I did not expect to find such a chaotic situation. In that restaurant, It was possible not to find a table, flatware, glasses, water, food, dessert. When you ask for these, you have to queue and wait for a long time. You have to fight to have a plate and when you get it, you discover that it is dirty.

The positive feedback is about the cleanliness of the hotel.swimming pools are nice but not that much large. Staff are helpful Negative feedback is about food which is catastrophic,very catastrophic in fact: same food everyday,not tasty at all, no diversity.nothing at all.big ZERO for the chef Hotel location is not perfect also,very far from the touristic zone,nothing around.

I have just returned for a week's holiday at this hotel following the attack on Sousse. the Tunisian need us for their tourism. They all apologised for the attack even though it wasn't their fault. I visited this hotel 13 - 27th May 2015 with my mum and brother for 2 weeks. I had such a fabulous holiday I returned 4 weeks later on my own. this is without doubt the worst place we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend that you never step foot in this hotel. Thomas Cook should be ashamed of themselves having such a place on their books. The rooms are very basic but clean the only good part of the holiday. But 4 nights with no air con at...

Ive been here near two weeks im so depressed I hate it food disgusting tortuted by flies 100s of them strays cats in out dinning room also birds .the food no better than prison slop .toilets dirty cant bry ur hands I seen one person complain and manger hand him a toilet roll to dry hands which is a joke...
