We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous beachfront hotel. Rooms are big and clean. The pool is fantastic. But the highlight of our stay was the amazing staff: Kind, helpful and so accommodating. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for making our holidays the best we had in a long time.

Very cozy over Christmas a little more full over New Year’s Eve. Offered great Dinners on both evenings the Christmas one was one of the best I had really enjoyed it. The pricing was alright even kind cheap for the service provided. The Staff is amazing you are able to contact them via what’s App and tell your needs or pre book activities. The kajaking was a fun and free activity also the ocean pier an amazing view at sun set an night time. The staff made it relaxing and kept my mood up. Besides the location is not very central the hotel offers transportation and you even have a Family Markt in walking distance (300m). A few restaurants are also close to the Hotel but the cuisine offered at the Hotel is very good. If you tell them your specific preferences they will notice them and you won’t especially ask for Thai milk tea on breakfast. The Covid Situation was managed quiet well I fell secure and safe. I will come back for Birthday or Christmas for sure if you use the offers and services the hotel provides you can have a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The resort is mostly visited by families and lovers but you also feel welcome as a solo traveler thanks to the caring staff. The Mai Thai is very good as well as most cocktails also recommend the Green curry beef Only critique I have: - a Small Beach (no ability to have a subbed there) - when it became a little more busy over New Years the relaxing chilling atmosphere changed a little (but if I needed to wait to long for drinks they were paid by the hotel) - it’s romantic so if you travel alone may look for some company :)

Honestly we had the most fantastic stay and the Lamai. The staff were fantastic, especially the guys at breakfast - they really went above and beyond to get to know you. The food at lunch & dinner was also lovely, but sadly it is cheaper outside of the hotel dine. You can request anything at any time through WhatsApp messenger - food, taxis, booking trips, etc. Our room was beyond expectations - incredible! We stayed in the complex more so because of how amazing our room was and I will add photos for you to see. It’s a shame I can’t add videos for a full room tour. There doesn’t seem to be sunset this side of the island but the colours in the sky was stunning! If money was no object, I would stay here annually without question. When we arrived home we had a lovely message from them too, thanking us for staying and hoping to see us again soon.

We stayed in the beachfront villa. Really big, a pool, 2 daybeds, a day room and plenty of surrounding space. Really private and the view and the sound of the sea wonderful. The staff as with everywhere we’ve stayed are what makes it. At the restaurant for breakfast or whenever, the welcome and genuine pleasure to see you and ask your names to greet you personally is lovely. Thank you, Tree, Dream, Kong and Nus ( hope the last name is correct)

Tough one to review. Hmm first the good - staff are super friendly, pool is amazing and the grounds of the hotel are quite pleasant. All amenities are there and the fitness center is well equipped. With that said I wouldn't really call this a proper five star resort. The reasons are relatively subtle but to start with the rooms are dated and for example we had one of the pool rooms and it was quite musty smelling. Hard to maintain in this climate I know but something should be done as it's the first thing you notice every time you step in the room. What's more is that the food including breakfast really isn't up to par. We stayed in several four stars before coming here and the breakfast was better (freshness, selection) at the aforementioned hotels. Overall the place is fine but I guess we expected more compared to what we paid.

Superb hotel, lovely rooms set in lush grounds, beautifully decorated lots of wood and stone, quaint indoor/ outdoor showers, very comfortable beds. Right on the beach, good size pool, kayaking available, unique pier dining/bar (very cool), nice restaurant/ bar area excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent attentive staff, especially Thorn and his front of house colleagues they couldn’t do enough for us. Use of WhatsApp both before, during and after our arrival to communicate ref Covid tests and general info so useful and efficient. Covid precautions taken very seriously and EVERY guest respecting this. Location, ambience quiet and so relaxing.
