This is a caravan park out of the ordinary! All facilities are of great quality. There are lots of activities for children! Bouncing mat, play area indoor and outdoor, bike trail, farm, climbing park, theatre show and mini golf (the last three you have to pay extra for, the farm was free this year). Tip: If traveling with children, pay to pre-select you camping location and select one close to the outdoor play area (the same end as mini-golf and climbing park). The park even has a nice family restaurant if you don’t want to cook one night. Will definitely recommend this place!

Good skiing, lots of activities for kids. Good food and service. Nice modern cabins located next to the river. Bonus for letting dogs stay. Minus is the slope for kids sleading. A bit unsafe. But higly recomended, I'd like to try it in summertime!

We have been a lot of camping in Europe with our camper. For us, we have never seen one like this in Norway. The facilities are modern and clean. That means the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, laundry room and pets shower(!). The camp sites are huge but there are no trees to provide shades. I think the Norwegian are happy to lay in the sun any chance they got. Water and electricity on site. There are plenty of outdoor activities available. Indoor playground for the kids. Climbing/high ropes, fishing, hiking, cycling, etc. I heard that the camping serves as wintersport camping too. They have deep snow every year.

I havent been visiting too many camping places, but I must say this was of really high standard! We rented one of the very nice cabins along the river, top standard. The main building including sanitary installations, reception and restaurant was top notch! The camping site had well separated spots for everyone coming with tents, campers or caravans, with water and power outlets on each spot. A big playhouse for the kids, a really great bicycle pump track and a fantastic climb-park were also located on site. The kids had wristbands which gave access to the cabin, to the sanitary house and to the playhouse. The use of the climb park is not included, so this is extra cost. Well worth spening a day zip-lining and climbing in the woods. We stayed four days, and had a great time. Recommended!

We rented a cabin for one night as a transition on our drive between Bergen and Oslo. We stayed in a 6 bed cabin on the river. We like it so much that we stayed an extra night! The cabin was clean an comfortable and right near the river. The staff was very helpful. The restaraunt has a limited menu, but the food was good. We would certainly stay here again!!
