This hotel is one of a kind for many reasons. It is strikingly beautiful. It’s modeled after Thai Temple architecture. There is nothing else like it. It is literally in the beach. The two bedroom suites exterior walls border Lamei beach. It is a lovely beach to swim in and there are plenty of good beach restaurants nearby. Besides each villa having its own pool, it also has its own kitchen. We looked and couldn’t find any other places on the beach that had kitchens in the rooms. The rooms themselves are spectacular. The mattress is one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The shower mimics an outdoor shower. It’s such a joy. Plus the jacuzzi in the room! Perhaps the best part is the staff running the hotel. They are so kind and attentive. They are always very quick to respond, but also friendly and genuine. The pictures online are spectacular but in person it’s even better. It’s definitely the best place to stay in Samui.

We visited as Lamai was coming back to life after Covid-19. The hotel was very quiet - only a couple of rooms were taken, and so they were not able to offer their usual standard of service. This was entirely understandable and they did all they could to make sure we had a great stay. Our room was huge, with a kitchen area, outdoor rain shower, huge jacuzzi bath, large bed, walk in wardrobe, dining table, private pool, gazebo, etc. Wonderful! Breakfast was a la carte and delivered to our room at the time we requested as the restaurant was closed. Reception was open 9am to 5pm, with 24hour assistance available via phone. One pool was open, but the pool bar was not. This was not an issue as there are bars nearby on the beach and a Family Mart and 7-Eleven just down the road. The pool area had steps leading to the beach, which was very quiet - now is a great time to visit if you want a quiet getaway. The resort is doing what it can to get their economy going. So far about 20 percent of places are open, and they give you a friendly welcome. If you can get to Samui, now is a great time with deals on the hotels and restaurants offering discounts. They really need all the support they can get. The hotel needs a little bit of maintenance - the jacuzzi in our private pool and the main pool did not work, some lights need repair, etc. No doubt this will all be sorted as the hotel has life breathed back into it.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here, when we entered our villa all we could only was ‘Wow!’. The villa is huge, beautifully decorated and very clean. We could have spent months living in there! The private pool is a great size and gets nice sunlight. The resort is beachfront on Lamai beach and a short walk to some great beach bars and a short walk into town. The grounds of the resort look beautiful and the facilities look great, unfortunately the beachfront bar and dining area was closed as the resort was on a ‘soft’ opening, post covid restrictions. Even with only half of the resort open we could see how nice it is. The staff at this resort are amazing, very friendly and helpful – unfortunately I’ve forgotten her name, but I mentioned some of our daily plans to the girl at reception, I had an idea of how much our plans would cost for car/boat etc from doing research – she came back to me around 30mins later saying she’d proactively made some phone calls and haggled a good price for us, halving the cost of what we would have paid had we have booked ourselves, such awesome service! Thanks for a great time – we look forward to coming back!

I paid almost £15,000 for 4 sea view pool villas for myself and my family for 1 week. The rooms are spacious and very nice. The breakfast could take up to 1 hour to get even a cup of coffee even though apart from my family there was only 1 more family in the entire place. I asked if we could have a room for our late check out 4pm, they said we could but at a cost of £100 as check out was 12 o clock. Now as we had spent £15000 already and no one was moving in I was disgusted and their attitude was as disgusting Avoid this place they do not care about their customers only the money ex

Despite an issue at the beginning of our stay, that the staff managed perfectly with the owner - we were upgraded to sea view for 2 nights until another room was available. Our stay was amazing, friendly staff and owner. Great location. Room are hughe and confortable. Quite area.
