We arrived at the hotel for the first time. Our second time in Evia. Our first time in the east coast. I mean all my family: me and my wife, my children with their families, 11 people. The reception was good. They show me the room that I was to me assigned, and we did not like it. Then: automatic upgrade to a fantastic suite. From that moment on we did realize that the management was “absolutely and always involved” in every detail that could make our stay comfortable, even outstanding. The hotel is, no doubt, the best in the area. The service is, no doubt: the best level you may find in Greece. The staff is gentle, service minded, involved and not “over present”. Excellent breakfasts. The food was great, tasty and on time. The table presentations were always 10 points. We arrived for 7 nights, we remain, the all group for 10. What else can I say. Everyone from the group left the Kymi Palace with a sad feeling, leaving behind new friends and convinced that we will be back. Only one problem: Kymi is a windy place.

A family-friendly hotel set amphitheatrically overlooking the beachfront, only 1.7 km from the central city. The hotel is popular with wedding parties, and social events and the parking lot is big enough to fit in all guests’ cars. Check-in was a matter of a few minutes and the team professional and very welcoming. Staff / Service The staff and team in general throughout the hotel is friendly and ready to help. Room Our room, similar to the majority of others was spacious with contemporary pieces of furniture. Ours had a multifunctional sofa and a double bed which was quite comfortable, and we had no problem with our sleep during the stay. We provided plenty of space in the room, converting it into a sofa. Facilities like a small fridge, a safe and LCD wall TV are provided, but there was no coffee/tea facility though! With a door-window with nets to protect from outdoor insects coming in, a nicely furnished balcony with colourful plastic chairs and a table, and a lovely view, -what more to ask! The Bathroom The bathroom was quite spacious and air-conditioned with a marble bathtub with a steady flow of hot and cold water. There was plenty of space to place combs and brushes and everything we had, and although the hotel does not provide a plastic cap or robes, yet we had shower gel and shampoo tubes replaced daily. Restaurant Breakfast was hearty with all kinds of everything you can expect. For lunch, there were dips and salads, burgers and meatballs, pasta and many more. I particularly liked the Spinach pie and the stuffed Aubergine dish. The team here, a bunch of youngsters mostly, attentive and extremely friendly. The dessert selection was great too; baklava, honey sprinkled doughnuts, cakes and several homemade spoon desserts. The Infinity Pool Now in summer, the infinity pool is the most popular part of the hotel and meeting point for all residents. Snacks by the pool-side bar and a pool-guard on duty on fixed-hours. All in all, the hotel is highly recommended and I have already informed friends, relatives and my social media about our stay and urged them to visit with no hesitation.

It was OK, but nothing special. Breakfast was not in the rate. Parking was good. Kids pool was closed. It was near the best beach in Evia - picture is attached. The owners have a good taverna in the Port - very good food - we went there 2 nights.

It is clean, very important for me. All the rooms have see view, also very nice, spevially when you are only few meters from the see. The breakfast average, but not for a 4* hotel. The lunch buffet was ok, well cooked and tasty. The staff is really friendly and ready to help you at any time. We were 2 persons and was given a room for 3. Pretty big. BUT, an unpleasant smell was coming from the bathroom and covered the whole room, a problem with the drains perhaps? That was the biggest minus for me.
