AMAZING!! I give this hotel 5/5 in all areas. Let me start first with the staff: an amazing team all round, always making sure that you've got everything you need, but I also have to give a special mention to Nikki and Faidra. From welcoming us the day we arrived, making sure that we felt at home and comfortable, to always giving us suggestions on places to visit, restaurants recommendations, taxi bookings, arranging the car rental, literally everything, you're such a great team and you're doing an amazing job. The accomodation is also top notch: great location (10 mins from the beautiful Agios Prokopios beach and restaurants), the views, the breakfast with different local dishes everyday. My daughters, my wife and I, all enjoyed our stay, it was simply awesome.

We had a great time at Iliada Villas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool is very nice and clean. The hotel is a short walk of 5 min to the beaches and the bus picks you up right in front of the beach. The sunset view was stunning!

Rooms were clean with full AC and a fully equipped cuisine. Breakfast was delicious with a lot Greek cuisine options with pretty much anything you wanted to eat from eggs and bacon to yogurt and muesli and of course coffee. Great stay!!

Ena was a great host and the room was as advertised. Cleaned every day. The view was stunning from our rooftop jacuzzi. A good size pool although the sun beds are really heavy and hard to move into position. Not a big issue.
The breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, cereal but need some more fresh fruits.
A nice location. You can walk to one of the many beaches and restaurants. About 15 mins. Or 3 minutes in the car. 15 mins to Naxos Town.
The free washing powder was a bonus.
Supermarket is 5 mins away. Lots of car rental places and boat tours.
Buses are good and cheap. Taxis are good but expensive.
A really nice experience.
Paridiso tavern served great food.

We loved our stay. So much room for a family of five a quick walk to the beach a quick walk, downtown and easy access to all Naxos has to offer. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and kept my family of five (with 3 -20 year-old boys) full and happy. The roof top hot tub was perfect!

We loved this place before we even saw it! We had originally booked Iliada Studios, as it was closer to Naxos port. We had one day to spend in Naxos before our late ferry to Patmos the next day and asked if we could pay extra to clean up after we went to the beach. The owner upgraded us to the gorgeous Iliada Villas because it was closer to the beach, and told us we could have the apartment as long as we needed it for the next day...something you would be charged an extra night for in the U.S. Upon arriving at iliada Villas, we were greeted by the fabulous George Naxos, who is as charming as he is kind, and shown our villa. Gorgeous! Clean! Two floors with a deck outside our bedroom and one right next to the pool. The pool is fabulous too! The walk to the beach took only 10 minutes, and a beautiful beach it is! Restaurants and taverns dot the coastal town and everyone is friendly; but then, that's Greece! The bus stop to Naxos port is a five minute walk, with buses running every half hour. We loved Iliada Studios so much that we cancelled our plans after Patmos and returned for four more nights. We were treated like family. I highly recommend Iliada Villas. It's a beautiful home away from home, and the owners are genuinely lovely!

I absolutely love this place. The owner George and his staff all happy, smiling, helpful people. The women who does the breakfast is very talented. The food was all homemade, fresh and tasty. So much to choose from. George recommended a very good family restaurant with fresh fish. The amenities are clean, spacious, luxurious. A very large pool with a water falls built in. A stunning view of the Sea. Looks like this place was just built. Nothing run down about this place. They give you all the homemade liquors you want. Made by George's father. I want to keep writing about this place. I've been to 46 countries and have stayed in many places. I rate this very high on my travel list. For sure I'll be back. An absolute must. Hatold

Iliada Villas was the highlight of our trip to the fantastic island of Naxos.

It's beautifully situated near to the beach resort of Agios Prokopios but set away from the main strip in a tranquil space with a wonderful pool, lounge chairs and gardens.

We were delighted to see the high standards in the villas which are sparkling clean and stylish, with everything to a high specification. We had 2 great bathrooms with a strong modern shower - and the rooms were spacious and airy with chic decorations and beautiful quality bedding.
We slept wonderfully!

Everything you need is provided in the villa: the kitchen is well appointed to make your stay comfortable so you can prepare coffee, snacks etc.

The breakfast is superb and a really high quality. Again, beautifully presented and lots of choice

The whole team at reception were so hard working and lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. And George the young owner is particularly welcoming and generous.

By the time we left, we felt like old friends.

We will definitely return. Epharisto poli George!

Great villas. Spacious and clean. Ok wifi. Great pool. I suggest renting a scooter/atv/car to get around, but if you only want to go to Agia Prokopios you are only a quick hike away.
Also the service was fantastic! We felt welcome and pampered from the moment we arrived until we left.
