Thoroughly recommended!

What an amazing place! A family owned and operated paradise a stones throw from the wild Ibiza town yet nestled on the top of an idilic mountain with views over North East island. The food is fantastic and locally sourced. I can’t recommend Can Talias highly enough, a fabulous retreat from the hedonism that is Ibiza.

Had a wonderful stay here in this quirky, fascinating hotel. Staff and owners so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful house with unique bedrooms - the shower in room 1 looks like Dali sculpted it with his own fair hands! If you want peace and tranquility in luxury surroundings then this is for you. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
