A large facility with a very intimate family atmosphere. Many attractions for families with children. Urchin's room, table football, ping pong. For adults, there is a spa, billiards and a charming bar with nooks for couples and larger groups of guests. We are provided with bathrobes that make it very easy to move around the facility from the swimming pool to the room. The food is tasty, lots of choice, the chef even makes pancakes for breakfast upon request. Location right next to the beach and forest. We will definitely come back. We recommend

There were spider webs next to the bed and spiders behind the curtain in our room. After we've informed the crew, they removed some of the spider webs, although there was still one of them on the ceiling lamp when we were leaving. The bathrobes were too small. Water nozzles at the swimming pool were out of order. During booking of the stay, there was no information that it's required to book spa services in advance and it was not possible to make it during the stay. At least food was very good.

Szanowny Gościu, dziękujemy za pobyt w naszym obiekcie. Przepraszamy za sytuację z pająkami, na którą niezwłocznie zareagowaliśmy. W pokojach przed przyjazdem Gości zawsze są otwarte okna, a obiekt jest położony w otoczeniu lasu. Szlafroki mamy w rozmiarach L i XL. W każdym obiekcie możliwości spa są ograniczone, dlatego w sytuacji zainteresowania zabiegami, jest konieczność wcześniejszej rezerwacji usług, gdyż zainteresowanie Gości też jest zróżnicowane i nie jesteśmy w stanie go przewidzieć.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place, very close to the sea. The beach is clean. We have been coming here for over a dozen years and we always come back rested and relaxed. Varied and tasty food, Bistro Rowerek with a unique menu for the nearby area. Mr. Bartek from the Bistro is simply the best in his profession! The people greeting guests at the reception are very nice and helpful, Mr. Kamila, Ania and Mr. Bartek always smiling. The lifeguards at Mr. Piotr and Józef perform their work carefully and carefully, they pay great attention to the safety of children in the swimming pool area. The waitresses work efficiently and are always smiling. Spa zone at a good level. In front of the hotel you can charge your car via the application with a type 2 plug (11 kW) and two stations. Guarded parking at acceptable prices (low and high season).

It is called wellness and spa. We were expecting a nice spa hotel but we were wrong. First of all the room and the hotel feels very old. You actually get a key to the room, a metal key. I have not seen that for 25 years in a hotel. It felt very old. In the bathroom you got a little bit of soap and schampoo, if you wanted more you had to pay for it. If you wanted the towels changed before the third day you had to pay for it. Very bad service. We paid more than 500 PLN per night and we did not get value for money. The spa felt like a childrens play land. When we waited in the reception to get some information there was nobody there for several minutes. However we heard the staff in some small office talking and hanging out, not caring at all about the guests. In the restaurant you were not allowed to take food by yourself but there was no information in English, so only made for polish speaking guests. We did not like this hotel at all.

We had an awful experience at Marena Spa. Verbal harassment by a masseur; double-charging at the dinner; issues with the room equipment. The hotel management has been dismissive and avoiding taking responsibility.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location just 3 minutes from the beautiful beach. The staff is generally friendly and competent. Unfortunately, many only speak Polish, so communication is difficult. One disadvantage is the very small rooms, without bedside tables or a shelf where you can at least safely store your glasses for the night. One advantage is the spa area, which is clean, competent and friendly. The best thing is the kitchen. A great restaurant with a huge buffet selection of dishes, both for breakfast and dinner. Better and more plentiful than on a cruise ship.

Calm and nice place surrounded by the forest. Nice and helpful staff. Tasty food, and restaurant friendly for children. A good place for families with children. You can get to the beach walking through the forest.

We stayed in the Marena hotel for 5 days and we are very happy with the service and the facilities in the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and very engaged. Although we speak no polish at all, we had no problem to get what we needed or to get to where we wanted even though it took some effort to communicate. But then again we were in Poland after all. The kids facilities in the hotel are fantastic, so is the beach and the free loungers and windbreakers (essential) the hotel provides down by the beach. The rooms are on the smallish side but big enough to cater for 2 adults and an infant. Do yourself a favour and order a kids bed for the small money they charge as the bed was not very large and the one we were in was well worn. Here comes the highlight of the stay the food........ Breakfast all you can eat buffet which has a selection of pretty much everything you can want from scrambled eggs to polish sausage to freshly made pancakes. Evening buffet was amazing, different foods every night and at least 5 different main courses to choose from. There was never a shortage of food at any time when we were there and the quality of the food made us come back every night. We went swimming / relaxing in the Spa and the facilities are modern, clean and spacious so you can move freely. Overall a fantastic stay the only downgrade is the bed in the room wasn't just up to scratch.

We stayed there for a few nights over Christmas, they have an amazing chef and therefore amazing food (!) (typical polish christmas dishes, loads of food, loads of choices). The Spa area was gorgeous but at times was a bit too crowded.The rooms were nice and tidy, but the doors were unfortunately not soundproof and children running around the corridors could be heard nearly all the time. But overall it was an amazing stay, we can definitely recommend it to everybody!

I've stayed there with my family for a weekend. The hotel is an excellent place to rest and calm down with your family. It is very well equipped for children - it has a separate room with toys for kids. It is located close to a each and a bit away from Miedzywodzie. This location makes it very quiet place. The spa and swimming pool offer loads of attractions. The rooms are comfortable, modern and clean. The service is on a very high level.

Tak, zarówno basen jak i wszystie inne atrakcje strefy Aqua są dostępne bez koniecznosci ponoszenia dodatkowych kosztów.
Możliwe jest, korzystanie z zajęć aqua aerobicu lub nauki pływania za dodatkową opłatą.
Jeżeli na basenie będzie Pani chciała korzystać z innych ręczników niż te udostępnione w pokoju może je Pani otrzymać w recepcji SPA za symboliczną odpłatnością.
