The hotel is nice but not a 5 star we came back yesterday 29 September had a week there were ants on bacany wasps every where the walk to roda along the beach was quite dangerous my husband fell over twice. All the sunbeds had towels on them from 5 in the morning didn't stand a chance the staff were miserable like they didn't want you there.would not go there again I would say it's a 3 🌟 hotel not 5.and the rooms need updating very old fashioned and the curtains were really dirty and smelled.

A gem in Corfu! Hotel’s location is perfect with private sandy beach with swallow waters and various swimming pools. The rooms are spacious with all the facilities and polite staff. Restaurants (main, Asian, Italian, Greek) and souvlaki corner or creperie have a great variety of food and drinks. There are also a lot of activities to do like yoga, volley, pilates, aqua aerobic, football, golf, pendent, water sports, spa and a wonderful mini club for kids. If you want to have a luxury vacation, relax and try new things you should definitely visit this resort.

Great family holiday… Amazing place for kids. The staff is really accommodating with special requests. The kids Club and the waterslides are a must for small children. Room attendance has been very effective and friendly. The semi-private pools of the rooms offer a quiet getaway if you want a more relaxing day. You can also do staff outside the hotel, they run frequent public buses from the village to nearby villages. We loved our visit to Kassiopi. We would come back in the future.

Lot of the staff treat you like you are a inconvenience when ordering drinks with some exceptions, one guy with glasses who covers pool bar by private pools area (rooms 920 area) and lobby has disgusting attitude unlike the lady who worked there few days who is great as well as some canteen staff. The drinks are in disposable cups which don't have a lot in so recommend bringing own Private pool rooms are excellent As is the fact you can still use facilities whilst waiting for transfer Good selection of food Beach area not the best, and staff at bars not either Overall definitely not a 5* but a pleasant visit

We are currently staying there at the moment. If I was to go back in time I would not have booked this hotel. Arrived on the first day and got shipped off to another hotel as they didn’t have room for us here. Obviously this is disappointing but we were told we would have an upgraded room when we came back the next day. The room they gave us was still a see view room which we had already booked. As well as this we were greeted on the balcony by a large amount of ants. We asked reception to do something about this and nothing got done, I have to try and address the issue with insect repellent. Our air con is also not working and I am currently lay in bed melting. In addition to this we also have a wasp nest on our balcony which can be seen in the pictures. The buffet is an absolute disgrace in all honesty and I wouldn’t feed my dog with some of the food they are putting out. Fresh pizza is quite good but the rest of it is poor. It’s also chaos in there and an absolute battle to get hot food. Pool area is rammed every day with a hell of a lot of wasps. Nothing seems to be done about it. Getting a towel is also a nightmare too we had to wait 5 hours on our first day to try and get one. Would recommend staying around one of the more quieter pools if you do attend this hotel. Location isn’t bad with a small walk into roda which does not take long if you go along the beach. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to corfu as you will definitely be disappointed.

Great resort, loverly place to relax, and what can I say about Kostas the Barista near the reception, always a warm and welcoming smile on his face, and if that alone is not enough, his coffee making skills are just awesome. He makes one of the best lattes I’ve ever had and that includes my resent visit to Venice who apparently have the best espresso beans in the world. That morning coffee is worth the flight alone.

A fantastic place to visit and we enjoyed a very comfortable and peaceful stay during our 10 days celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The staff was more than helpful and this is despite the fact that some clearly need more training on customer service. We found the staff that ran the main bar at evening were the ultimate in customer service reflected by the amount of tips they received. The meals were outstanding and the only one gripe I had was that the restaurants serving other than Greek cuisine were booked up days in advance - a victim of their own success I guess. All in all a well worth holiday and I’m sure we will revisit in the near future.

Nice Hotel, covers a lot of ground some accommodation is long way from main complex etc, Views across bay to Albania are STUNNING. Sunrises are varied but generally worth getting up for. Limited timings on getting Towels (09.30) not throughout the day:( Roda Town is 10 min walk along beach and has everything needed from ATM to sports bar and restaurants. Car Hire little expensive at E70 for a Corsa for the day BUT if u lucky enterprise gave me free upgrade to Vitara:) Going out and going to Mountains and little villages etc is a must. Being 5* i would expect ATM, also there was only Animation team entertainment NO LOCAL Greek Dancing/Music etc. No Nightclub or Disco (Didn't bother us). Wide variety of Food (Fresh Pizza Oven, Italian, good veggy selection, as per usual Food on the lukewarm side. Great Souvlaki BBQ available throughout day, Fresh made Crepes bars x 2 which also do Great Ice Cream (also throughout the day. 3 Bars (Reception, Beach & Pool) available throughout the day. Staff ever helpful Matina in reception, Gladie and brother in Restaurant, Vasilis and Anne-Marie on Reception Bar (Evening shift), Vasilis and Spyros Matre De and head waiter, and Persephoni in Customer Relations (if you have allergies) is only too willing to help. Spa is good (Not the best we have been too Clorine levels from Pool caused a couple of problems) Eva in spa is brilliant. Al a Carte restaurants x 3 Not that impressive. Beach is sandy all the way out to swimming depth. If you are adventurous get a hire car and go exploring on your own, however there are plenty of excursions you can pay for. Overall, a welcome/enjoyable Holiday, too many kids of crying age (which was very distracting and sometimes really annoying at times), but it is a family hotel and does NOT do adults only, so for that reason we would not return.

