the best WiFi connection I've found among different hotels. wide selection of food and drinks. Every day is nicely cleaned. animators really care about every guest. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
In general the place is good, bathrooms need some improvement. Location is somehow far from groceries/shops. Nearest traditional market is in Midoun. Beach is amazing. Food is good. Main meals are perfect but inbetween you'll never get a chance to the free drinks/pancakes (always done before end of time). Friendly staff.
Wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Great place to relax and enjoy quite vacation. The restaurant has large variety of food. Top notch animation and free kayaks and sailboards. Special thanks to Mr. Qasem, Ms. Ammar and all the stuff for their warm welcoming and care providing useful information about my stay. I can't wait to come back with family and friends.
Spend a week at this hotel. It needs some maintenance/upgrade in some bedrooms. My first room had bad infiltration on the ceiling’s bathroom and the tv didn’t work. I’m almost sure they don’t always change sheets between guests. Hygiene on the minimal. They only change towels and make your bed daily, don’t expect vacuum or dusted furniture. The thematic restaurant was awful. They don’t have wine bottle sleeves and don’t open bottles in front of you (this also applies to the hotel itself and most of Tunísia), the lamb only had bones, was greasy and full of nerves. Most of the employees try very hard to understand you if you don’t speak french/Tunisian. Some employees at the reception refused to exchange us money and claimed they only do it at 6am, however that information was nowhere to be found. Pool was great and clean! Beach had very warm water. Meal times could get chaotic lines. There aren’t enough plates/glasses/silverware and sometimes we had to wait for it. Breakfast for example had one employee making one omelette each time. It could obviously be faster if they had previously prep X servings and only cooked cooked at guests request (pretty much the same way they do with crepes). Would be nice if the buffet also had labels in English and serving spoons in each sides. Some Russian guests are very impolite and try to get ahead in lines. Wi-Fi was awful but I guess it is normal in Tunisia…
Everything was really great. Very nice people (in the reception, waiters,..)! Clean rooms, beautiful pool and beach too. There was the best animators I have ever seen, they were so nice and friendly. I really liked the evening programs - dancing, show and disco. Animators are so awesome dancers! :)
We’ve really injoyed staying in Seabel Aladin, the staff was super helpful, the hotel is clean and nice and the animation team is great! We’ve also decided to make a trip to Sahara and I really recommend it! Thanks for an amazing experience 🙌🏼
We were there from the 2nd to the 9th of september and just loved it. We didn't have high expectations but we sure had a great time. Best part: animation team. Everyone from the staff was really nice. Hotel was very clean all the time, the food and drinks are good. Very nice pool and good conditions at the beach. Much better than a lot of 4star hotels in the south of spain.

I stayed at the Sebel Aladin for a week with 3 friends and I wanted to say that it was a fantastic experience, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the conditions and the hotel's layout are quite pleasant. We stayed in rooms almost inside the beach, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The hotel pool had a water at the ideal temperature, always clean. In relation to food, the hotel always offers typical, slightly spicy meals (ideal for those who like) but also offers very nice international dishes, have a wide variety of salads and desserts. On the hotel's beach, we were welcomed by a sea of calm, warm and clean waters. I want to point out a person, a Tunisian young man, named Hosni Ben Madhi, he is the "bridge" between tourists and all the activities we can do during the holidays, such as visits to the city, the Sahara desert, the famous island of the flamingos (no flamingos :-)) but also more radical activities such as riding a water scooter, atv, buggie ... and most importantly ... the prices are the lowest we could find. Happy holidays to everyone.…
