Rooms were clean but the furniture was a little out dated. Standard size of room, beds were comfortable. Great breakfast and a useful stopping point for us on our road trip but it's a place to sleep rather than a place of luxury.

Stopped here for 2 nights. My room was at the far end of the corridor, and despite denials from the front desk, the wi-fi did not get that far. I had to stand in the corridor to check emails. The bed was very comfy, but tose who had a four-poster bed did not agree, as they found them difficult to...

I stayed here in the summer on my way to Trollstigen. Nice rooms, good breakfast and decent price. But it was nothing special and stuffed animals in the entrance just isn't my thing. Also very expensive dinner so I ended up buying a hamburger at the adjacent gas station.

This is primarily a skiing hotel but is ideal for a stay in the summer as well, The hotel is constructed entirely of wood and apart from the entrance area is all on ground level with the rooms situated in two lengthy wings. Set in the country opposite Bjorli railway station (limited service). The entrance hall contains stuffed animal, including...

This hotel is really old and could need some maintenance and upgrade. Despite the simple rooms and the fact that water level on the bathroom was above my ankles when taking a shower I would highly recommend this hotel. It has a nice atmosphere, kinda like a Norwegian cottage. The hospitality from the staff makes you feel welcome. The breakfast...

I have only stayed in this hotel for 1 night, but I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It is probably even nicer in winter, as there is a cozy living room, with comfortable armchairs and a nice library. The breakfast was quite good, with plenty of options. The staff was okay.

We stayed for one night here on our way from Oslo to Andalsnes to break the journey. Was a bit disappointed by the room for the price we paid- very small room with an uncomfortable bed/ The breakfast and common areas (bar and lounge) were quite cosy. The dinner was highly overpriced for the quality even for Norway.

I found this hotel on my way to Fagerlund. I wanted to stay 2 nights and ended up staying 5. I really loved it. The staff is very nice, very professional. Charming building, very good, clean rooms. Breakfast, wifi, and parking is included. Breakfast is more than satisfactory, nice buffet, good selection. Also, the hotel has a fitness center including...

We had a nice size room in cottage style. Every thing was old but well maintained. On the plus side you find the heated outdoor whirlpool. On the downside. Do not expect ANY privacy or luxury. We could literately hear the neighbor guests sneeze in their room and follow their conversation. Breakfast......just skip it. Your health deserves better!!!!

This place was great, very quiet as I was there in early June and it is a ski hotel. Great atmosphere though even with just a few residents. Beds are funky (pretend 4 poster) and comfy, staff where very friendly and the food was very good. The setting is unreal, the top of the mountain, the river flows away in...