Just back from a week at this hotel. On arrival myself and a younger relative were very impressed. Our room was very spacious and overlooked one of the many pools. We sat around the pool the first day and I got stung twice by wasps, which were all over the hotel. Although we were all inclusive it is nice to go out and see what's around. The second day we walked into Roda which was approx 15 minutes. However, you can only get to Roda by walking along a rocky beach or a trek up a steep hill and onto a narrow road which took around 25 minutes, hence not leaving the resort at night as no lighting on the road or beach. This wouldn't have been so much of a problem had the hotel had entertainment. That said, 6 nights a week there was some sort of show put on by staff which was in an outside arena with no bar. We went to see they're version of "Grease" which was nothing short of cringeworthy. During the day there were activities and music but nothing in the evening, not even background music. The restaurant was the usual all inclusive chaos and some of the young waiters were a little over-familiar but the food was good and plenty of choice. To summarise: Sort the numerous wasp nests around the resort: Sort out the ambience; and Lay on a shuttle bus. Only then it could be a 4 star.

If you go to this hotel expecting the 4/5 star experience they advertise you won't get it. It would be fair to say this is an OK 3 star, lots of room for easy improvement as they just seem to lack the basics. Overall had a good holiday though! *Rooms* - 964 with swim up private pool - Room was refurbished and had been painted, wallpapered but fixtures and fittings very old and tired -Fridge didn't work upon arrival - Shower flooded bathroom every day whatever you did. - 3 out of the 7 days the cleaner took my towels and left me with none. - No dressing gowns provided in our room - only 2 sets of slippers in a 4 person room - Lamp didn't work - 2 bulbs not working in bathroom (wondered why it was so dark) - Ants coming out from the sink plug hole - Tea/Coffee/Sugar only got restocked once in the week - Drinks in fridge supposed to be stocked every 2nd day but never got refilled - Double bed was 2 singles pushed together that kept coming apart - Room was very large and spacious with tall ceilings - Beds although single are comfortable - Air con worked well -Rooms are silent all night and early morning (apart from cleaners). - No one clears around your private pool so there was dirty cups, straws and rubbish left from previous guests there all week. - Room is opposite cleaners cupboard where the cleaners woke me up every morning at 7:00/8:00am shouting, laughing and socialising against my door - terrible! - Booklet given at reception and welcome book in room are completely different detailing different things. Books says you can get Pizza, burgers and hotdogs from the snack bar...no idea where to get them from the whole week? - On our last night in the room I was awake from midnight until 2:30am from what seemed like an elephant upstairs shouting and running around. Don't think the rooms are well sound proofed (or just unlucky to have wild animals upstairs). Overall though the room does the job (when they give you towels) and was very clean! P.s Pool towels seemed impossible to get, bring your own! We tried for the first few days and gave up. *Bars/Snack food* - Small paper cups are awful and by the time you leave the bar you are back again. - Bring your own big plastic cups and they will wash them and fill them! :) - The guy on the downstairs bar rolls his eyes at you & slams your drink on the bar however polite and smiley you are. - The chap on the upstairs/lobby bar is rude and constantly leaves the young girl on her own to flirt with women and bring them table service drinks whilst ignoring the queue. - Stamatela on the Private pool par (900 area) was the only bar lady to actually smile, make conversation and be pleasant - This staff member is an asset to your hotel and sets an example to all other staff. - Anna on the crepe bar was also amazing and a great asset. Friendly, fun and smiley...nice to see! - Bars usually only have 1 member of staff on and there are long queues and a lack of tables outside. - Beach bar was nice in the evening and the chap was pleasant. With the rude service, lack of outdoor tables and miserable staff we ended up drinking during the day at the 900 rooms bar and spending the evening on our terrace drinking wine from the shop. *Restaurant* -The worst part of the holiday. From the second it opens to the second it closes it's chaos. Food isn't the problem, its the service. - Never greeted and given a seat so had to find our own and then told off for sitting down. - Tables for 4 impossible to find - Staff moaning they are short staffed yet the hotel make it impossible to enjoy the experience. - Wait for drinks, cutlery anything was awful, sometimes we would go without. - Pizza is lovely and fresh -Bread and choice of meat and cheese was lovely - Hot buffet food is what you would expect if you stayed in a typical 3 star hotel. We did everything we could to avoid going in here as it was such an unpleasant experience. Advice to the hotel manager is if you can't keep up with seating guests, setting tables and serving drinks just stop and make it self service. I would rather sit at an empty table and get my own cutlery, cups and drinks etc than spending the whole time waving people down just to get the basics. *3 à la carte restaurants* You get 3 restaurants included in the price but despite there being spaces in all 3 the receptionist only lets you book 2 of them. They weren't booked, just didn't let us book 3 so had to pick 2... We went for Chinese (now Asian) first and turned up and apparently our booking wasn't made by reception so had to go back to our room to prove our reservation. Frustrating this happened but the chap did get us a table and fit us in. Food was pleasant but small portions. Desert was just plain vanilla ice cream...considering the Crepe & Ice cream place is next door its odd deserts are so limited. Italian was our 2nd choice and this was amazing. Lots of food, amazing service and all cooked to perfection. I would eat here every day if I could! Special shout out to the 2 chaps working on the 21st September evening. One was Potis but couldn't get the other guys name. Amazing! In summary I wouldn't come back here again. The management of the hotel seems to be more like faulty towers and it all seems to be a tick box activity to be 4 stars and forget the basics. I also feel my review is fair based on what I've experienced in Corfu 4 star resorts before at the same/cheaper price and also around Europe. Advice to management, sort out the staff moral and get the basics right first. Guest experience before stars!
