The Marena Wellness & Spa is a unique facility, located right by the Baltic Sea, barely 150 metres away from the beach. Here, in Nature’s bosom, in the very heart of a pine forest, your soul finds peace and relaxation. The facility consists of two buildings – Fala and Perła – offering 80 rooms of various standard categories. The main part of the resort is Perła where you can choose from amongst single, double rooms, suites and impeccable de lux suites. Fala is a perfect choice for those wanting comfort for a good price. This building offers single and double rooms as well as family studios. There are 160 accommodation places in total. We want to spoil our Guests and indulge their every whim. Not only do we offer them high quality services in our Mare SPA, but also a fabulous pool, dry sauna, steam bath, aromatic cave and a spacious Jacuzzi. The Velifiera Ristorante will satisfy even the most demanding palates. We serve buffet as well as a’la carte dishes here. No matter if you prefer Polish cuisine or foreign cooking, the palette of choices is rich. Looking for some entertainment and tasty snacks? Come to the Vento Café & Lounge where you can try a whole myriad of local beers and fancy drinks. We tok a 200km drive from Germany to spend a day at this hotel. The pictures of it, and the ratings on hotels.com fooled us bigtime. On arrival we saw instant that this was a hotel who has seen bether days. We arrived 2 hours before check-in at 15:00 and the front desk didnt offer to check us in to use the spa or anything. We used the 2 hours to walk on the beach an visit the nearby village. The beach was fine, but didnt have any facilities. The Village was terrible. Back at the hotel, we got a room that was the smallest ever. Like a prison-cell. No facilities, no room for bedside tables or anything. No wellness here for sure. Ok - off to the spa then. It was one jacuzzi full of polish men, a little swimmingpool with noisy kids. We looked for the sauna-area, and was instructed by a staff member to get rid of all clothes and wear some kind of a sheet. No problems. Only 1 sauna was in order and the showers was crowded by young men. They where just waiting for something. When my wife and me entered the sauna, it was empty. 10 seconds after, the crowd followed like they thought yhis was a swingers club. We left immediately. After some recovering in the prison-cell, we went down to have dinner in the restaurant but it closed at 18:00........ We then had to eat at the pizza/pasta-restaurant nearby. Good food and very good service by the staff there. After a night sleep in the cell, with one lousy pillow each, we hoped for a good breakfast. Well, another suprise. They had hired a saxophonist to to play taffel-music. Which hotel in the world does that??? No one but this one. It was noisy, it was bad and we could not leave soon enough. The happiest moment was when the gate in the parking opened so we could leave.…

There were spider webs next to the bed and spiders behind the curtain in our room. After we've informed the crew, they removed some of the spider webs, although there was still one of them on the ceiling lamp when we were leaving. The bathrobes were too small. Water nozzles at the swimming pool were out of order. During booking of the stay, there was no information that it's required to book spa services in advance and it was not possible to make it during the stay. At least food was very good.

Szanowny Gościu, dziękujemy za pobyt w naszym obiekcie. Przepraszamy za sytuację z pająkami, na którą niezwłocznie zareagowaliśmy. W pokojach przed przyjazdem Gości zawsze są otwarte okna, a obiekt jest położony w otoczeniu lasu. Szlafroki mamy w rozmiarach L i XL. W każdym obiekcie możliwości spa są ograniczone, dlatego w sytuacji zainteresowania zabiegami, jest konieczność wcześniejszej rezerwacji usług, gdyż zainteresowanie Gości też jest zróżnicowane i nie jesteśmy w stanie go przewidzieć.

Calm and nice place surrounded by the forest. Nice and helpful staff. Tasty food, and restaurant friendly for children. A good place for families with children. You can get to the beach walking through the forest.

In general we did not feel that we got the value for our money. The hotel and spa felt more old than advertised. The staff where not on there toes and it felt that we where bothering them (however a lot of credit to the very friendly bartender and the receptioninst day 2 at our stay) The spa felt very small and overly crouded. We also got food a stomache flue and we heard that several other guests got that as well. A lower price, more serviceminded staff and minus the stomache flue would make it a lot better. A big plus is the 150 m walk to the beutiful beach.

It is called wellness and spa. We were expecting a nice spa hotel but we were wrong. First of all the room and the hotel feels very old. You actually get a key to the room, a metal key. I have not seen that for 25 years in a hotel. It felt very old. In the bathroom you got a little bit of soap and schampoo, if you wanted more you had to pay for it. If you wanted the towels changed before the third day you had to pay for it. Very bad service. We paid more than 500 PLN per night and we did not get value for money. The spa felt like a childrens play land. When we waited in the reception to get some information there was nobody there for several minutes. However we heard the staff in some small office talking and hanging out, not caring at all about the guests. In the restaurant you were not allowed to take food by yourself but there was no information in English, so only made for polish speaking guests. We did not like this hotel at all.…

Nice and quiet place to relax. Walking distance to seaside. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Ideal place for a relaxing weekend with a friend or family. Good selection for fresh breakfast and tasty breakfast. I do recommend it.

Overall this is a good spa hotel. The restaurant has good food, the treatments are nice and the location is good. The problem though is that there are too many children. Also the hotel has toys in the pool which spa shouldn't have. Also the amount of English in the hotel need to be raised.

This hotel is beautifully situated, in a pine forest, 300 m from the beach. The wellness area is big and comfortable, the spa staff is qualified. There is nice playground room for kids. However there are so many cons, that we will not be staying there anymore. The receptionists are not helpful, the rooms are very small and ours was not cleaned for a week! The cleaning ladies are very lazy, they never made our bed or cleaned the bathroom, nothing. The hotel manager who was wandering around was not saying hello to his guests. This is absurd! The food is canteen like. For this price they should definitely feed us better. I don't recommend.

Great place to stay for the weekend with friends / your other half. Literally next to the beach, in a lovely, quiet area. Excellent spa facilities and professional,friendly staff. Nice, bright and spacious rooms. I loved the swimming pool and sauna / not too big though. Will definitely come back.

We stayed there for a few nights over Christmas, they have an amazing chef and therefore amazing food (!) (typical polish christmas dishes, loads of food, loads of choices). The Spa area was gorgeous but at times was a bit too crowded.The rooms were nice and tidy, but the doors were unfortunately not soundproof and children running around the corridors could be heard nearly all the time. But overall it was an amazing stay, we can definitely recommend it to everybody!
