Our trip to Naxos was planned on the fly so picking a place to stay was a roll of the dice. Iliada Villas was the perfect spot for us. Just a bit off the beaten path of the main drag of Agios Prokopios, which is about an 8 minutes walk away , there are shops and restaurants galore. Supermarkets, sweet shops and people watching. Stelida Beach was a 5 minute walk from the villa where bathers could rent an umbrella for the day and swim in the gorgeous aqua waters. The property of Iliada Villas is managed by Patricia in the day and Emma at night. Both of them were wonderfully attentive to any concerns we had. Our rooms were clean and the area is quiet. Breakfast is served in the morning and there is a variety of food for everyone. The pool in the center of the villas was a big hit for the children. A washing machine in each villa is a huge bonus so we didn’t have to go to the laundromat every few days. All in all we had an amazing stay. If you’re reading this review because you’re trying to decide where to stay in Naxos, look no further. Iliada Villas was an incredible find, go for it!

We loved Iliada Villas! Wonderful location, delicious breakfasts, roomy villa with everything we needed, gorgeous view, a heavenly, refreshing pool, and friendly cats - what more could you ask? If you are staying on Naxos, this is an ideal base from which to explore the island. It's very close to the beach, but we rented a car for a few days and that allowed us to explore the interior of the island, check out other beaches (Plaka was our favorite), and drive into town to have wonderful dinners and - you really cannot miss this if you're on Naxos - climb the hill to experience sunset by the Portara.

But more than anything, our experience was enhanced by true hospitality. The staff cleaned our villa to perfection each day, we set up car rental and massages without any difficulty, and since our departing ferry was not until early afternoon, we were able to lounge by the pool after checkout and swim until the last possible second, given access to a guest shower to clean up before we left.

Choose Iliada Villas if you are planning to stay on Naxos. You'll be so glad you did!

This place definitely deserves its 5 star rating
From the moment we booked our 19 day stay the communication was excellent, particularly Patrica who booked our taxis & looked after us everyday… all the staff are a credit, excellent maintenance of the grounds & pool areas.. the housekeeping of our villa was exceptional…. The villas themselves are well fitted out, ours had gorgeous balconies with sea views (most do) .. the breakfasts are very good even being a pescatarian there was ample choice everyday with Patrica taking the time to tell me of all the meat free dishes - they even made us separate plates of food some days.
The location for us was perfect it took 15-20 minutes into Agios P. & beaches 30 minutes to Plaka …three nights we walked into Naxos town which we really enjoyed, we caught the bus back at night - the road was quiet however in high season that may not be the case.
Overall an Excellent stay & we’d definitely consider staying here again.

AMAZING!! I give this hotel 5/5 in all areas. Let me start first with the staff: an amazing team all round, always making sure that you've got everything you need, but I also have to give a special mention to Nikki and Faidra. From welcoming us the day we arrived, making sure that we felt at home and comfortable, to always giving us suggestions on places to visit, restaurants recommendations, taxi bookings, arranging the car rental, literally everything, you're such a great team and you're doing an amazing job. The accomodation is also top notch: great location (10 mins from the beautiful Agios Prokopios beach and restaurants), the views, the breakfast with different local dishes everyday. My daughters, my wife and I, all enjoyed our stay, it was simply awesome.

A lovely quiet hotel with 11 units. We were positively surprised at how large our unit was with basement living room, kitchen/lounge, 2 bathrooms and three rooms with double beds. The kids cuddled in the pool, and we could relax in silence. A good breakfast that had everything we needed was served every morning and we took away to the house where we ate on the terrace. Good with parking around. We were glad we rented a car. It is not far down to restaurants, but with smaller children it can be a bit far to go home at the end of the day.

We had a great time at Iliada Villas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool is very nice and clean. The hotel is a short walk of 5 min to the beaches and the bus picks you up right in front of the beach. The sunset view was stunning!

Rooms were clean with full AC and a fully equipped cuisine. Breakfast was delicious with a lot Greek cuisine options with pretty much anything you wanted to eat from eggs and bacon to yogurt and muesli and of course coffee. Great stay!!

The Pension conforms to the announcement, the cottages are spacious and have all the necessary comforts for a family, especially with their two bathrooms and bathrooms.
The pool is very nice, the place is quiet. The swing is a very charming plus.
The team is on top, especially Patricia!

We loved our stay. So much room for a family of five a quick walk to the beach a quick walk, downtown and easy access to all Naxos has to offer. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and kept my family of five (with 3 -20 year-old boys) full and happy. The roof top hot tub was perfect!

Ena was a great host and the room was as advertised. Cleaned every day. The view was stunning from our rooftop jacuzzi. A good size pool although the sun beds are really heavy and hard to move into position. Not a big issue.
The breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, cereal but need some more fresh fruits.
A nice location. You can walk to one of the many beaches and restaurants. About 15 mins. Or 3 minutes in the car. 15 mins to Naxos Town.
The free washing powder was a bonus.
Supermarket is 5 mins away. Lots of car rental places and boat tours.
Buses are good and cheap. Taxis are good but expensive.
A really nice experience.
Paridiso tavern served great food.

We had a wonderful time in Naxos and at these villas. They set up transportation and even a massage for us. All staff we encountered were very kind. Our villa was very clean as was the whole property. It was a short 10-15 minute walk into the town. There is also access to the beach by another path found on Google Maps. We loved our stay here. The pool was wonderful and it was very quiet. I highly recommend.

"Some villas have loft bedrooms, so no door or privacy. We were lucky enough to be able to switch to a villa with a private bedroom."
