This place has got it just right. Don’t want to fault it as it would just be disrespectful to do so. Lovely people doing their very best to make your holiday experience one not to forget for the right reasons. We will be back, soon hopefully, and again, and again.......but keep it to yourself as it’s a hidden secret away from kids clubs and tat!

Visited this resort the back end of September for a week. Arrived after midnight so check in was next day. A nice touch was the sandwiches, fruit and water left in the fridge for us due to our late arrival. The room was more than adequate with a sea view and a balcony. Clean throughout. Maybe it would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room because these drinks are not available throughout the day. The food was good. As good as any 3* establishment. Maybe a bit more fresh fruit and a larger selection of sweets. ( usually only one choice). Pool area was nice with plenty of loungers. I don't know what it would be like in the height of the season. Pools were sizeable. The pool bar was a nice touch. All inclusive entitled you to local drinks. A bit limited to be honest. No access to ice cream!!! A holiday with no ice cream. Be careful of the "invisible" step around the bar. When we were there a lady had to go to hospital for a broken toe and sprain after missing the step and another guy tripped and bruised his back!! The beach is only a short distance away. ( if you are infirmed or in a wheelchair you will not be able to visit the beach due to the number of steps). The beach is nicely shelving. You can walk out in the sea for a good distance. The beach is sandy. You can hire loungers and parasols from the hotel. They are secured by padlocks. Overall ,for myself and my wife , we had a good relaxing time. We ate well and enjoyed the balcony views. One disadvantage is that it is a tad remote. There is no where to visit within a reasonable walking distance. Possibly consider hiring a car for a few days.

Thank you for your great feedback following your recent stay here at the Glavas Inn. We are very pleased to read you enjoyed your visit, and that the team ensured you had a most comfortable stay.Thank you for mentioning our cuisine, our sandy beach and the balcony views. As for the "invisible" step, we would like to let you know that there are lights to avoid missing steps. The lady that you refer, she had a twisted toe as as soon as she arrived here from the airport, and we made sure to provide her the closest room to the main building and to the elevator for easy access. We will consider your advices to provide you a more comfortable stay next year! Greetings from all of us Glavas Inn Team

We have just spent an incredibly relaxing week at Glavas Inn. The location is a little off the beaten track but suited us just fine as we just wanted to relax in the sun. Spent most days at the beach for €3 for 2 sunbeds and parasol per day. What would have made it perfect would be a little bar down on the beach but that's neither here not there really. The beach is accessed by a little bridge that crosses the road then a lift/stairs down towards the beach, making for a nice little morning walk. The hotel is maintained to a very high standard and is kept spotlessly clean at all times. The food is just lovely, fresh homemade Greek cuisine every day alongside plenty of fresh delicious salad. Another choice of dessert would have been a bonus but hey ho. I will just say if all you want to eat is pizza, chips and fried food this is not a destination for you. The two hotel dogs are just beautiful and very friendly, what a lovely life they have! All in all we are so glad we came here, a week of sun, good food, plenty of good beer and wine and idyllic surroundings, thankyou 😊

We ( boyfriend/girlfriend 34 & 35 ) have just returned from a 7 night stay here at Glavas (25th Sept - 2nd Oct). Beautiful weather which varied between 25 - 31 degrees. The hotel itself is absolutely immaculate and beautifully presented, this included our room, pool area and restaurant. We booked a basic double room and were presented with a huge double SEAVIEW room, the views are absolutely stunning at all times of day, but especially the evening sunset. The only fault I found in our room was with the shower... not only was the shower hose holder missing (meaning you have to constantly hold the shower hose), but the shower seal had also gone which meant our bathroom flooded - into the bedroom, every time we used it. I reported this to reception but it wasn't looked at by anyone. We didn't let this bother us and just built a barricade when either of us used the shower ;) BE WARNED - the road/hill to the rooms is very steep so I imagine wouldn't be at all suitable for anyone with difficulties walking. The food in the restaurant was always very varied, but just a heads up - nothing is labelled so we were never quite sure what we were eating, but always left a clean plate. Restaurant staff were very friendly and worked very hard to keep the tables clean and the buffet food topped up. Lots of meat options, veggie options, different potato dishes and a huge variety of salad. The all inclusive drinks only includes wine, beer, ouzo and full sugar soft drinks - cocktails are 2 for 15 Euro in the evening which we really enjoyed. There is one daily snack served at around 4.30, this is usually a small piece of cake or a cookie. The pool side Frappes are INCREDIBLE... highly recommend these. The hotel dogs are very friendly and no bother at all. George at the pool bar during the day is very friendly but we found that the evening staff were not as friendly at all, we didn't see a single smile from anyone serving in the evening and we almost felt guilty for daring to ask for a drink. The pool area is lovely, lots of sunbeds and tables and chairs available - also very good wifi around the hotel. If you want a lively resort with plenty to do, then this is not the resort for you. There is nothing close by at all but the hotel do offer a FREE shuttle bus a few evenings a week to escape to the village cocktail bars/restaurants/kebab shop/pizza place/souvenir shop. The beach isn't the best but it is nice for a little break and a morning walk. We came here to relax and that is exactly what we did, no interruptions day or night so would definitely recommend for the ultimate chill out holiday. Thank you for having us
