Very spacious well appointed, somewhat dated, bedroom and bathroom, on the first floor with access to the verandah overlooking the golf course. On our first morning there we stepped out on to the verandah and there was a group of impala grazing on the 9th tee! Service was good and very friendly. Great breakfasts! Very convenient location for visiting family... More

Simple rooms with all that you need . My room overlooked the lovely parklike scenery and was very inspiring . There was plenty of birdlife and curious little monkeys . I was on business but still managed to unwind . The dinner is a kind of take away which was not very good but was sufficient

No water preasure, not inform guests . no way of communicating with hosts. Used to love to stay no longer . Communications between bookings and actual lodge is non existent. I asked for tickets to be printed not done . I booked for extra breakfast not on record . Not going back again .

We stayed over for a few nights, arriving on the 24th of December and checking out on the 26th of December 2014. Another "home away from home" experience. Our hosts were lovely and charming and kept us entertained with very interesting stories. They arranged golf for us and nothing was too much trouble. The personal attention to detail was very... What an excellent inexpensive place to stay. I was fortunate enough to be travelling with my son who was on business. We stayed at the golf club because on this country estate a good friend of my son was living with his South African wife. My son was out on business during the day and I was walking around the... We stayed here for five nights and it was just what we needed to start our holiday in South Africa. The lodge is located in a beautiful estate where we regularly saw troops of monkeys, herds of Impala deer and even huge catfish in the lake. I enjoyed running round the estate in the chilly winter mornings. The lodge itself... More

We played course 2 and it was a very nice course to play. Difficult but still enjoyable. We also had a great caddy who worked there for 41 years. Great food at the 19th hole. Must be lovely to own property there.
