Nice pleasant place to stay and close but not to close to the airport..... Excellent service from the very friendly staff and who were covid conscious in a respectful way... Was however a bit surprised to see very few people wearing masks in the hotel reception area but social distancing in the main was adhered to.... Great selection of food to cater for all tastes and nice to be seated at a table to save wondering around looking..... If you do want to eat at any of the Al Le Carte restaurants book on the app (It gives you the link in your welcome pack) and do it as early as you can into your stay..... All the pools were very clean and all were available whilst we were there..... Sunbeds now there is a bone of contention you need to be up very early to nab a couple of these or you may find one on the off chance later in the day nearly everybody would have, with towels, reserved theirs before breakfast but if you can't join them beat them !!!.... Getting into Rhodes town is easy enough either by taxi or indeed by the bus which leaves every morning from just outside the reception and Rhodes Old Town is as always worth a visit..... On the whole a great stay with great staff and great selection of food....

We decided to book a quick break as our last one was cancelled due to the virus.Friends had gone here so we decided to surprise them on their second week. The hotel was very good we had one of the bungalows which gave us plenty of space but the aircon was not very good which was really the only fault. The staff were lovely & helpful & the bars although all inclusive a lot of the spirits were named brands not the local stuff you usually get.The hotel has 5 themed restaurants Grill,Asian,Italian,Greek& the main one. The food was very good & it was nice to have so much choice. We have already booked for next year.

We visited first time to rhodes mid August. Check in simple as we were only ones at the time. Room was lovely (upgraded sea view superior) downloaded the app but a bit disappointed in not getting a restaurant reservation for first 4 nights. Once we did the restaurant quality was fantastic, also drink quality good for all inclusive. Some entertainment was good some just average but we don't tend to book holidays for that. We sat a few nights on the seating over to the left of the entertainment but kids were using it as a playground to run around a bit out of control. PLEASE ADD AN ADULT ONLY SEATING AREA AT NIGHT 😉 Would I return? Already booked for a trip back in April

We had an amazing holiday right at the very end of the season. As in we were one of the last to leave before it shuts down for winter. We stayed in a pool suit which was beautiful and well worth the extra money. You get access to bar 800 which is only used by the pool suits and pool bungalows. In there they serve food and drinks from 8/8 and the man in bar 800 brought us food to our balcony because we were in a suit. Like having a butler lol. The only down side to this perk was on the last two days they upgraded three family’s from the main hotel for free as we were told, which we found a bit unfair as we had paid for this. We would not have minded but they were very very loud and it sort of spoilt the last couple of days. The rest of the hotel including the beach is lovely and the staff are amazingly helpful. The foods to a good standard this is the least we have ever eaten out when at a all inclusive resort. I will finish on saying how impressed I was to find everything still open and serving drinks and food on the 1st of nov our check out day. We were not flying till 9pm we kept our room till 4.30 and had our fill at the bars and restaurants before leaving relaxed for our flight back. I was worried we were going to be left high and dry as check out is 11am... but no it was amazing they kept most things open for the very few guests left. This made a massive difference to us with having a baby with us. Well done Eden roc hope to see you soon

This is by far the best all inclusive my partner and I have visited. It was in such a beautiful area, right on the sea shore with incredible views. The food was amazing but best of all were the helpful friendly staff from the managers down. They all worked so hard to make it all perfect. It was so incredible I have just booked it again for the same time next year!! Well done too you all and my partner and I cannot wait to see you all again next year.
