It's really annoying when you see promising pictures of a hotel from the internet and then you end up with a hole like this one. What they promise is a boutique hotel nicely furnished and you end up with a tiny apartment with even tinier bathroom. No breakfast as the owner prompts you to get breakfast at their own cafeteria...

We stayed in Villa Katapoliani I for five days. We paid 80 euros per night, but it was a waste of money. The room was too small, we had to jump over our suitcases to reach the bed. The bathroom was also extremely small making our shower really uncomfortable. The worst part, however, was the fact that the water flow...

This set of apartments despite the fact that's centrally placed is really not worth staying. The apartment was not only small as many of the fellow travellers mention. The room was not even clean, the blanket had stains on it and the bath towels were so old that could scratch your skin if you used them. furthermore the room has...

Dear Centra79, We would like to inform you that the information you provide below has nothing to do with our Villa Katapoliani. We are sure that there is a misunderstanding and the facts that you describe relates with the other pension near Villa Katapoliani that we share the same entrance. Here is the reasons about that: Our pension had a...

We stayed at Villa Katapoliani I for 2 nights, paying 50€ a night mid-July. The room was small but nicely furnished. The bathroom had been recently renovated and was lovely. However, I did not like the fact that the owner was very pushy in getting her money. We paid the 100€ on arrival and I mentioned that I wanted a...

Mr client , we really apreciate the critic of our customers because it helps us become better. We stayed here for two nights in June 2015. Upon arrival from the ferry we carried our cases to the accommodation where we were met by a friendly lady. She was business like and seemed like a property agent. She gave us a map and some information. Although our room was attractively decorated , it was small and cramped. There...

My stay in Villa Katapoliani was very good. Big apt with 2 very confortable rooms per 3 adults, a private garden and mostly the apt was very clean. I recommend Villa Kapaoliani; the taste of the real and authentic Greece.

I stayed few days in Katapoliani I and my experience was very positive. Really cozy and very clean room. Central position in the Katapola port and very close to ferry station. Housekeeping of the room was simply great! The room might have been a little small but who wants to stay in a hotel room when staying in an amazing...

Villa Katapoliana is in a great location a few minutes from the ferries. Plenty of tavernas around. The nice hostess, Stamatia, met us at the ferry arrival, 2:30 - in the middle of the night and still smiling. Like many places in Greek islands, the room is rather small, and the bath-room tiny. We had a great veranda facing the...

the owner met us from the ferry, we were staying a week and meeting our son and girlfriend who are island hopping. The hotel is only a few yards from the ferry and is beautiful. There is a courtyard that is full of trees and shrubs and the room terrace was just off this. The room is ver tastefully decorated...
